An Innocent Prank

Type: Connor x Gen Neutral Reader

Warnings: none

Summary: when Hank notices how naturally cold Connor seems to be he encourages him to flaunt his models capabilities to Y/N.

“Jesus Christ are you always this fucking cold?!” Hank groaned, pulling his hand away from Connors as he handed him a file. It fell to the floor near Hanks feet as he sat in his office chair.

Connor cocked his head to the side slightly as he bent down to pick up the file once again.“My model has temperature readjustment enabled, but it seems quite irrelevant as of now. So yes, my body is much colder than room temperature” he flaunted his bodies capabilities, expecting praise.

Before Hank could respond, he noticed you lingering in the corner of his eye, back facing him, talking to Chris. His eyes lit up with an idea.

Hank has a tendency to put a cold beverage on the small of your back to make you squirm, always resulting in your screaming and tucking in your shirt. Just one of the many fatherly like teasings he gave you, but it would mean something entirely different if Connor startled you with the coldest hand you’ve ever felt.

“Con, could you do me a favor?”

“Of course lieutenant!” He smiled proudly, excited to be of use to his friend.

“Y/N would be real happy to learn about your functions, why don’t you go touch their back? They loves surprises.”

“..would Y/N be ok with that?”

“I do it all the time, trust me it’ll be funny”

“..alright then”

Hank ushered Connor towards you. Connor stood behind you as you continued your conversation with Chris, who barely acknowledged his presence behind you. He couldn’t fight the smile on his face hearing you laugh at Chris’s jokes.

Before you could react you felt the back of your shirt being lifted slightly. You flinched, expecting hank to quickly press a can of soda against you.

You yelped, arching your back away at something much colder than a soda.

“Oh god fuck you Ha-!” You spun around, seeing Connor completely shocked with tinted blue checks.

You stood still, staring at him trying to figure out why the usually passive and ready to please Connor would scare you. The pieces clicked in your mind as soon as Hank bursted out laughing.

“You dickhead!” You called out, lunging towards his desk, smacking your hands down making his desk shake. This only made Hank laugh more as you both bickered.

Connors LED flickered between blue and yellow, not understanding the sheer emotions he was experiencing, wanting nothing more than to feel you in such a vaguely intimate way again.

Connor simply stood, staring down at the hand he used to startle you. While feeling the arch in your back, his hand lingering just a little longer than it should have.
