I have the hardest time staying alive in general and when the smaller inconvenient happens I break

you ever wanna cry but there’s too many reasons on your mind at once so you just sit there numbly bc same

I’m trying to numb the feelings of every other feeling. I feel too much, or I don’t feel enough. I actually feel like I’m losing my shit. I did so well being 4 months clean from benzo’s and then I fucked up.

I’m 1 month 25 days clean from other substances which I guess is a positive, but I still feel like I’m dying inside.
