Thank you so much for allowing me to have this cute baby and welcome him into my OC family.
Now it's time to decide where you fit into the narrative, little Arlo!

Copper
A noble mother sits upon a fine leather chair, cradling her only young child to her breast. The antique Victorian chair is placed purposely by the dwindling fire; the marigold flames send a tired glow over the arm of the rustic seating; the light highlighting the depth of the buttons which recede into its back. It was a fine space that is filled with austerity and intellect, but for today that was not its purpose.
The mother strokes her babe’s hair softly, a satiny, gentle hum of a rhyme from a memory escapes her rouge lips. Huh, what a strange occurrence to happen – a high nobility family who felt more than greed. But we’re not here to judge but merely observe; to observe a particular conversation between this noble mother and her noble heir…
“My child” the noble mother’s voice rose softly from her parted lips, her eyes closed with content “you have yet to tell me the reason of your tears?”
“I am cursed my noble mother!” The noble child whines with self-pity while burying themselves further into their noble mother “I am cursed with what cannot be undone!”
The noble mother’s eyes fly open in shock of the theatrics that was occurring upon her lap “Whatever do you mean my flower?”
“Tis my name, prey do tell my noble mother what in heavens occurred for you and my noble father to choose such a name? This horrible name!” The noble child wails in horror at its own declaration.
The noble mother remains in shock before she releases a gentle chuckle and a warm sigh “My dear Copper, your name tells of many alluring traits. Besides, I didn’t think you would of appreciated being named Yellow my dear- “
The noble child bawls even louder into their noble mother’s chest causing another nurturing bout of laughter to resound from the lady’s throat.
“Very well my child, do you wish to know the real reason of your name?” the noble mother’s eyelids gently open to reveal caring, regal eyes which look down into her child’s glossy, saddened, tear filled orbs. Won over by their mother’s relaxing nature, the noble child nods their head silently.
“Well, you know of what me and your father do, don’t you my child?” the noble mother tilts her head, causing her ruby earrings to move and dangle almost gracefully; as all her movements as a noble are flawless and effortless.
“Artisans. You have told me this many a time noble mother, but I don’t see how this has anything to do with- “The noble child replies but is cut short by their noble mother who is pleased with the answer she receives and continues to speak.
“Indeed. But my dear it has everything to do with what you asked, if you let me finish…” the noble mother sits patiently as the child fiddles sheepishly with their hands; yet they do not say another word.
Taking this as a sign of their agreement, the noble mother continues “Copper is a gift from the gods in the artistic world, whether it is used for its rustic colour or it’s shine, or it’s durability and flexibility. There is not one art in the world where it cannot be used.” The noble mother’s smile widens as she reminisces about her craft “it’s colour, it’s shine…Everything about it is admirable. It was our inspiration…and so was you. It felt, like it was our destiny…” As the memory fades, the noble mother regains composure and again closes her eyes in content.
“Is that the reason?” the noble child asks, not fully convinced.
“One of them, there are more” the noble mother speaks softly, feeling the uneasy shuffling upon her lap, she continues.
“Copper is known to be aesthetically pleasing, like I have stated, it was desired in every artistic craft. Aesthetic is studied in both scientific and philosophic perspectives. It studies not only the mind and emotions, but also the idea of what is ugly and what is beautiful.” The noble mother releases a soothing sigh, sending the scent of her perfume drifting through the room.
“Copper; a scientific phenomenon. A hair colour so bright, so full of life and yet so rare.” Her hand drifts carefully through her noble child’s auburn hair, as the babe snuggles their cheek into the palm of her hand. “While in philosophy, people are born beautiful with ugly traits or flaws that many will despise and others will like, giving you a knowledge of yourself. Meaning no matter what, you must always feel love and accept yourself for others to do the same. As one day, you will find someone and you will be their aesthetic. You will be their Copper…” The noble women’s face forms an emotion that is unclear, something that is purely for herself.
The noble child has yet to say a word.
“Copper is used as a component, a helping hand for great and amazing things. It builds others to help make them great for nothing but recognition and involvement in return. Copper is selfless, Copper is helpful, it is inspiring.” The noble mother’s tone turns strong and resilient, her confidence and her way with words is spell binding and memorable.
“Copper is a pure metal found in nature, it is not easily tarnished like others…” She inhales deeply and her voice returns soft once more, as if she is speaking of something close to her heart, as if it moves her. “It needs help from others to flourish and relies on others to grow, otherwise – it can turn green and uses others as a shield for it’s own protection. But, once it has grown, it is truly spectacular. Others learn to rely on Copper, it takes them to their dreams- like the statue of Liberty. My flower, did you know that is also built from Copper?” The noble mother shakes her head back into reality.
The noble child shakes their head; yet remain silent.
“The statue represents Freedom and the joining of all kinds of wonderful people and Copper helped that happen, just in its own small way…Copper is independent, it isn’t magnetic; it isn’t drawn by the pull of the crowd and the crowd isn’t drawn by it. It is entirely itself.” The noble mother watches as her child stares down at the ground, wriggling their toes and twirling their feet in the air as if they are dancing. She gently lifts the noble child’s head with two delicate fingers in a loving motion.
“Even though Copper believes it is worthless with little value, it finds itself growing into something beautiful each and every single day. It finds the satisfaction of helping others more rewarding than money or fame can ever be…” The noble mother turns her face towards the now lifeless fireplace, staring intently at the embers that were fighting to avoid death.
After a long, comfortable pause the noble child decides to speak. “So why did you call me Copper my noble mother?”
“Because my darling, Copper has all the properties I want you to gain as you grow older. I want you to be an inspiration to not only others around you but to yourself.” “I want you to be believe in your heart that you are your own aesthetic as well as your lovers.” “I want you to believe you’re helpful, I want you to be selfless and kind.” “I want you to be pure in mind and soul.” “I want you to flourish and help those flourish around you, I want you to protect those who protect you in return.” “I want you to be your own person and independent.” “I want you to put your feelings over fame or money.” “I want you to be yourself.”
The room was once again filled with silence. “Now you know my reason my love, do you think I cursed you?” The noble mother whispers into the now darkening room.
“No my noble mother, I have realised I am truly blessed.”

Decided to try out the overwatch palette challenge where you draw your main and choose palette from your 5 most played heroes! In the beginning I played a lot of mercy and lucio, but nowadays I do more flexing so I’d say Pharah is the one I play most at the moment

We don’t even need a disney remake of Mulan. Look at this.
I would totally watch more Disney reboots if children from the actual ethnicities were cast in those movies.

There's nothing worse
There is nothing worse than sitting and having nothing to do.
No one to talk to.
No romantic companion.
No money to afford going out with friends.
Just work.
But then when you're too depressed to work. Due to your lack of doing anything fun ever, purely because you can't afford it, not on the rare case not invited.
You have nothing, just silence.
You have never felt more lonely in your life, and I've lived feeling this for weeks
Damn I wish I had money.
I wish I wasn't lonely
Damn.
