This Orange Elixir truffle is made with Grand Marnier’s Cognac & Orange Liqueur, organic cream, and a formulated 33%+ LORETTA™ milk chocolate, for that perfect blend of Caribbean orange and sweet cacao aroma, with the Ugni Blanc grape Cognac slowly arriving as the ganache melts! Today I'm going to stop a little bit on pretty unique white wines. Wines that come from the Alpilles region in Provence. So we have AIP Baux-de-Provence or IGP Pays des Alpilles wines. The youth of the appellation (1995) and the geographic location, close to the Rhône and Languedoc, surely explains the richness of the authorized grape varieties. We have the grape varieties of Provence, Languedoc, Rhône and even Bordeaux in very intelligent blends. On the 5 bottles I present, you have no less than 8 grape varieties (Rolle, Roussanne, Clairette, Grenache Blanc, Bourboulenc, Sauvignon, Ugni-Blanc and Marsanne) I let you imagine the possible results. Des vins qui viennent de la région des Alpilles en Provence. On a donc des vins d'AOP Baux-de-Provence ou IGP pays des Alpilles. Produzido no Languedoc-Roussillon (região sul da França), este vinho utiliza as castas Ugni Blanc e Colombard, fermentadas em tanques de inox. . Tem coloração amarelo citrina bem clara na taça. No nariz tem apenas aromas cítricos: lima e limão siciliano. Na boca também é cítrico, com muito frescor, corpo leve e acidez moderada. Tem persistência curta e zero complexidade... .
