Tik Tok Bill/HR 7521 - 03/16/2024
Bill HR 7521 passed 3 days ago in the house of representatives by a vote of 352 - 65. If this bill passes in the Senate, which looks likely, Joe Biden said he will sign it, which will purportedly ban Tik Tok. It wouldn't really ban it, but what it will do is force Byte Dance, the Chinese company that owns Tik Tok, to divest by providing a description of what assets would need to be divested to execute a qualified divesture. In other words, they would have to sell it. They would also have to shut down their internet hosting service. Someone in the U.S. would buy it. I've been on the fence with this one as well with whether or not Biden will remain on the ticket. After reading a portion of the bill I saw a loophole regarding what can be done with a foreign person. Donald Trump, who back in 2020 wanted to ban Tik Tok, he's now against banning it. He said that banning Tik Tok would give the government too much power and would make Facebook more of a monopoly. I sure hope his 180-degree shift wasn't partly made because he has a big campaign donor from Tik Tok. Elon Musk is against it. He thinks it will lead to the government having too much control of wording and censorship on all media platforms. He argues that it doesn't just involve foreign adversaries. Republican Congressman Thomas Massie on X posted this: "The president will be given the power to ban WEB SITES, not just Apps.--"The person breaking the new law is deemed to be the U.S. (or offshore) INTERNET HOSTING SERVICE or App Store, not the 'foreign adversary.' " The CCP (Chinese Communist Party) controls what content is allowed on Tik Toc, and the version that is used in China is very different to what's allowed on it outside of China, like here in the U.S. In China they're teaching their children strict discipline and loyalty to the CCP without other harmful content, brainwashing them into their collectivist ideologies. Outside of China they are allowing and promoting content that encourages self-harm and suicide. The big concern in Congress is that the CCP is using the platform to collect as much personal data as they can to be later used against us for nefarious reasons.
Bytedance is the parent company running Tik Toc, and it's former CEO, Zhang Yiming, in 2018 wrote an open public letter of apology to the CCP's headquarters. He was in trouble for not directing his tech companies to push the party's communist agenda far enough, including for what they termed as Xi Jinping thought. Here's some of that letter translated in English:
"I sincerely apologize to regulators, our users and colleagues. I have been in a state of guilt and remorse since I received the notice from the regulatory authority yesterday afternoon and stayed up all night."
"Toutino will permanently shut down the app and the Wechat account of Neihan Duanzi. The product has gone astray, posting content that goes against socialist core values. It's all on me. I accept all the punishment since it failed to direct public opinion in the right way."
"I blame myself for failing to live up to the guidance and expectations of the authorities. In the past few years, the authorities have given us a lot of guidance and help, but I failed to understand properly and to correct properly in the past that resulted in the repercussions today."
"I blame myself for failing the support and trust of our users. We one-sidedly focused on growth and scale without paying timely attention to quality and responsibility of guiding users to obtain positive information. We have failed to undertake corporate social responsibility, and lack emphasis and understanding of our roles in carry forward the positive energy, and guide public opinion properly."
"I reflect that the deep-seated problems for the company are: a weak understanding of the 'four consciousness,' a lack of socialist core values, and a biased guidance of public opinion. 'In the past, we have placed too much emphasis on the role of technology, and failed to realize that socialist core values are the prerequisite to technology. We need to spread positive messages in line with the requirements of the times while respecting public order and good practice.' "
The "four consciousness," to which he referred is described in the following CCP directive as translated into English; CCP Central Committee Publishers Plan for Deepening the Reform of Party and State Agencies. March 18, 2021:
"To deepen reform of the Party and state agencies at this new historical turning point, we must comprehensively implement the Spirit of the 19th Party Congress and persist in taking Marxism -- Leninism, Ma Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, the Important Thinking of the 'Three Represents,' the Scientific Development Concept, and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as the guide. We must firmly establish political consciousness, consciousness of the big picture, consciousness of the core leadership, and consciousness of falling in line with party directives. We must resolutely maintain the authority and centralized unified leadership of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core. We must adapt to the development requirements of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, persist in the general principle of seeking progress while maintaining stability, and adhere to the proper direction of reform. We must persist in being people-centered, and persist in comprehensively ruling the country according to law."
It seems clear to me that the CCP wants to dominate the world and control how everyone thinks. We can't let that happen. The harmful content on Tik Tok can be found on some of the other platforms, but apparently on Tik Tok it's been more harmful and addictive to kids. Amnesty International 2 reports: "Driven into the Darkness: How Tik Tok Encourages Self-harm and Suicidal Ideation and the I Feel Exposed: Caught in Tik Tok's Surveillance Web - highlight the abuses experienced by children and young people using Tik Tok Outside of China. Between 3 and 20 minutes into our manual research, more than half of the videos in the 'For You' feed were related to mental health struggles with multiple recommended videos in a single hour romanticizing, normalizing or encouraging suicide."
