This is a very bitter sweet post for me to be making. When I made this blog last year, I didn't know what i was going to do with it, and I didn't have any plans for it other than to have a place to cry about Vixx and how much I love them, and to make others laugh since there was a lack of incorrect vixx quotes at the time, and I have loved every second of it. Which is why it's hard for me to tell you that I'm leaving. It's something I've thought about for a while, and the timing just feels right. With everything going on in my life, I can't give this blog 100% like I used to, and if I'm being honest, I haven't been giving it 100% for a while.

This blog has given me a lot of joy, and some mutuals that i absolutely adore (im looking at you @rapperravioli and @wonshiks-tiddy 💙💛).

So as much as it breaks my heart to say goodbye to you guys, this is goodbye. But don't fret! Cel and Mara are here to stay, and I have full confidence that they will take care of this blog like it's their baby. They love vixx just as much as i do, so I know that this blog is in good hands with them. I'll miss you guys dearly, and to my mutuals, you guys know how to contact me! I'll still be here on Tumblr on my new main (aka the old blackpink blog that has been renamed @jisoos-wife )

“Sanghyukkie! I missed you!” She cries, tightening her hug.  Yes, there’s that familiar warmth Sanghyuk always had about him.

“God, it’s been too long!” He spins her around, admiring the dress she was clad in before pulling her into another hug “Clearly university did you good! Let me get your suitcase! We’ll head to my place after dinner,” he chirps, picking up the small piece of luggage by her foot “Haneul is besides herself because she was going to leave the spare room for you but Taekwoon turned up for the weekend. You remember Taekwoon right?” Sanghyuk speaks rapidly, almost like he is trying to bring her up to speed in an instant.

Minah pauses, as much as she intends on following Sanghyuk in, there is a brief moment of hesitance that plagues her. Was she really ready to meet Taekwoon again? Even though there was a good four years between what had happened?

777 WIP Challenge

this is an excerpt from the first part of my Behind the Palace Walls series aka Kihyun’s story ^^

The next day, however, you don’t see him.  He’s not at breakfast, even though Prince Hyunwoo is, and he’s not at lunch, which is when Prince Changkyun and Duke Shin show up, flanked by two other attractive nobles both wearing the same coat of arms on their dark green cloaks - you recognize one as the slender black-haired man who had winked at you the previous night.

Duke Shin introduces them to you as the Lords Lee and Lee, the two sons of the late queen of Etoile’s sister, and you can’t help but giggle quietly at their antics as they chat and laugh with each other.  Duke Shin makes an effort to include you in their conversation, which is how you learn that their first names are Hoseok, Minhyuk, and Jooheon, and that they’ve been friends with the three princes and some other lord named Hyungwon since they all met at Prince Hyunwoo’s twentieth birthday celebration a few years ago.  

They brighten up your lunch considerably, since your only other companions had been your parents and Councilman Go, who had been immersed in an intense discussion among the three of them, leaving you to silently pick at your food.  Minhyuk and Jooheon are the loudest, cracking silly jokes and elbowing each other constantly despite Hoseok’s weak reminder that “they are still nobility, dammit,” but eventually he caves and joins the fun.  Prince Changkyun stays relatively silent, only contributing to the conversation every once in a while, but you see him grin at something Jooheon does with his hair and lean his head on Hoseok’s shoulder so you know he’s comfortable with them.

and yknow because i want all of my wonderful friends to know i love and cherish them here is a BONUS excerpt from another WIP that has to do with my three favorite exo members and a dance class~

He glances around - there are about fifteen people in the class, and he’s in the second row, close to the center, so he doesn't move from his spot as dimple guy makes his way to the front.  He spots Eundae in the back, rolling her neck, but his gaze keeps returning to dimple guy, who’s standing in front of the mirror in a black tank top and sweatpants.

“For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Yixing,” he says, smiling a little.  “We have a couple of new people here today -” Minseok blinks as he meets his gaze “- so I hope the rest of you don’t mind a little review later.”  He claps his hands and turns so he faces the mirror.  “Follow along with the warmup as best you can if you don’t know it, it’s the same every class so you’ll pick it up quickly.”  Minseok sees a girl’s shoulders sag in relief and then music starts pounding through the room.

 I really love eternity! The vocals are soooo nice in that song, and something about the beat of it always hypes me up!

🤷🏽‍♂️- Girls Why? or Love Equation? 

Oh this one is hard because I really love both so much! I think I’ll have to go with Love Equation though because I really love how they made the song their own, and how the choreo reflected that as well!! It was a fun song!!
