This is gonna be a surprise but I was re-reading the entire manhwa and only after this video was posted did I realize that Secretary Cha likes women. Not sure if she’s bi or les 👀 I did find her very attractive in her motorcycle outfit but I completely missed the line when she first appears in the manhwa where she’s talking about Kang Daehyung’s previous secretary and then she says, “too bad she’s already married...she’d be just my type”

Drawing has been bringing a lot of joy into my life lately. I can’t believe that I used to think I couldn’t draw back then 😅 So glad I found the confidence to pick up drawing again and this would have never happened if it wasn’t for the Artisul tablet review last year!

I’ve been feeling a lot more excited since purchasing those art textbooks. Been finding time every single day to practice. I also have 8 more books on the way with a few more “reference books”? in my cart...they’re like fancy clothing which I plan to use to help me design all the reapers clothing in Fudanshi Shinigami. Each full-fledged reaper will have their own style of clothing and scythe so I wanna use this book to help me design:

This book is only RM 30 (US $7)!! I’ve seen some of these on pinterest as well but it’ll be so useful to have the full, complete book so I can just grab it and use right away...Yeah, I’m gonna go nuts shopping on taobao. 

Oh and it’s not like I newly discovered taobao. It’s just that before this I had no idea how to navigate the site since it’s in Chinese and even the international delivery to Malaysia through the site was very expensive. But a few months back, my dad asked my help to place orders for some products for his shop (he’s not very tech-savvy and normally his suppliers are all local) and that’s when I found a China to Malaysia agent to purchase and ship from taobao, tmall and 1688 (Alibaba). That’s also when I came across these books and went down the rabbit hole :)

I wish I had discovered these sooner. I did look through Book Depository once but they were mostly western How to Draw Manga books and the style was either outdated or they didn’t have the tips and references I was looking for; they were also pricey. The books on taobao & tmall are in Chinese but with google translate, it’s very easy to understand the general message of the sentences. I’m also using these as a posture, expression, hairstyle reference book.