Here's how a portion of the Tik Tok bill reads - HR 7521:
(iii) a subsidiary of or a successor to an entity identified in clause (i) or (ii) that is controlled by a foreign adversary; or (iv) an entity owned or controlled, directly or indirectly, by an entity identified in clause (i), (ii), or (iii); or (B) a covered company that -- (i) is controlled by a foreign adversary; and (ii) that is determined by the President to present a significant threat to the national security of the United States following the issuance of -- (I) a public notice proposing such determination; and (II) a public report to Congress, submitted not less than 30 days before such determination, describing the specific national security concern involved and containing a classified annes and a description of what assets would need to be divested to execute a qualified divesture. (4) FOREIGN ADVERSARY COUNTRY, -- The term "foreign adversary country" means a country specified with respect to a covered company or other entity is -- (A) a foreign person that is domiciled in, is headquartered in, has its principal place of business in, or is organized under the laws of a foreign adversary country. (B) an entity with respect to which a foreign person or combination of foreign persons described in "subparagraph (A) directly or indirectly own at least a 20 percent stake; or (C) a person subject to the direction or control of a foreign person or entity described in subparagraph (A) (B). (2) Covered Company -- (A) IN GENERAL -- The term "covered company" means an entity that operates, directly or indirectly (including through a parent company, subsidiary, or affiliate), a website, desktop application, or augmented or immersive technology application.
The loophole I see is that there are people here from China that are legal to work and live here (green card) and who have a residence in China. The President (Joe Biden) could divest any website or app operated by a company with such a person in its employ from China with a green card who happens to own at least 20% of that company. I haven't read through the entire bill, nor am I an expert on Congressional bills or policies, but there might be other loopholes to be found. Given all that I have considered on this, I think divesting Tik Tok is a good idea, but only with no loopholes or wiggle room. I don't trust the government, their too giddy about this and I suspect they may have something up their sleeves. Next to our own ability to destroy ourselves from within, I think China is our biggest threat. This is serious stuff and we're in some very dangerous situations. We've got to get this right and get the right leader in the White House, which, in my humble opinion, is Donald J. Trump.

in the same way how revisionism in the soviet union arose from opposition to and flawed policy from its initial governments, so did revisionism in the p.r.c., with ideologically oppositional figures like deng xiaoping and liu shaoqi leading the struggle against proletarian power on the one hand, and mao zedong's mistakes sabotaging class conflict on the other.
one of these (theoretical and political) mistakes was the three-worlds theory, which pushed the chinese government (still under mao) to open their arms to the u.s. and its allies, under the understanding that soviet social-imperialism was more dangerous than classical, old and decaying western imperialism. china would go on to opportunistically (in all the meanings and senses) try to gain their seat at the u.n. by giving foot to western hegemony. later, deng xiaoping would further sink china into this mistake under his own leadership.
misunderstanding geopolitics and using communist language to cover their tracks, they would condemn the portuguese revolutionaries in the carnation revolution, claiming their sponsors to be the soviet imperialists and not the portuguese people. instead, supporting the left-wing of the portuguese anti-communist, pro-western bloc.
china would halt its support for the revolutionaries in oman, who were fighting against a sultanate that was propped up by the british, jordanian and persian monarchies. instead, they would claim that the c.i.a.-backed shah was a patriot of his nation, his country a bulwark against the u.s.s.r. and its puppets.
under the cultural revolution, china would be one of the first to recognize the newly formed government in chile, after a violent coup d'état had taken place, which deposed allende and placed augusto pinochet in power

#002: CRITIQUE - The New China Playbook by Keyu Jin
This is a really difficult book for me to evaluate. On the one hand, Keyu Jin deftly provides a broad overview of the reforms brought about under the leadership of Deng Xiaoping, the socioeconomic impact of these reforms, and the economic machinations of state-owned enterprises (SOEs), privately owned domestic companies, and foreign capital. I learned a lot about the history of modern China from this book, and I particularly found the passages describing the problems of education in China, the repercussions of the One Child Policy and competition between SOEs and private firms fascinating.
