Working on the cook book and losing weight...it’s a challenge bc all the food I’m making is so yummy.
Made a rotini baked pasta with red sauce, kale, spinach, onions, garlic, spices and squash as well as cheese.
It was so fucking good bro.
In other news I’m working on building an at-home exercise routine because for 12 months I paid almost $22 a month for a gym I didn’t go to because I was too anxious and ashamed about my body.

Bro. I just made corn casserole with cheddar, rosemary, spicy spices, and roasted garlic.
I’m in love with it by itself. Then I tried it with my Big Boy Chili (Will be in the cook book! 😇) and I literally have never tasted something so good in my entire life. It gets better the longer you chew it. I am in disbelief that it’s that good every bite I take, so I take another and it’s EVEN BETTER. Bruh.

The really good news is, I’m burning calories as we speak and if I continue to eat healthy today and move around, I’ll be in a deficit enough to chow down on dinner and or stay under calorie budget.

I am hosting people today so I’ll be doing tons of cooking. I’m serving corn casserole, potatoes, vegan chili with like a chili bar set up, fried pickles, spring rolls, chips, roasted carrots and maybe broccoli too? Idk. 8 other people are coming. So I need to have a bunch of various different things. I honestly procrastinated so I’m doing a lot of this later in the plan that I was supposed to.
