if he was honest, he hadn't expected things to change so suddenly. everything seemed to be going perfectly fine....his career was going well, and having nico with him felt like a dream, he was happier than he had ever been but then, everything started going downhill, again. he didn't understand why nico's presence caused so much conflict among his fans. kaleb was happy every time nico was around and no one could deny that, but for some reason he still couldn't understand, the others didn't like him. if only they could see him through his eyes, then maybe they wouldn't be so cruel with their words and actions. kaleb had tried to keep things in order, he had tried to protect nico, but everything was a mess lately. he knew nico like the back of his hand, he knew that things were not going well, but he had not imagined that the same thing that had happened a while ago could happen again. he was ready, ready to continue with his schedule when his manager informed him that nico hadn't gotten on the plane, and that was enough for him to get up from his seat and run to the exit, no matter how hard the staff tried to stop him. and there he was now, trying to contact him. kaleb holds his phone with trembling hands, his heavy breathing prevents him from calming down and makes him feel a little dizzy. 'where are you?', '?????' , 'why didn't you get on the plane?' , 'can you answer my messages please? ', 'i'm getting worried' are just some of the messages he sends until he finally calls him as he makes his way out of the airport. "... nico, w—what's going on? i'm really getting worried, where... where the fuck are you?" Kaleb speaks fast and agitated, trying not to burst into tears right there. he just can't stop thinking about the worst that could happen. @moonfl0wxr