However, my main problem with this book lies in its framing of the contradiction between socialism and capitalism in China. The subtitle suggests this “third road” between these two economic modes of production without really defining that system. She basically argues that China is a social democratic country without using those terms, i.e. capitalist but giving a bigger slice of the pie to the working class. She also doesn’t explain Marxist economic theory very well on the very few occasions she chooses to engage with it. Chapter 2 is a particular example of this where she equates total factor productivity (TFP) with an answer to Marx’s theory of surplus value.
Politeconomy is not my strong suit, so bear with me here, but it seems as though Jin is making an argument against the Marx's theory of the tendency of the rate of profit to fall. She doesn't really explain Marx's theory beyond claiming that Marx identified the cause of this phenomenon as mere "capitalist greed". Marx argued that technological innovation enabled more efficient means of production In the short run, physical productivity would increase as a result, allowing the early adopting capitalists to produce greater use values (i.e., physical output). In the long run, if demand remains the same and the more productive methods are adopted across the entire economy, the amount of labor required (as a ratio to capital, i.e. the organic composition of capital) would decrease. Now, assuming value is tied to the amount of labor necessary, the value of the physical output would decrease relative to the value of production capital invested. In response, the average rate of industrial profit would therefore tend to decline in the longer term. It declined in the long run, Marx argued, paradoxically not because productivity decreased, but instead because it increased, with the aid of a bigger investment in equipment and materials.
TFP theory argues that an increase in the means of production, particularly improved technology, tools, machinery, etc, creates an increase to the production of outputs, i.e. creating more commodities and/or at a higher quality.
Now if I'm missing something, let me know in the comments, but it seems to me that Jin is making an argument that technology enhances the productive forces, which therefore increases productive output. It may be obvious to some that Marx has basically made the same argument in his TRPF theory. But the glaring error--or obfuscation--that stands out to me is the unwillingness or inability to address the profitability of these outputs. This, of course, stems from a failure to address where the value of a commodity comes from, which is human labor power. Even in her own chart in Chapter 2, Jin demonstrates that an increase in TFP can only temporarily prevent an economy from stagnating. Because the value of a commodity decreases with the amount of human labor power, profitability of the capitalist mode of production is not guaranteed forever. The more humans are replaced by machines, the less valuable and usually cheaper--and therefore less profitable--commodities become.
My favorite example of this concept is with using guitars. The factory-produced Yamaha guitar may sell in stores for, say, $200. It's got cheap paint, a plastic nut, a bolt-on neck and body made of low-quality wood. But the custom shop guitar, made with rare, high-quality wood cut from a single block, a bone nut, mother-of-pearl inlays on the fretboard hand-shaped into a set of flowering vines that stretch across 24 jumbo frets; now that might run you, say, $5,000. The human labor power put into the cheap Yamaha as opposed to the custom shop guitar, along with the different quality materials, are what determine the value of these commodities, which ultimately influence their varying prices.
But to her credit, I think she does paint an accurate picture of multiple mechanisms of democratic input from the people within China, both through official and unofficial channels. Her critiques of the government and the party are often fair, and she does not make the case for “regime change”, but rather for the next generation to take ownership of their country--to which I would ask: are you referring to "China's growing middle class"? Or are you referring to the brave entrepreneurs who sold rationed goods and were later allowed to be millionaires under Deng Xiaoping?
She does not paint China as an imperialist aggressor on the world stage, and highlights the willingness of the government to engage in more equitable loans to African, Asian, and South American countries than the US or the US-dominated IMF. She has a fair view of the Belt & Road Initiative. She is correct to point out that BRI is not a charity project, but it is an opportunity for countries to make crucial investments in their people and economies. And she makes it explicitly clear that, if an armed conflict were to break out between China and the US, China would not be the aggressor in such a conflict, contrary to most Western media outlets. But this view, charitable as it may be, cannot be holistic when considering other aspect of Deng's China, namely his foreign policy.
The book focuses a lot on China's place on the world stage as of the past few decades, but doesn't even gloss over the Deng administration's open collaboration with the United States to fund and arm the Khmer Rouge as they waged a genocidal war with newly liberated Vietnam. As fascinating as it was to learn about the post-Mao reforms in China, it would have been equally revealing to learn more about the negative impacts of Dengism both nationally and internationally.
Ultimately the author seems to believe that the Chinese people lived under absolute squalor from the end of the civil war in 1949 to the beginning of the “opening up” period of 1978 brought about by Deng Xiaoping, but she fails to mention the massive  improvements in the quality of life for hundreds of millions of Chinese people that were brought about post ‘49, including a massive increase in literacy rates and lifespan, which she herself acknowledges at the end of the book are crucial factors for measuring the economic success of a country.
