WITCHY AGERE THINGS *• .°☆ +

I don't see a lot of witchy/pagan agere content, despite knowing that quite a lot of us are witches/pagans.. So! I made a list of cool witchy agere things for all you magical kiddos out there♡

☆ Enchant your blanket so you sleep soundly

☆ Draw protective sigils on your stuffies tags to help them fight away monsters and nightmares! Also if you don't like tags on your stuffies, you can make them a necklace + name tag and draw the sigil on that :)

☆ Stir your chocolate milk, angel milk, etc with intention! (Stir clockwise to manifest and counterclockwise to banish)

☆ Charm your pacis like you would charm your jewelry

☆ Practice doing tarot readings by doing tarot readings for your stuffies!

☆ Listen to guided meditation videos for kids! You can find lots of these on YouTube

☆ Make a wand! Get a stick from outside and decorate it with whatever you like

☆ Set up a little altar specifically for your regressed self to use

☆ Do a ritual bubble bath with lots of bath toys

☆ Go on a nature observation walk and draw/write what you saw in your agere journal

☆ Do more childlike spells(ie. making a wish with a dandelion, make a potion with dirt and leaves, etc)

witchreg wednesday 🔮: protection 101

- when it comes to witchcraft, protection is one of the first you learn and the most important!

you need to be able to protect your body & your workspace/home from potential negative spirits, so here’s a few tips! <3

crystals ⭐️

crystals are a good source of protection! and if you’re wanting to get into witchcraft, then protection crystals are a good thing to purchase!

remember to make sure they’re real! and remember to charge them too with either your energy or the moons <3

salt lines 🌙

salt lines can be placed across both doors and all windows to protect your space and energy from negative spaces <3

however- be careful if you have pets! look for a safer option <3

herbs & jars ⭐️

something i tend to do is make my own protection jars with my own sigils!

personally, i feel like the protection works a lot easier that way!

but if you’re still nervous- make sure you’re buying the spell jars from a good & trustful source! <3

incense 🌙

incense will become like second nature when you begin your practice, you can use it to bless not only your area but your space before you begin your work <3.

make sure to light the appropriate incense stick though! each box represents and focuses on different things! <3

sigils / marks ⭐️

like i mentioned earlier, you can create your own sigils of protection once you’re a little bit more confident!

but until then- you can use the basic protection sigils that you can find in every white magic book! <3

you can use them wherever too! on windows, in self cate routine, stirring intentions and protection into your morning drink.

do what makes you feel confident <3

jewellery 🌙

jewellery can be one of the most easiest thing bless & hold protection over and it can be a lifesaver when mingling amongst the rest of the world <3.

sometimes (even unintentionally) people may spread their negative energies around and once it’s lashed on, it’s hard to get off so make sure to keep yourself safe <3

witchreg wednesday! : the lead up to mabon! 🔮 ahhhh! ૮ ˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶ ა for witches, this week is an important build up for the Mabon Celebration which starts next week on the 21st September and will carry on until the 24th Septemeber. of course, being a pagan myself, i will be having a little event on the pumpkin blog to celebrate the festival! it will run from Thursday to Sunday but don't worry, regular posts will still be uploaded too! so nobody is missing out! <3 a lot of witches have been asking me what i've been doing leading up & what i've got planned for the actual day so here are some of my things! <3 on the lead up to mabon: 1. deep cleaning. - i wanted to get rid of everything old and start autumn wish a fresh home to wish new things into! <3. you don't have to deep clean- i just did because i have the extra time. 2. collecting things. - with the celebration of mabon, i of course need to decorate my alter too! but with everything being expensive recently, i've resulted in hand making a lot of my deocrations or collecting things like (rocks, leaves, sticks) from outside too! (make sure you use anti-bacterial to wash and stuff so it's not icky!)

3. plan simple - you don't have to be grand to be a good witch, as long as the intent is there, then that's all that matters <3. you could even do something as simple as dressing up in autumn colours! or burning some candles and journaling what you want to happen this autumn <3. go where your craft takes you & have fun with it too! do whatver makes you feel happy <3.

of course, as a pagan myself, there will be a 4 day event and adorable little posts through thursday to sunday, as well as the regular posts! but a lot of people have been asking what i've been doing as we lead up to the festival to prepare myself so here you go! <3.

witchreg wednesday 🔮: cats & herbs’!

now that little luna has officially been welcomed into my witch room, i thought i’d do a small little do’s n don’ts when it comes to felines & magic’! 🔮

toxic herbs ⭐️

most herbs you’ll work with are toxic to kitty’s so make sure to keep them out of sight if your kitty is in your room!

keep them somewhere they can’t get to ~ like a locked box and make sure to put them away before letting them back into the room!

essential oils 🌙

most (if not all) essential oils are toxic to your kitty’s so make sure they’re locked away good and tight!

remember kitty’s are curious and devious creatures by nature, where you think is ‘safe’ they’ll probably find a way to get to it one way or another ~ so double check n double lock’!

deity offerings ⭐️

if you work with deities, be careful what you leave out!

for example, i used to leave out chocolate and sweets but of course they can be seemed as toxic and harmful to kitties so i’ve switched to kitty friendly options such as items n things that are toxic free 💛

candle placement 🌙

if you have a low alter like mine, be careful when lighting and leaving candles’!

like i mentioned earlier, cats sometimes just enjoy being brats for a reason and they will knock things over just for fun- so make sure you have eyes on your candles at all times & do your best to put them in high places 💛.

accessories ⭐️

some accessories can be both harmful and just easily destructible for kitties and i wouldn’t want your expensive statues shattering because your kitty is having a tantrum!

so be careful what you put on display and make your environment familiar safe 🐾
