Charli DAmelio Dresses as Marge Simpson and Still Tops Dancing With the Stars Leaderboard
Charli D’Amelio Dresses as Marge Simpson and Still Tops Dancing With the Stars Leaderboard https://ift.tt/3jiGFO1 The Oct. 10 episode of Dancing With the Stars kept things all in the family. It was Disney+ Night inside the ballroom, which called for the remaining 13 celebrity contestants and their partners to draw inspiration from the streamer’s massive library—from Marvel to Pixar, classic Disney films to new favorites—for their dances. All that was missing was a churro and some Dole Whip. For the third consecutive week, there was a three-way tie at the top of the leaderboard between the same three couples. Charli D’Amelio, dressed as Marge Simpson, and her partner Mark Ballas, dressed as Homer Simpson, wowed the judges with their jazz routine to The Simpsons theme song. Judge Derek Hough was especially impressed, saying the routine was bound to “go viral.” Another moment that’s sure to set Internet ablaze was co-host Tyra Banks getting Charli’s boyfriend Landon Barker’s name wrong for the second consecutive week. In an attempt to apologize for calling him “Logan” on the Oct. 3 episode, Tyra flubbed and called him Logan again. There’s always next week, Tyra! Charli and Mark’s score of 36 points earned them another tie with Wayne Brady and his partner Witney Carson, who danced to “Wait For It” from Hamilton, and Gabby Windey and her partner Val Chmerkovskiy, who danced to Electric Light Orchestra‘s “Mr. Blue Sky” from the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 soundtrack.  Not to be outdone by Charli, Gabby was decked out as Guardians character Gamora for their quickstep routine. Completely Harmless Ch. 39
Completely Harmless An SSO SilverGlade Re-imagining Story (Or Fix it Fan Salt fic) By Ginny O.
When Lily and her friends wanted to buy horses and were directed to the Silverglade Manor and its myriad of problems, they didn’t expect to start a revolution. They were just a bunch a stable girls. Completely harmless. Right?
A/N: Things are only canon if I say they’re canon. Pre-Saving the Moorland Stables compliant for the most part. Posted in its entirety on my website. Posted in 2000 to 4000 word bits here. Rated T for Swearing Word Count 177,577
Chapter Thirty-Nine A Guard Dog and STARSHINE!
The messages and trash were back at the Arena the next day. The girls stood around with their arms crossed fuming.
“I was only half joking about getting a guard dog,” one of them said.
“We might actually need one,” Lily said and looked at Linda.
Pauline sighed. “I’ll look into it today then after we clean this up.”
Lily jogged over to the contractors and asked if they’d seen anyone defacing the Riding Arena. The contractors looked up from where they were hammering metal poles into the dirt and wiped their brows. They hadn’t seen anyone. The Riding Arena had been fine when they left that evening and not when they’d shown up for work.
Lily thanked them and returned. “They didn’t see anything.”
“Motion detector cameras then,” Tyra said. “I’ll go to Jorvik City and get some while Pauline is looking into getting us a guard dog.”
“Right.” Lily sighed. “And I’ve been tasked with getting Hayden to Valedale.”
“And we’ll clean the Riding Arena,” the others said.
They split up. Lily took the transport out to New Hillcrest Stables. She waved at the Bulldogz and rode off into the Marsh looking for Hayden. Who was where they’d found him on the riding trail.
“What do you want?” He wheezed at her.
“I’m here to pack you up and your equipment and move you to Valedale,” Lily said. “Baroness’ orders.” Okay, it wasn’t that cut and dried but she wasn’t about to get into an argument where she’d end up having to call Linda and get the Baroness on the phone.
“The Baroness, you say,” Hayden peered at her.
“We have an emergency in Valedale that needs your expertise. You do know how to run water and soil samples to check for their contents and read them for any contaminants.”
Hayden couldn’t argue because it’d been a statement, not a question.
“You’ll be compensated,” Lily said.
Hayden scowled. “What if the spiders return? And they can’t find me and Alberta.”
Lily repressed a sigh. “The baby spiders? How did they leave anyways?”
“They created little balloons and floated away. I tried to stop them!”
“Okay, here is my deal. It’s a one time deal. I’ll put out the word to the clubs that if they find your baby spiders, they’re to take a picture, tag the coordinates, and then you can tag them on a map or get them little tracking collars. That way you can keep track of where they all are!”
Hayden hemmed and hawed.
“And, and, we’ll work out a way to make it a game for tourists if they like spiders. They can find all your baby spiders, like a picture book or something. And they get prizes.”
“That means talking to people.”
“You don’t have to hand out the prizes!” Lily waved her hands. “We can have the tourist center do it.”
