Been thinking about how Donnie and Leo’s insecurities juxtapose each other.
Donnie is insecure about his place in the family, but confident in who he is outside of it.
Leo is secure about being a part of the family, but thinks he’s nothing outside of it.
I think it’s a very interesting comparison that reflects their respective personalities, Donnie’s “Will all I have to offer be enough?” versus Leo’s “Do I even have anything else to offer?”

i don’t think i fully realized until now that both tim minear and ryan guzman replied to questions about eddie’s sexuality in interviews this month by saying “well yknow eddie had a wife and was raised catholic and was in the army and currently has a girlfriend but thanks to the support of the 118 he’s also learning more about himself every year and questioning his understanding of the world and his place in it.” which is a lot of words to avoid actually answering the question in any meaningful way but more importantly sounds like they’ve (maybe? probably?) had conversations about eddie’s sexuality since they’re clearly on the same wavelength

I love how Hazbin Hotel was like “everyone is going to talk about sex all the time and everyone is so sexual. Especially the gay men. But not the lesbian couple. For some reason totally unrelated to homophobia”

Alright listen-
I simply think the beauty of two Exos being in a relationship and both of them feeling these gaps in their human experiences when it comes to being physical with each other, due to them not having things like lips or squishy bits or sometimes not even having tongues.
And yet that shared pain/longing for more is what brings them closer because they just have that intrinsic understanding of each other
AND NOT ONLY THAT, but both of them coming together and finding ways to circumvent those gaps they have in their joint experience of the human condition and discovering how to be sensual and physical with each other in their own ways
And still being satisfied with each other because gosh even though we’re both robots made of metal, I’ve never felt more human than when I’m with you

Watching Third Life for the first time, and I’ve gotten to the part where Scar keeps scamming people out of their armor by promising “reputation” in exchange for it. And bit by bit Grian is just slowly going mad. Like - he keeps trying to warn people that Scar’s scamming them, and it gets to the point where - when Etho turns up and Scar tries to keep Grian busy elsewhere - we get this amazing moment of Grian shouting from the opposite side of Monopoly Mountain:
“HE WANTS YOUR SHOOOES!”
in this desperate last-ditch attempt to save Etho from Scar’s scam. And then Big B shows up in diamond friggin’ armor, and Scar sees it, and he goes
“You’ve come to the right place! Welcome to Monopoly Mountain–”
and before he can even finish his sentence, we just hear Grian laughing in the background, sounding like a man who’s at the end of his rope and has all but given up on even TRYING to stop Scar at this point. He has this final attempt to save B by trapping Scar in cobwebs and telling B to “Just run!” all while laughing in a way that sounds like he’s almost crying
ALL OF THIS barely ten minutes after a bunch of people showed up to brag about having dark oak saplings (therefore destroying the monopoly Grian tried to have over them), which led to Scar telling Grian “I will murder all of them” and Grian doing that thing where he’s laughing so hard he has to lean away from the mix so he doesn’t make his audio spike.
…not even two episodes in and I’m beginning to understand why people love Scar and Grian so much in this series. I can’t even imagine where it goes from here holy shit
