My favorite thing is that Spider-Man's villians can't beat him head on ever so they just take to drugging him whenever they can, but he has his spidey sense so they have to get more elaborate ways to drug him in a way he can't sense.

My belief is that if Batman had time to plan and understand Spider-Man bros taking him down. Not without a crazy fight but he could do it. But like no prep Spider-Man out of no where thinking Batman's some crazy villian, he's taking batman down no doubt.

DC Spider-Man cross over be like

Red Hood: Yeah this crazy clown guy tricked me into finding my mother and then trapped me in a warehouse tortured me and then blew me up. Then I got put in a pool of water and brought back to life crazy.

Nightwing: Evil syndicate trapped me to a bomb and made it so I had to die to disarm it so Lex Luthor sufficated me to death. Then gave me an adrenaline shot to bring me back to life.

Spider-Man: Some demon convinced me they were my best friend and told me I had to atone to my sins and made me sit at a dinner table with the corpses of all my dead loved ones. Whenever I refused they would kill me and bring me back to life and tell me why I'm the reason for everyone suffering. They did at least 5 times.
