You are in the grape vine field chasing the Anemo crystalflies. Your father is in the manor doing paperwork in his study while the maids are watching over you and hanging up laundry "Don't run of to far young Miss." Adelinde said "Ok Addy." You said continuing to chase the sky blue creatures "Hillie! Moco! I have to make lunch, can one of you watch the young Miss?" She asked "I'll do it." Moco volunteered "Ok! Moco is in charge of Y/N and Hillie just continue hanging up the laundry." Adelinde said walking into the manor to get started on making lunch.

After Hillie finished hanging up the last of the laundry she and Moco decided to gossip about what was in the basement of the manor unaware of you running farther from the manor grounds and towards a hilichurl camp with four Abyss mages doing a ritual (It would be awesome to have Electro mages in Mondstadt and Liyue.)

As you chased the crystalfly you saw that it got tired and disappeared into the air "Bye Bye crystawfwy." You said until you heard loud growling and saw the four mages appear in front of you. Getting scared you tried running but a Mitachurl grabbed you by the collar of your trench coat Adelinde made for you on your birthday "DADA! UNCWE KAE!" You screamed at the top of your longs but you knew nobody heard you when one of the mages floated over to you "She's one of them." It said in disgust conjuring a spell with its staff while doing the dance. You got scared and whimpered but a warm but comforting feeling came "Don't be frightened little one." A caring voice said to you as you felt a fire around you.

Soon all the enemies are dead and turning into purple smoke. You looked around and saw a vision on your hip just like your fathers "Brother I see her." You heard your uncle say seeing your scarlet hair as he and your father ran up to you "Y/N you can't be running off like that." Diluc said scooping you up into his arms "Sowwy Dada." You said melting his heart "It's alright little flame, you can't help your curiosity." He said hugging you closely "Looks like someone earned her vision today." Your uncle said pointing at the scarlet vision on your hip "Good job little flame and at four years old." Diluc sad hugging you closer until a dandelion seed flew past your nose making you sneeze causing a catalyst to appear "Looks like we have another mage in Mondstadt." Kaeya said patting your head "Just what we need! Another Klee." Diluc said as he and Kaeya make haste for the manor. Bye the time they got to the Manor they saw Adelinde Scolding Hillie and Moco who are both on they're knees while apologizing with bumps growing on their foreheads "I gave you one thing to do Moco! One thing." She said with flames in her eyes making her look scary even your father was scared "Let's just go to the good hunter." Diluc said grabbing Kaeya's arm "STICKY HONEY WOAST." You said excitedly making your father and uncle chuckle "Alright little flame." Diluc said adjusting you in his arms as you laid your head on his shoulder.

You appeared in front of the Dawn Winery on a stormy night, looking for shelter. Your child in your arms, shivering as you pull them closer, whispering, "Shh. Just a bit more, baby. Just a little longer."

You rushed to the tall building that you had seen in the distance, racing all the way around to try and find the entrance.

When you did, you ran under the balcony, finally getting shelter from the pouring rain. Your baby was whimpering at this point, snuggling closer to you for warmth. Without a second thought or a shroud of hesitation, you knock on the door.

When it opened, you were greeted by a woman with shoulder length blondish brown hair and green eyes. She had an irritated look on her face, but it quickly changed into one of concern when she saw the shiver that went through you as you tried to send as much warmth to your child as you possibly could.

"Oh dear," she said. "Come in, come in!"

She sat you down at a sofa to the right side of the entrance. She left you there and quickly returned with towels and clothes, taking your child from you arms and gently drying them off. She then proceeded to hand you a white button up shirt and black leggings. A quick change resulted in the shirt being a smidge bit to big, but warm nonetheless. The child was then placed into your arms as she lead you to a room on the other side of the first floor.

The door opened to show a simple bathroom, sink to the left, a toilet next to it, a mirror hanging above the sink, with a circular flush mount light in the middle of ceiling.

"Please use this area to change your child. I do not know if the clothes will fit but this is the smallest size we had."

The door then proceeded to close as you sent your child on the ground. "Maddy, Atlas warm. Atlas like." Your child cooed at the warmth that finally surrounded them.

You gave your child as kiss on their cheek. Then began to change Atlas' clothes. " Yes baby, Maddy likes the warmth too."

"Atlas like Maddy. Stay with Maddy. No need for Mean Adult." Atlas walked over to you and wrapped their arms around you neck, burying their face in your chest.

"Yes baby. You're staying with me. We won't see that mean man again." You picked them up and exited the bathroom bringing the clothes.

"Oh good. The clothes fit." The woman cleared her throat. "Pardon for the late introduction, I am Adelinde, the head maid here at Dawn Winery. Our master is currently away on business and will not be returning for a week or so."

"Greetings Adelinde. My name is [Name] and this little one is Atlas." You looked down at the 4-year-old in your arms. "Baby, say hi to the nice lady."

Atlas lifted their head off your chest and have Adelinde a small wave.

Kaeya oftentimes wonders what it must have been like, living in Khaenri'ah. Reading the tales of Khaenri'ahn heroes Jean's shared with him, of things he remembered his father mentioning, helped him picture it all.    i. Kaeya didn't believed that Bennett was cursed with bad luck until he accompanied him on a mission out of curiosity. After that terrible experience, Kaeya still accompanies him on commissions out of genuine concern.

   ii. he also didn't believed that the Precious Chests found by him only spawned cabbages. when it inevitably happened, Kaeya scooped up the ''spoils'' and proceeded to cook them some veggies and meat to boost their morale!

   iii. since Kaeya can communicate with hilichurls, sometimes he bribes some of them with fruit to keep an eye out for the boy. mama hen Kaeya who? 

   iv.catch them enthusiastically wave at eachother from across the entire plaza when they meet eachother!

KLEE:

   i. he's half mom, half uncle around her. he's simultaneously the responsible adult and the fun big brother, and all these roles come with ease because he just wants her to have an happy childhood. 

   ii. the rules he wrote for her and that she memorized as her idle? given to them by Kaeya in hope that Jean wouldn't bust her blasting fish. unfortunately this doesn't seem to work for a long time goal-

   iii. you know Kaeya has gone in solitary confinement with her MANY times. the game implied that in the Chasm story quest, and I'm LIVING for it. most of the times Kaeya is the one who attempts to break them out and lands them here for an even longer sentence. expecially funny since the solitary confinement room is Klee's room... 

   iv. the only time where he eats fish without scrunching up his entire face is when she makes him a fisherman toast. if that isn't love I don't know what that is-

I will open by saying that the winery is doing great. Business is blooming, as it always is. Next I will be telling you the reason for this letter: Adelinde and the rest of us have taken in a person and their child. We apologize for not notifying or discussing this with you before, but it was raining two days ago and they had no where to go.

I hope you are not too angered by our decision but we did as we thought was best. [Name] (the adult) has been very helpful around the manor. Be it helping the maids cook and clean or standing on a balcony with their bow and arrows, driving mobs away from the grape vines.

By the way, did you know that is you hit slimes a few times ([Name] used the word bonk but I don't know what that means) they will retreat. Of course they will live little parts if them behind, but slimes are harmless unless provoked.

As for the child, Atlas is quite obedient. There have been signs of abuse in both of them but it doesn't seem to be too serious. He listens well and also helps out.

To close this letter, I will wish you safe travels back and that business is forever prosperous.
