So, what would you little maniacs like to do first?

I've had quite a few writing ideas recently, but I chose Chrysanthi for a reason, because I came up with some elaborate scenes for her backstory (and which I still need to write... oops).

Anyway, I wanted to shed more light on her time in the restaurant before she comes to Mulloy Island, and how her co-workers view her. In particular, mostly, how a guy who comes there for an internship or something along the lines manages to platonically warm up to her much to the surprise of everyone there; to a point where he states he could stay (he's not from there) for her. But through her mutation she can sense where his path lies, that his deepest desires go back home, and she tells him to go and that she'll find him.

It sounds incredibly dry written out like this. I do intend for it to be heartfelt and emotional. Hopefully one of these days I can sit my ass down and write again, I enjoyed coming up with the scenes altogether!

As for what I'm looking forward to - my birthday! I can't wait to meet up with my friends again, this year is going to be bigger than usual. And I'm also strangely looking forward to pride too, the organization I volunteer at is going to participate, so this will be my first pride doing so!

Bro I would love to give you the Taylor Content™ because I know you love her!! I’ll add things for Chase too but not everything because I haven’t had a chance to write him yet. Sexuality Headcanon: Taylor is also a disaster lesbian. Although I still feel like she falls on the ace spectrum somewhere?? Like demi, or maybe even gray. Chase doesn’t label it! He’s genderblind for sure though.  Gender Headcanon: Taylor is a cis female, Chase I feel like he’s going to end up on the nonbinary spectrum. Not sure where yet.  A ship I have with said character: Taylor & your Lynn all the way!! I can’t picture her with anyone else these days.  A BROTP I have with said character: For sure Taylor & @shikariix’ Tiffany, because of the whole adoptive thing. Tiffany offered Taylor a found family just by convincing her parents, and Taylor appreciates that a lot (even though she’d never say it out loud). But I also love the dynamic between Taylor and your Jane?? Imagine Tiffany and Jane’s wedding, Taylor looking bored at some point, and Jane suggesting they should switch all the coats and numbers in the cloakroom (because yes, they would have a grand wedding), and Taylor immediately speeding off to it.  A NOTP I have with said character: Taylor x calming down, maybe?? Taylor x behaving??? A random headcanon: Tiffany has a lot of bad influences on Taylor, and one of them is webshopping after midnight. Taylor once bought flower crowns for herself and her pokémon and she’ll wear them on her way to fuck up Nathan for what he did to Tiffany. As for Chase: I think his favorite show is ATLA because he can relate to Aang a lot, but I just came up with that on the spot, so I don’t know if that’s fully true.  General Opinion over said character: Taylor is one of my favorite PJ characters. She holds a special place in my heart because I do feel like she played a part in having our friendship grow. Yeah I know there’s also Alex and Lynn, but the combination of sibling-like friends and shipping two characters is twice the headcanons and I love that for us. Taylor also taught me to sometimes just not give a damn and do what I want. As for Chase, I don’t think I already have an opinion on him? But I love the headcanons we have for him and Terry!!

3. favorite love song? OK SO originally I was screaming because I am Not Good at picking a single favorite song, and I am still vibrating because there are so many others that are worth mentioning, but I am going to say Good To You by Marianas Trench because that song is so close to my heart that just seeing it in my spotify likes makes my eyes tear up with love. No matter how old I am this song feels extremely relatable, I go HAM for the harmonies, and it was the song that introduced me to my absolute favorite band. They have a lot more top notch love songs but Good To You grabbed me in a tight hug and I refuse to crawl out from under it’s grasp.

47. do you think about love a lot? Oh dude it wouldn’t even feel like an exaggeration to say all the time. I think about the people and things I love, I think about how we can show love, how a lot of the times we show love and it’s not picked up on because life is so stressful that the little things pass us by, but it’s still there. I think about how much love affects the world, how so many conflicts can be flipped by remembering why we are passionately fighting in the first place. I think about the hundreds of different ways people can fall in love, but animals too. I think about how quickly love grows when shared and nurtured. 

Even when we’re not consciously thinking about love, I think it’s involved in one way or another, because even when we hate, it’s because we feel love for what could have been. At our core love is one of our biggest strengths, and it is so, so important to remember this and keep acting on it, even if the world seems cold and cruel. Because the quickest way to make your world warmer, is by being warm yourself - and being warm to yourself. 

So yes, I think about love sometimes.

48. Some things you’ve tried in your life This is such a vague question honestly like I could put pretty much anything. Tried sleeping under a blanket? yep. Tried getting up in the morning? lots of times. But that’s not juicy enough so let me think Okay this isn’t very juicy either but I’ve tried alcohol on multiple occasions and it’s just really not for me. Even with drinks where people say ‘you don’t even taste it!’ I taste it STRONGLY and it ruins the drink for me. The burning is funny but I’d rather just drink a carbonated drink if I want a funny mouth feel.

71. Which fictional character is you? I can’t answer this!! I’m not confident enough in who I amas a person to answer!! And characters I relate to also always have something that is Very Not Me, or they are how I want to be. Heck yeah sleepover!! You got a story you want to tell?

You know what? Yeah, simply because it's almost that time of year again.

Back in 2013 I kind of lived isolated from all of my friends in a small village with very little public transport available. I missed my friends on most days (thank god for the internet and chat systems though). Anyway, this short story takes place on February 14, and back in the day I kind of disliked the holiday attached to it, it made me feel even more lonely than I already was.

Cue me getting a card in the mail that day. It was from my best friend, and in the card she wrote how Valentines was just as much a day for platonic love as it was for romantic love. It instantly brightened my day! And she was absolutely corny right! I vowed to send her a card the year after, and I wished all of my friends a happy Valentines from then on, hoping to put the same smile on their face as my friend once did.

Unfortunately she passed away before I could return the favor, but I kept my promise to myself and bought her as big of a bouquet as I could afford back then. And each year, to honor what she has done for me, I still tell my friends that I love them on February 14. She taught me valuable life lessons, and I will always keep that Valentines of 2013 close to my heart (and the rest of her too!)

I know it's not Valentines just yet, but just for sending me this ask, and because you are one of those friends, I want you to know I love you SO much! My life wouldn't have been the same without you, and I hope I get to be your friend for a long, long time. And now it's your turn to tell me a story!