TL;DR—I think the intention behind this book is genuine in providing a window into Chinese economic life and making the case that the Chinese should determine their own destiny. But that window is about a hundred stories above the ground floor. What I find ingenuine about the book is it’s clearly bourgeois class perspective masked in its portrayal of socialism with Chinese characteristics as a benevolent and “flexible” capitalism, i.e. social democracy/democratic socialism, whatever you want to call it. This becomes clear especially when considering the books frequent forays into Great Man Theory through praises of Deng Xiaoping and his economic reforms and the author's refusal to offer a good faith engagement with Marx's critique of political economy.
Other books I recommend on this subject include:
Fanshen: A Documentary of Revolution in a Chinese Villiage by William Hinton
China’s Economic Dialectic: The Original Aspiration of Reform by Cheng Enfu
The East is Still Red: Chinese Socialism in the 21st Century by Carlos Martinez
And finally I recommend folks read the books/articles of Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, and Xi Jinping and form their own opinions on Chinese economic theory.

The GPCR was started in 1966 and was conducted in accordance with what Mao and the Chinese communists themselves considered as Mao’s highest theoretical and practical achievement in combatting modern revisionism, preventing capitalist restoration and consolidating socialism. The GPCR was optimistically regarded as the guarantee for the worldwide victory of socialism and even for the imminent collapse of imperialism.
But after the Shanghai Commune, factional struggles and allegations against and death of Lin Piao surfaced, policy shifts were initiated by a Centrist-Rightist combination veering away from the proletarian class struggle and leading to the Nixon diplomatic visit, the rehabilitation and promotion of Deng Xiaoping, reinterpretations of the GPCR and the three-worlds theory by Deng and the increasing calls for modernization through capitalist reforms and opening up for integration with the US and world capitalist system.
After the death of Chou Enlai in February 1976, Deng was removed from office for promoting big comprador ideology. But after the death of Mao in September 1976, the October coup resulted in the arrest and imprisonment of the so-called Gang of Four by the combination of Hua Guofeng and Deng.
After the latter gained the upper hand over the former who resigned, the GPCR was declared a complete catastrophe, Mao no less was castigated for it and millions of CPC cadres and members were expelled. Liu Xiaoqi the No. 1 capitalist-roader was rehabilitated. The communes were dismantled and public assets were privatized in earnest. The sweat shop operations for the US market began.

At the closing session of the 20th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), General Secretary Xi Jinping announced that the meeting had been a “complete success.” And it certainly was—but only for one person: Xi himself. He was able to achieve all of his objectives: one vision, one leader, and one party.
As Xi announced in the closing session, the first benchmark of success was the unification of vision within the party, which he described as “Chinese-style modernization,” a term that has evolved over the course of the last few decades.
Modernization has been the goal of China since its humiliating defeat in the Opium Wars. The CCP kept emphasizing the idea after it took power in 1949, but most people in China today would associate the concept with Deng Xiaoping, who made the goal of reform to achieve the Four Modernizations—industry, agriculture, national defense, and science and technology—after he came to power in 1978.
Ever the pragmatist, Deng knew very well that modernization could not be achieved using the old planned economy model that had held the country back under Mao Zedong. He thus proposed the theory of the “primary stage of socialism,” which provided the necessary ideological camouflage to develop the economy using capitalist tools.
A more detailed plan was unveiled at the 13th Party Congress in 1987, which divided the path to modernization into three steps: first, to double the gross national product (GNP) from the 1980 figure; second, to double the GNP again to become a “moderately prosperous society” by the end of the century; and third, to raise the per capita GNP to the level of moderately developed countries by the middle of the 21st century. The timeline was pushed forward by the 19th Party Congress, which announced that modernization would be substantially achieved by 2035—now only 13 years away.
Putting aside the question of whether the CCP will achieve the target on time (my bet is that it will, at least according to the party’s own propaganda), the more important question is what will happen once the Chinese-style modernization is achieved. Here we enter some uncharted territory, but I would suggest, based on my reading of Xi, that under CCP ideology this means the end of the primary stage of socialism and the start of a more advanced stage—and possibly radical changes to follow.
The CCP Central Committee also confirmed this in its proposal for China’s 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-2025), adopted at the Fifth Plenum in 2020, which states that one of the objectives for 2035 is having made “obvious substantive progress … in achieving common prosperity for all people.” If you want some concrete examples of what this looks like, just look at China’s three great socialist transformations in the 1950s, which resulted in the total elimination of private ownership and the disastrous people’s communes that led to the Great Famine.
