How claustrophobic am I? Well

Almost every time I'm cold enough to consider sleeping with socks on, I have to rip them off in the middle of the night because I can feel a panic attack starting

Other clothing like hoodies that don't zip, turtleneck shirts, or anything too tight also makes me claustrophobic

My brother had a prius for a while & I actually liked it a lot, but I did refer to it as The Claustrophobic Clown Car, which he didn't like

Nothing puts me in fight or flight quite like elevators, so I try to avoid taking them, but

During my mom's last surgery, we had to get up at 3AM & knew that it would last until at least 11AM, so I elected not to take the stairs, and every time I got out of the elevator my face Apparently looked like I'd been given horrible news, bc one of the staff would walk over and ask me if I was okay with concern in their voice

There's probably other examples but I can't think of anything else rn bc I Do like actively plan my life around not having a panic attack because of a small/tight space .
