What Hogwarts houses do ya reckon iCarly characters are? Spencer is obvs a ravenclaw for creativity and willingness to learn, but what about my girl Carly?
my sincerest apologies i took so long to answer this!
also f*ck jk r*wling. we do not support transphobes in this household.
you got spencer nailed imo - he’s a ravenclaw! creative, original, curious!
carly - hufflepuff! kind, hardworking, fair, loyal, patient. she prides herself on her ability to offer a balanced perspective, and her friends depend on that ability too. generally very understanding and accepting. gives love and loyalty to others freely. the definition of human sunshine.
sam - slytherin! i’ve talked a little about this here already. she defies the typical slytherin traits in a lot of ways, but i think she still fits the bill pretty darn well - cunning, interested in self-preservation (this trait of hers is where so much of her character growth comes from, when she chooses to put others before her own interests), resourceful, ambitious (in her own weird way about her own weird schemes), unwaveringly loyal to the people she cares about even when she can’t express it
carly and sam’s overlap in loyalty is one reason i think they’re such good friends! loyal to each other through everything that comes their way
freddie - ravenclaw! he’s the classic nerdy overachiever idea of a ravenclaw (and we love him for it). intelligent, studious and thorough, inquisitive, reliable, craves knowledge, often gives the calmer, analytical perspective (though carly also wears that mantle a lot too)
i love the general headcanon in the hp fandom that when slytherins and ravenclaws put their heads together that they’re unstoppable masterminds, and i think sam and freddie are the perfect example of that. they’re so different, but when they choose to work together on something, they get sh*t accomplished. the brains and the cunning and creativity and the determination are all focused on the same goal, no way are they gonna lose. this also extends to why sam and spencer team-ups are so fun to watch
gibby - gryffindor who had to grow into his gryffindor-ness, like neville! by season 3 or so he rushes straight into danger, has very strong opinions on whether things are right or wrong (though mostly it’s things like liquid soap), he’s confident and daring. see also: ipsycho
what do you think? i would love to hear what houses y’all would put everybody in!

100 days of productivity: days 1-7
Yay, first week is over! I didn’t really update daily because in the days that I did a lot of stuff I didn’t have the time, and in the days I didn’t, I felt kind of ashamed so... yeah. Also it’s november second now, which means my classes end in eighteen days. I have no idea what I’m gonna do with myself after that, so please hold me accountable so I get stuff done during vacation.
Anyway, here’s a summary of what happened this week:
I finished the book my friend lent me for my birthday
I started with the sixth Harry Potter book (we don’t support JK r*wling in this household, but I had already bought the books before I found out she sucks, so I’m gonna read them)
Watched (almost) all of my online classes
Studied way more than the usual nothing, so yay
Handed in all my assignments in time
Finished my part for my final art project
Exercised (almost) everyday
Kept my bullet journal, might do a little tour thingy later :)
Sorry about the photo qualitty, you know tumblr
Also, some stuff that don’t go really well with bullet points happened. My English tutor gave me some material to start me in American literature because I said I was very interested in that. I haven’t really done the readings and homework she gave me yet, but I’m really looking forward to that. My overall reading has been coming along quite nicely, I didn’t use to read at all, but now just this week I read like the alter half of one book and the first alf of another. I know it’s not that great, but I’m really proud of myself for getting into the things that I’m interested, like literature :)

The Gabble twins in human form? Yes, please!
Guendalina Gabble (she/her)
3rd year Gryffindor
Adelina Gabble (she/her)
3rd year Hufflepuff
Among the funniest NPCs ever.
They're the gossip queens. Fact-checking: they don't know her.
Their mouths turn, respectively, into a duck and a goose beak every time they speak. They are very proud of them. Rightly so!

Meet yet another NPC!
Douglas Bishop
(he/him)
3rd year Hufflepuff
A Quidditch nerd, he plays as a chaser for the Hufflepuff team. The Mannin Rampies are his all time favorite team.
He's Eugene's roommate and best friend. A year older than the others 3rd years, since he flunked his second year. He's very kind, but you really don't want to set him off. The ultimate mom friend™.
