Do you perhaps have records of doyoung calling jaehyun "Yuno"?

He doesn't. It's "Woojae" or "Jaehyun-ie". He was asked in the past and he put a question mark after "Yuno".

I mean, maybe there are special situations when Do makes a switch (with how precious the name is for Yuno himself, one would think so), but among neos and on public it's "Jaehyun-ie". It is apparent that it's a norm from: a) Doyoung pronounces the name with a special intonation, b) Jaehyun calls himself "Jaehyunnie", c) other neos all use Jaehyun or Jay, d) Do slips up and often calls other neos by pet-names like "Hyuk-ie" or "Yong-ie" (he should do the same with "Yuno"), "Yonho" as well (for Johnny).

The thing is that Jaehyun changed his name to Yuno pretty late. It's more like a private name (his real self), than the name he goes by. When Jae talks about Yuno or uses it, it's to contrast with Jaehyun the idol.
