Confess

Beste lezers,

Het is een tijdje geleden dat ik hier actief ben geweest, maar ik ben terug met een nieuw boek dat ik net heb gelezen. Het boek heet Confess, geschreven door Colleen hoover. Dit boek werd gepubliceerd op 03/10/2015, en is 320 pagina's lang.

Dit is 1 van de 3 boeken die ik dit schooljaar zelfstandig moet lezen. Het is het enige boek die vertaald mag zijn, de andere 2 moeten van een Nederlandse en Vlaamse auteur geschreven zijn.

De reden dat ik ervoor heb gekozen om Confess te lezen, is omdat ik al eerder boeken heb gelezen van Colleen Hoover. Vaak hoor ik van anderen dat haar boeken "overrated" zijn maar persoonlijk vind ik van niet. Dit is het 3e boek dat ik van Colleen Hoover lees, en het heeft mij zeker aangemoedigd om meer van haar boeken te lezen!

Om jullie een beetje achtergrond inforamtie te geven, Confess draait om de 21 jarige Auburn, die haar grote liefde heeft verloren en naar een nieuwe stad verhuisd om een frisse start te krijgen. Ze belandt in een kunststudio in Dallas, opzoek naar een baan. Hier ontmoet ze Owen voor de eerste keer, de eigenaar van de studio. Onverwacht, voelt ze onmiddelijk en band met hem, een band die ze dacht nooit meer te voelen. Maar later komen we er achter dat het niet de eerste keer is dat Owen haar ontmoet.

Dit is een verhaal over liefde en zelfontdekking.

De opdracht die ik moet maken over dit boek is anders dan mij vorgie. Ik ga 2 recensies uploaden van dit boek, hierop ga dan ik reageren en mij eigen mening en persoonlijke leeservaring toevoegen.
