A week of being serious?
Question been popping on my mind if i taken my healthy living to the next level. Sure I been reading articles on how to lose weight and how to eat healthy but I have been struggling.
I device a plan on my workout routine. I made a playlist in my youtube account based on the sepTONEber calendar from Blogilates.

Day 11: Arms & Back

From my 2 weeks of exercising after work proves to be hard. There are times I'm already so tired when I reached home. I try to pushed myself. It also hard to workout late at night. I have been researching on "If it is okay to workout late at night before going to sleep". Some articles I read says "It is okay".

My next plan is "RUNNING". Problem is my sleeping habit. I tend to sleep late at night. I'm not really a morning person. I already brought a Saucony Kinvara 5 just this month. I haven't used it but I'm planning to.. I would to start a new habit of running every weekends because I don't have time on weekdays.

Pilates
I promise myself that I will try to do at least 5x a week of workout. I just did 2x a week and just for 10 minutes. It is okay for me to do 10 minutes a day. I do wish that I could do at least 5x a week. 
I did Pilates by Blogilates: Cassey Ho. One of my fav workout routine in youtube. I like how she teach Pilates. It is never boring. Here are the two workouts I done in a week.
You can really feel the burn. I'm a beginner so it was really hard for me but I push myself. Sometimes I'm not that consistent in working out because of the limited space in the house.
I like this form of workout because you will not need a pair of rubber shoes when working out. I hate when I need to wear shoes. I recommend that you try Blogilates.

Diet Food Delivery is getting popular among people who want to be healthy. I'm one of them. Nowadays, many fast food and restaurant may served you larger calories for lunch or dinner or even breakfast. It is hard to cook if you don't know how to make your lunch or dinner healthier. There came the Diet Food Delivery service. It will make your life easier because they will make your breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner in one delivery. Plus it is only 1,200 calories per set. 
I place an order to LunchBox Diet. Their service is a 5 days delivery for 1,700 pesos. Per day you will get breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner equals to 340 pesos only. They will post their 5 days meal plan in facebook weekly. This is what I got during those 5 days.

Overall, the portion is so little. I do understand because they are measuring the calories. I don't really like the smell of the lunch and dinner. It is somewhat smell spoiled. It is my first time to try this plan. I felt hunger because it is not filling in my stomach.
I love the snacks: fruits, cookies, and crackers. It is said that you will lose about 2-3 lbs a week of LBD. I felt like i didn't lose any because i cheated. It was not enough for me that resulted for me to eat outside the meal diet plan.
When planning to do this 1 week challenge you need to have a strong mind and of course stomach. At the first week, your body is not used to eating these food so don't suffer by not eating when you feel hungry. You can grab a yogurt, oatmeal or a fruit just to fill you up throughout the day. Remember don't make yourself suffer because you just want to lose those extra weigh in your body. It just might be water weigh so don't worry. Try to exercise at least three times a week to get the results you wanted. You can do 10 mins only. Just be active. Results takes time.
Overall verdict: 3 stars.

Consistency
Sorry! if i was not able to update what's happening.. I have not been consistent. So I started working out last week, then i done a 30 minute workout from Nike Training Club which you can download as an app on your phone. Then this week i done a 45 minute workout! Cheers! I was really proud of myself. My next goal is making it 5x a week of workout. i have not yet done my goal of 3x a week but it is a progress. I also done workouts from youtube videos around 10 mins.. and I LOVE IT from PopSugar Fitness. Subsribe then browse to their playlist, there are a lot of videos you can find worth trying.
Nike Training Club is free! You can download it to your android or ios phone. There are a lot of workout to choose from. You can choose from 15 to 30 minutes of workout depending on your goal. Don't be afraid to try it! Every workout has a set of moves you can do between 30seconds to 2 minutes max.

HELLO AGAIN
Ashamed! One word that would describe me.... :( #noDiscipline
I hate it. Been busy because of the thesis. Blah blah..
Okay Here is my fitness resolution:
1. Get Enough Sleep 8hrs
2. Eat Healthy, Eat Right
3. Exercise at least 3x a week
4. Keep my blog up to date as much as possible
5. Be more productive 
6. Relax
....
Tomorrow. I will start again to go to the gym. I have 4 visits left pa. And a 3,000 GC waiting. :|

Recover yourself
After workout from my gym, I usually went to the convenience store to buy some post-workout food to eat. I googled soy milk (chocolate), yogurt, banana and some other more i forgot..  :)) Importantly it must be Protein!  
I heard good reviews about Vitamilk! So this is what I usually get and sometimes Nestle Yogurt.