Another obsession of Xi’s is his emphasis on “one leader,” which was first reflected in the 2016 slogan of Four Consciousnesses, i.e., political consciousness, overall consciousness, core (meaning Xi) consciousness, and alignment (with Xi) consciousness; the 2018 slogan of Two Safeguards, i.e., to “resolutely safeguard General Secretary Xi Jinping’s core position of the Party Central Committee and the core position of the whole party” and to “resolutely safeguard the authority and centralized and unified leadership of the Party Central Committee”; and the latest Two Establishments in 2021, i.e., the “establishment of Comrade Xi Jinping as the core of the Party Central Committee and the core of the whole party” and the “establishment of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism With Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as the guiding thought of the party.”
Causal observers of Chinese politics might regard such wordplay as petty and pointless, but it is not. Instead, it serves a real purpose: to establish Xi’s position as the one supreme leader. Despite everything, the theoretical side of communism is still important in the party’s internal self-justifications and propaganda. Thus, what might appear to outsiders as mindless recitation of meaningless words by party officials actually serves an important purpose: the inculcation of Xi’s status as the indisputable leader.
Again, Xi was able to score another major victory on this front, by inserting into the revised CCP constitution an obligation for all party members to strengthen the Four Consciousnesses and achieve the Two Establishments. Of all the amendments in the constitution, this one is the most important, as it basically turns the CCP from a political party into a personal party, building on the emphasis on Xi’s ideology in everything from classrooms to apps. This ritual of ascension was finalized through the public humiliation of Xi’s predecessor Hu Jintao, as it sent the unmistakable message that Xi is the only one true leader.
To become the one leader that guides the party with his one vision, Xi needed to make sure that the party is one party: his party. He did this through the control of personnel—removing those who might have challenged his power through the ruthless purges of the last 10 years, with the able help of Xi’s hatchet man, Wang Qishan. Then he put in new figures entirely under his thumb, composed mainly of his secretaries and subordinates from when he was a provincial official, such as Li Qiang, Cai Qi, and Ding Xuexiang, three of the seven members of the new Standing Committee.
This new approach is most evident in the selection process for the members of the 20th Central Committee. As Xi emphasized, the selection process does not follow any established party conventions. Instead, the No. 1 criterion is the political standard, which includes political position, political attitude, political consciousness, political judgment, political intuition, and political execution.
If you think this sounds too cryptic, the selection committee further explains that the key is to find out if the candidate has a correct understanding of the Two Establishments, whether he or she has strengthened the Four Consciousnesses and carried out the Two Safeguards, and whether he or she has faithfully implemented the spirit of Xi’s important instructions.
In other words, what matters most is whether you have surrendered yourself, both physically and spiritually, to the almighty power of the general secretary. This is why the new Central Committee is filled with Xi’s men (and a dozen or so women), why Li Keqiang and Wang Yang were kicked out despite the fact that they are both still shy of the (unofficial but conventional) retirement age, and why the Communist Youth League faction, which was once so powerful, is now totally gone.
In a way, by turning one of the biggest parties in the world into an extension of himself, Xi has made the job of China watchers worldwide much easier. Instead of having to delve into the intricacies of different factions and the backgrounds of different officials, now we only need to understand one person: Xi. Anyone who has been to the Great Hall of the People in Beijing knows that the only thing visible from a seat perched at the top of the building is Mao’s mausoleum. And that is what Xi sees as his only task: to finish off where Mao left off. As we all know, there is only one result from such an endeavor.

"Peaceful rise" guides China's future
The concept of "peaceful rise" was put forward
"Peaceful Rise" is a new word that the Boao Forum and China have contributed to the English language and the world. It means "peaceful rise" in Chinese.
On November 3, 2003, Zheng Bijian, former executive vice president of the Party School of the CPC Central Committee and chairman of the China Reform and Opening Up Forum, first proposed the term in a speech at the Bowhole Asia Forum.
The proposal of "peaceful rise" has nothing to do with "China". In recent years, how to interpret and view China's rapid development has become a hot topic in the international community. In this context, "China" and "China collapse theory" once had a large market. At the end of 2002, Zheng Bijian visited the United States and had extensive contact with some American political leaders and scholars such as Condoleezza Rice, Henry Kissinger and Brzezinski. The "China" in their conversation made Zheng uneasy. After returning to China, he wrote to the Central Committee in the name of the Policy Research Office of the CPC Central Committee and put forward several proposals, the last of which was the concept of "peaceful rise." The "Peaceful Rise" research group was formally established after the General Secretary personally instructed a "proposal to conduct research on the path of China's peaceful rise". There are eight core researchers, and their research covers domestic affairs, diplomacy, culture, and history.
