Reflection
I was able to fully understand the fundamental structure of user research throughout this project, and using professional user interviews—such as Userbob, which I primarily used for my project—gave me good practise for working with clients in the future. By thoroughly absorbing users' pain points and frustrations with the website, I was able to identify the widely prevalent issues that was within my interviews and develop my idea from there. I was able to develop more useful How Might Questions that address the website's most pressing problems by knowing the user base system. I was able to come up with new concepts while working on the High fidelity wireframe that completely altered my vision.
I was able to construct more beneficial How Might Questions that address the key areas where the website requires development by better knowing the user-base system. These ideas were only discovered while working on high-fidelity wireframes, which led me towards a new approach to my project. As I performed step-by-step, I could still come up with new ideas that could improve the user's experience with the security and safety of the website.
Overall, this project provided me with an opportunity to obtain a glimpse of industry experience while also teaching me how to conduct user interviews, which is an essential skill for interaction designers to gain in order to advance their design skills and knowledge. Although I was happy with the prototype's end result, the project would have proved more interactive and fitted to my personal demands if I had decided on a more enjoyable concept.

Unmoderated User Testing
Notes:
Currently at fine-tuning stage of:
Prototype
Test
Evaluate
Iterate
-> Don't stop research in second diamond, move from generative from evaluative
-> Options for platorms:
User Zoom Go
Maze
Lookback
UserBob
-> Set tasks, participant does in own time
-> 15-20 mins max
-> Needs more direction than moderated test
-> Can they find something? Is it understandable?
-> More quantitative results
-> Pro panels tend to be well-trained in UI, so may not be 100% realistic
