I just turned that shit up to 11at the gym! 🤘 Seriously, I turned the resistance on the elliptical up to 11. Considering when I started at the beginning of the summer I would max out at 6, I'm pretty pleased with my progress. My resting heart rate has gone down from around 80bpm to around 65bpm and I'm don't get easily winded like I used to. I just feel all around stronger! 💪.. and that's what this is all about- improving my health.