About a year later, the theory of "peaceful rise" basically took shape. On December 10, 2003, during his visit to the United States, the Prime Minister solemnly mentioned the concept of "peaceful rise" in his speech at Harvard University. Since then, the outside world has noticed that until March 14, 2004, in a short period of three months, the president and the Premier have talked about China's "peaceful rise" in public three times. "Peaceful rise is moving from an academic concept to a strategic choice for China's new leadership," Xinhua said in its commentary. It is not only contemporary China's positioning of its role and future image, but also China's commitment to Asia and the world.
"Peaceful rise" is the second enrichment of the Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence. This is very reassuring to the rest of Asia, and it is very important to the whole face of Asia.
The inner power of peaceful rise
"Peaceful rise is not unstoppable." China Reform and opening up Forum vice chairman Professor Wang Jisi said. The rise comes first from China's own efforts.
Peaceful rise, as the prime minister said: the base point is mainly on their own strength. To achieve this, China needs more profound changes
In fact, change is happening. In 2003, when a new generation of Chinese leaders began their first year of government, China was also entering the "second transition," the core of which was the shift of the focus of the Party and the state from economic construction to coordinated economic and social development.
Recently, the "comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development concept" or "scientific Development concept" has been proposed, both as a solution to domestic problems and as a response to international pressure. A deeper impetus comes from reform. What attracts more attention is Zheng Bijian's institutional innovation, which is officially referred to as the deepening of the socialist market economy and the development of socialist democracy.

It is not only contemporary China's positioning of its role and future image, but also China's commitment to Asia and the world.

deng xiaoping, like all revisionists before him, treats the working class like cattle and denies their role in the world, instead attributing the transition towards socialism to the mere development of the productive forces (without the leadership of the proletariat). this was a typical mistake of eduard bernstein. if we pay close attention, both currents end up stepping on every stone of reaction (in both ideas and policies). from utopianism, to chauvinism, to kautsky's theory of imperialism, to non-aligned third worldism, to the capitulation of the international socialist movement to imperialist nations, specifically the western capitalists

Entwurf der Liminal-Philosophie für das 21. Jahrhundert

Circa 1965 the push began to relocate The Beast, otherwise known as the Anglo-American Axis (yes, as in Nazi Axis)  to China and to use China as the new Host for the Parasite.  Kim Goguen put the date at 1975, but that was actually the end of the first ten year phase of it.
I also told you how the British Territorial Government came in here and  assumed a "custodial interest" in the Western States formed during and after the so-called American Civil War.
These States could not be formally enrolled as States of the Union, because the actual States were not in Session.  As a result, these States-in-Waiting were run as British Territorial "States" until the first of October 2020, when they were all enrolled.
However, in the meanwhile, the Queen cut a deal with China in 2015 agreeing to sell them all sorts of property that she "took title to" in The United States for a new "agricultural and mining" colony for the Chinese --- including all of the Western United States and Canada.
Remember when I objected to the Chinese plan to come in here and start gold mining?  The Queen had also sold her Tribute Share -- ten percent of all gold mined in America -- to China.  But it's not her gold until it's mined.
We never gave them, the Brits, permission to come here and mine it for themselves. I told the Queen that she might own that ten percent in the ground, but she didn't have any right to move a cubic centimeter of our land and soil to get it. So the Chinese backed off.
The Chinese feel that they must expand to new land masses and take over more arable land in order to care for their population.
The murder of over nine million innocent people in this country thus far is the result of this Sino-British agreement, with the Anglo-American Axis being represented by the US CORP, but actually being manipulated by its parent corporation, the UN CORP.
On a completely different tack, seeking to nail down the reason for the startling decrease in population projections issued by Deagal in 2017, yielded this research--- I am reposting it here in the Public Interest of the entire world:

https://jrnyquist.blog/2019/09/11/the-secret-speech-of-general-chi-haotian/
The Secret Speech of General Chi Haotian
In 2005, THE EPOCH TIMES acquired a secret speech given by Defense Minister Chi Haotian to high-level Communist Party Cadres sometime before his retirement in 2003. Details given in Chi’s speech coincide with previously unpublished defector testimony on Sino-Russian military plans.
"Only countries like the United States, Canada and Australia have the vast land to serve our need for mass colonization....
;;;;We’d rather have the whole world, or even the entire globe, share life and death with us than step down from the stage of history! Isn’t there a “nuclear bondage” theory? It means that since nuclear weapons have bound the security of the entire world, all will die together if death is inevitable. In my view, there is another kind of bondage, and that is, the fate of our Party is tied up with that of the whole world. If we, the CCP, are finished, China will be finished, and the world will be finished....
