Train Lie-in with Pride/Slicenrice Under Fire are replaced with Directator's All-Star Cast, Seal No Evil/The Price of Iron are replaced with A Real Charmer, The Realest Kappa/From the Future are replaced with Trying Tangle Tango, and The Bony General/Fleshy Souls General and Enma and the Serpent/The Old Fox Shrine don't have replacements, though many new requests were added to the post-game.

Unlike Yo-kai Watch 2 and Yo-kai Watch Blasters, the localized version of the game only has one version, based on Sukiyaki, having all the new features added in that version.
