Wyll is the only one that recognizes Astarion as this big performer. Because he caught a show once, and Astarion propositioned him. Naturally, Wyll turned him down, and they never saw each other again...until the grove. So Wyll knows more than anyone else in the party, and knows Astarion is bullshitting.

I'm just imagining Astarion looking at everyone in the party and any one of them would absolutely be one hell of a muse. Any bard would be lucky to follow them around for inspiration.

Astarion is drawn to Wyll the most because he ends up surprising him.

Mutually complain about the person yanking their leash.

At first, Astarion thinks he's just this son of a noble playing hero, and he's not exactly a fan of nobles. As time goes on sees how idealistic Wyll is and realizes he was wrong. There's this gorgeous sincere man with unwavering principles. He also still has such a spark of life to him. And Astarion needs to find that again and just enjoy it, and not have to monetize it.

On the opposite side, Wyll is drawn to Astarion. This incredible bard. Bardstarion has higher charisma than canon Astarion so him being affected by the flirtation makes a lot more sense. The vampire is gorgeous, talented and has also been through his fair share of shit. Of course, Wyll wants to help get Astarion out of the shit circus.

The dancing scene would be so good to. Fire.

And they both think "You're the one songs should be written about"

They also both want a storybook romance or a love for the ages sort of thing.

Ultimately though I do think it has to end with Wyll choosing to become a Grand Duke because ain't no way pretty boy with a lute is going to Avernus. What's he supposed to do just sit around and wait for his husband to get back?

hear yee hear yee! I've arrived to talk to you about Baldur's Gate 3! 🖤

so personally, I've come seeking M x M threads exclusively. more specifically, I'm interested in some OC x CC, OC x OC and potentially CC x CC shenanigans, should we find the correct fit for both of us. I have a whole list of OCs I'm thrilled to throw at you and though none of them are Tav exactly, I have no problem fitting them into that role if need be. personally, I'm even okay adapting them as an average companion if that works for the plot. honestly, I'm very lenient. now, for the specifics;

I'd be thrilled to toss my pretty, twinky half-elf bard whom hails from Baldur's Gate at Gale of Waterdeep, or a tiefling childhood friend of Wyll Ravengard's at him. hence, you know, obviously I would love to find someone to write either Gale or Wyll. other than that, I'm very extremely open to all sorts of OC x OC shenanigans. I've not yet written a single canon character from BG3 but I'm also open to trying my hand at it, possibly at Halsin or Wyll.

logistics then; I prefer to write over discord, in our shared little haven of a server. open to tupperbox! I typically write multiple paragraphs; I don't think it's possible to even get a reply under two paragraphs minimum out of me. third person prose, past tense preferred though optional. I prefer my partners to match my writing style so I've got samples you can take a look at if you want! good grammar is a must, though I'm naturally forgiving of small mistakes. normally I reply at least daily, though depending on how life is (as you do) results may vary. hoping for something similar! super open to AUs, crossovers, different timelines, multiple threads and so on! my absolute favorite thing to write is romance with plot. some angst, some fluff, some terrible angst and passionate love. a nice, healthy balance of things with love perservering through the challenges. open to smut as well as dead dove topics; we can discuss triggers and limits in dms! finally, I hope you're a minimum of 20 years old, as I'm 32 myself. if you made it all the way to the bottom and remain interested, great! drop this post a like and I will surely find you! 👁️👄👁️ TERFs need not bother! We went over a bridge towards the Risen Road when I noticed Gale didn't look too good. He said his condition was worsening, and that he needed something magical to consume. I gave him a ring of Color Spray since I didn't think we would have much use for it. He said that it helped, which I'm glad for. Hopefully I can get more items that I won't mind parting with. This condition could prove to be an expensive one.

Along the river near the Risen Road, we met a group of paladins who were recetnly attacked by Karlach, the devil Wyll is hunting. We went over to attack her, but I found that she was infected too. I quickly realized she didn't willingly join Zariel's army, and convinced Wyll to spare her. We did the right thing, but Wyll seemed incredibly worried.

Karlach joined our ranks, and we went back to the tollhouse and took out the "paladins" after she told us they were actually Zariel's assets. When the fight was over, Karlach was burning up. She went into a blind rage and was running around destroying everything, her footsteps leaving behind a trail of flames. It was kind of hot actually...

That night at camp, we were greeted by Wyll's patron, Mizora. She told Wyll that he went against orders by sparing Karlach, and that there would be consequences. She snapped her fingers and I watched as he turned into a horned devil right before my eyes. I feel awful; I convinced him to do the right thing and he go punished for it. But given what I know of warlock pacts, this was considered a light form of punishment.

I talked to Karlach and it turns out she and Mizora were both part of Zariel's circle and they've always held distain for each other. I tried to get Wyll to tell me more about his pact, but Mizora has him silenced on the matter. Hopefully we can find a way to get him out of this thing. I just feel so bad for him...

I took in marriage the Hellrider Zevlor, the now mortal general Thorn, the vampire Astarion, Balduran himself and the ever-burning Karlach, yet sadly she left us for avernus due to her flaming heart.

I bed the water deep mage once and the bear druid comes to me in times of cold in search of a warm body and wild heart.

But if it's romance I had my adventures while destroying the absolute. Wyll had my hart and thoughts for a while before deciding to give himself to the city of Baldur's and and a drow was my lover before taking her life, as she tried to gut me in my sleep.

"Dammon, I may have... broken my rapier. Do you think you can repair it? Don't ask how it got broken."

"Ah! Certainly, Wyll. I have a no questions asked policy, so don't worry."

Dammon says with a smile, taking Wyll's rapier delicately before inspecting it over. A soft hum escapes his lips as he glances over the very worn and broken blade. He could tell it's been well loved over the years and was once a very beautiful blade, fit for the heroic Blade of Frontiers.

"Based on the damage alone, this will take me a day or two to restore it to its original beauty."

Dammon calmly explains, but then realizes this would be a good opportunity to test out one of his original works.

"In the meantime, if you don't have any backup blades, I have a prototype that's ready to be tested out, free of charge. Though I would love feedback on it when you come back to pick up your blade so I can make improvements where needed."

The young tiefling man says as he turns around to rummage through his pile of works in progress, pulling out a rapier in a similar size to Wyll's old one.

Turning around, Dammon thrusts his creation forward. A curious, beautiful obsidian colored blade that gave off a deep red aura lay delicately in Dammon's hands. The hilt of the blade had gorgeous silver detailing that spiraled outwards in a fancy design, but the one thing that really caught Wyll's attention was the little silver Raven sitting on the top of the hilt with tiny ruby eyes.

"I call this blade, Prince of The Sword Coast. It can be used as a warlock pact weapon as well!"

He explains excitedly with a proud smile on his face before sheepishly looking away.

"I, uh, after your party saved all of us Tieflings...I may or may not have been inspired to make weapons for all of you. So please, I insist. It's the least I can do for saving all of us."