....We need to liberate them. Second, after solving the “issue of America,” the western countries of Europe would bow to us, not to mention Taiwan, Japan and other small countries. Therefore, solving the “issue of America” is the mission assigned to the CCP members by history.
Instead, when revising the Constitution this time, for the first time we clearly specified “March of the Volunteers” is our national anthem. Thus we will understand why we constantly talk loudly about the “Taiwan issue” but not the “American issue.” We all know the principle of “doing one thing under the cover of another.” If ordinary people can only see the small island of Taiwan in their eyes, then you as the elite of our country should be able to see the whole picture of our cause. Over these years, according to Comrade Xiaoping’s arrangement, a large piece of our territory in the North has been given up to Russia; do you really think our Party Committee is a fool?
To resolve the issue of America we must be able to transcend conventions and restrictions. In history, when a country defeated another country or occupied another country, it could not kill all the people in the conquered land because back then you could not kill people effectively with sabers or long spears, or even with rifles or machine guns. Therefore, it was impossible to gain a stretch of land without keeping the people on that land. However, if we conquered America in this fashion, we would not be able to make many people migrate there.
Only by using special means to “clean up” America will we be able to lead the Chinese people there. This is the only choice left for us. This is not a matter of whether we are willing to do it or not. What kind of special means is there available for us to “clean up America”?
Conventional weapons such as fighters, canons, missiles and battleships won’t do; neither will highly destructive weapons such as nuclear weapons. We are not as foolish as to want to perish together with America by using nuclear weapons, despite the fact that we have been exclaiming that we will have the Taiwan issue resolved at whatever cost. Only by using non-destructive weapons that can kill many people will we be able to reserve America for ourselves. There has been rapid development of modern biological technology, and new bio-weapons have been invented one after another. Of course, we have not been idle, in the past years we have seized the opportunity to master weapons of this kind. We are capable of achieving our purpose of “cleaning up” America all of a sudden....
....From a humanitarian perspective, we should issue a warning to the American people and persuade them to leave America and leave the land they have lived in to the Chinese people. Or at least they should leave half of the United States to be China’s colony, because America was first discovered by the Chinese. But would this work? If this strategy does not work, then there is only one choice left to us. That is, use decisive means to “clean up” America and reserve America for our use in a moment. Our historical experience has proven that as long as we make it happen, nobody in the world can do anything about us. Furthermore, if the United States as the leader is gone, then other enemies have to surrender to us.
Biological weapons are unprecedented in their ruthlessness, but if the Americans do not die then the Chinese have to die. If the Chinese people are strapped to the present land, a total societal collapse is bound to take place. According to the computation of the author of Yellow Peril, more than half of the Chinese will die, and that figure would be more than 800 million people!....
....If our biological weapons succeed in the surprise attack, the Chinese people will be able to keep their losses at a minimum in the fight against the United States....
....Here some people may want to ask me: What about the several millions of our compatriots in the United States? They may ask: aren’t we against Chinese killing other Chinese?
These comrades are too pedantic; they are not pragmatic enough. If we had insisted on the principle that the Chinese should not kill other Chinese, would we have liberated China? As for the several million Chinese living in the United States, this is of course a big issue. Therefore, in recent years, we have been conducting research on genetic weapons, i.e., those weapons that do not kill yellow people. But producing a result with this kind of research is extremely difficult....
....Of the research done on genetic weapons throughout the world, Israel is the most advanced. Their genetic weapons are designed to target Arabs and protect the Israelis. But even they have not reached the stage of actual deployment. We have cooperated with Israel on some research. Perhaps we can introduce some of the technologies used to protect Israelis and remold these technologies to protect the yellow people....
....Therefore, we have to give up our expectations about genetic weapons. Of course, from another perspective, the majority of those Chinese living in the United States have become our burden, because they have been corrupted by the bourgeois liberal values for a long time and it would be difficult for them to accept our Party’s leadership. If they survived the war, we would have to launch campaigns in the future to deal with them, to reform them....
....It is indeed brutal to kill one or two hundred million Americans. But that is the only path that will secure a Chinese century in which the CCP leads the world....
....If you get on the website (referenced above) using keywords to search, you will find out that a while ago comrade He Xin pointed out to the Hong Kong Business News during an interview that: “The U.S. has a shocking conspiracy.” According to what he had in hand, from September 27 to October 1, 1995, the Mikhail Sergeevich Gorbachev Foundation, funded by the United States, gathered 500 of the world’s most important statesmen, economic leaders and scientists, including George W. Bush (he was not the U.S. president at the time), the Baroness Thatcher, Tony Blair, Zbigniew Brzezinski, as well as George Soros, Bill Gates, futurist John Naisbitt, etc., all of the world’s most popular characters, in the San Francisco Fairmont hotel for a high-level roundtable conference, discussing problems about globalization and how to guide humanity to move forward into the 21st century.
According to what He Xin had in hand, the outstanding people of the world in attendance thought that in the 21st century a mere 20 percent of the world’s population will be sufficient to maintain the world’s economy and prosperity, the other 80 percent or 4/5ths of the world’s population will be human garbage unable to produce new values. The people in attendance thought that this excess 80 percent population would be a trash population and “high-tech” means should be used to eliminate them gradually.
Since the enemies are secretly planning to eliminate our population, we certainly cannot be infinitely merciful and compassionate to them. Comrade He Xin’s article came out at the right time, it has proven the correctness of our tit for tat battle approach … [and] Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s great foresight to deploy against the United States military strategy.
Certainly, in spreading Comrade He Xin’s views, we cannot publish the article in the Party newspapers, in order to avoid raising the enemy’s vigilance. He Xin’s conversation may remind the enemy that we have grasped the modern science and technology, including “clean” nuclear technology as well as biological weapons technology, and we can use powerful measures to eliminate their population on a large scale....
....Now, it seems like we are in the same critical period as the “horses were drinking water” in the Yangtze River days in the revolutionary era, as long as we resolve the United States problem at one blow, our domestic problems will all be readily solved. Therefore, our military battle preparation appears to aim at Taiwan but in fact is aimed at the United States, and the preparation is far beyond the scope of attacking aircraft carriers or satellites....
....Marxism pointed out that violence is the midwife for the birth of China’s century. As war approaches, I am full of hope for our next generation....
Unquote.
So, there you have it, tied up with a bow.
The vaccine injects agents that act as transponders sensitive to 5G transmissions and basically, are weaponized so that when a kill frequency is issued, the victims die as if they were in a giant microwave, coagulated from the inside out.
Kim Goguen's story that these transmissions were tied to individualized vaccine codes makes total sense.  Let's also hope she was accurate about the military operation to disable the codes.  If so, they can send out their 5G signals and go blind. Nobody will fall down dead like a rotisserie chicken in response.
However, that Fast Action would only be employed (it was tested in Wuhan and Shanghai) if the Perpetrators got desperate and needed a fast end to things.  Remember, the Chinese need everything to be "clean" here --- so they can move in and begin their agricultural and mining projects without having to bury millions of dead bodies.
So they also prepared a Slow Action, in which all the Americans and other innocent people worldwide are targeted for "relatively" quick death by other measures: HIV, Cancer, Heartworms, and other gunk that will kill, but take more time to do it.
Let the victims bury their own dead, then move in.
All this correlates to the list of groups that Congress exempted from getting the shots--- which included themselves, of course, but also included Chinese Exchange Students.
We have more than enough evidence to convict the members of the Congress and Joe Biden and the then-Joint Chiefs and the Captains of Industry of treason and numerous other crimes of state against this country and its government and its people, but it really goes much deeper than that.
Don't forget, in the effort to provide "cover" for their actions, the Chinese and the Tories have allowed this plague to be spread over the entire planet. The United States was the actual target, but millions upon millions in other countries were subjected to the jab, too, and billions of people worldwide stand to suffer early and miserable deaths because of this.
Envision a different outcome. Imagine that Mother Nature is much stronger and wiser than we ever thought possible.  Imagine that our genetic coding and our epigenetic repertoire has been informed---not by mere millions of years of exposure to exactly such crud as this, but billions of years of such exposure?
Imagine that we can individually and collectively call upon our inner knowledge to identify and destroy the poisons, parasites, and foreign mRNA that these self-serving monsters have injected into our people --- and diabolically, all under the color of a public health mandate?
Now, imagine that they, those guilty of these crimes, are swept away like dry leaves in a strong wind, while all the people of sound mind and good heart remain, freed of the war-mongers and selfish elites that exist like weeds and parasites among us?
Imagine these things and you will envision The Truth and determine the outcome.  You will create a new timeline, in which the CCP and the UN CORP (the parent company of which the US CORP is a franchise) -- both, do not exist.
Won't that be pleasant?
If you like, imagine those giant Party rallies in China, with everyone wearing their little uniforms and pins and so on.  And then imagine all those people just breaking up the crowd, tossing away these ugly emblems, and going home to a good supper.
Imagine Klaus Schwab staring in disbelief as a moving company comes into his office and carts away the furniture.
Imagine me leaning over a glass-topped desk and smiling.