“Then how will I know my babies are okay?”
Lily wanted to rub her forehead. “Then you can give out the prizes. Or have someone authorized to give out the prizes.”
“Youth,” Hayden mumbled.
“It doesn’t matter to me. The Baroness has hired you for a job and it is my job to get you to that job.” Lily got of her horse. “So, I hope you have boxes for all of this.”
Hayden grumbled as he directed her packing everything including the tent up. She loaded it on the horse and then helped him get on it. She walked them to the nearest transport, which happened to be in Crescent Moon Village, rather than back to New Hillcrest Stable. All the while, Hayden grumbled and whined.
She took him to Valedale. “Do you want a room at the inn, or would you rather camp in the woods?”
“Show me what’s the matter.”
Lily gestured. “I thought it would be self-evident.”
“Maybe you want the water green. Who am I to say what color the water should be?”
“Professor Hayden, we do not want the water green. In fact, we want it to be clear. So, if you could kindly decide if you want to camp or go to the inn.”
“Get me close to the waterfall and I’ll set up there.”
Lily rolled her eyes and took him behind Avalon’s house. Waving and telling him cheerfully who Professor Hayden was and why he was there. Avalon didn’t say anything but she could feel his eyes on her.
She set Hayden up near the waterfall and handed him the samples from Dino Valley.
Hayden huffed about needed samples all the way down the river.
“I can do that,” Lily said. “Let me introduce you to Melissa, she’ll be helping you in the future.” She texted Melissa, introduced her and left to gather samples as Hayden walked Melissa through running the samples from Valley of the Hidden Dinosaur.
They were running samples from the waterfall itself when Lily returned with more samples from down the river.
“I’ll email Linda the reports,” Melissa promised.
Lily’s phone buzzed. “I’m needed at Landon’s?” Her brow furrowed. “Right. Okay, thanks, Melissa. Sorry to dump this on you.”
“You aren’t dumping. Dark Core is dumping. We have to find out what we’re going to have to do to get these toxins out of the water!” Melissa waved her hands.
Lily grinned and decided to run over to the Everwind Fields through the forest instead of taking a transport.
Pauline waved at her. “Lily! Lily come look!”
“What’s the ruckus?” Lily asked as her horse trotted over.
A large spotted dog calmly walked over to her horse. The two touched noses.
“Isn’t he perfect?” Pauline asked. “So, I went to Fort Pinta and she only sells pigs, but she can import other animals. Landon had asked for a dog, but he didn’t tell her what type and Techno the Dalmatian here isn’t working out as a herd dog like he’d hoped.”
“Um, he needs you know, a sheepdog.”
“That’s what I told him. So, I’ve been looking it all up and Dalmatians are good around horses and are good guard dogs. What do you think?”
“I think Landon needed to do his research.”
“Lily!”
“We’ll take him if he’s not really working out.”
“I’ll go tell Landon!” Pauline squealed and turned her horse around galloping off.
Lily dismounted and knelt down. “Hey, Techno,” she said. She held out her hand and let Techno approach her. Once he nosed her hand, getting a good sniff, she scratched his ears. “You gonna come work for us then? Play with the horses. Guard the arena?”
Techno wagged his tail.
Pauline came back grinning. “I’ve got his papers.”
“Come on then, let’s get you to your new home,” Lily said.
Pauline clipped a leash onto his collar. “Say bye bye to the sheep, Techno.”
Techno wasn’t having any of this good bye to the sheep nonsense. He kept up as they trotted off to the Manor, happily running along with them and wagging his tail.
They stabled their horses and took Techno around to meet everyone. Latisha gave him a stern talking to about not harassing the ducks. Antonia slipped him a sausage when she thought no one was looking. Godfrey lit right up to see the dog.
Linda gave Techno a big hug. “You can stay with me tonight. We’ve got to try and catch those nasty vandalizers on camera,” she whispered into his ear.
The Baroness tentatively approved, as long as he didn’t make a mess of her flower beds in any way shape or form. When Tyra returned after lunch, she had supplies to make Techno a house and the cameras for the Riding Arena.
“We’ll set them up after everyone has left,” Linda said. “Just to be safe.”
It ended up being a late night. They took Techno down to the Arena with them, along with ladders, and let the dog scope out where he’d be guarding. Lily walked him over to the pavilion area waving her flashlight around to make sure there wasn’t anyone watching them.
The workers had added metal mesh into the floor area. Maybe they’d be ready to pour the floor tomorrow. Lily wasn’t sure what it was for. She shrugged and walked Techno around behind the arena, flashing her light around. She stopped and looked up the hills into the Forgotten Fields. Had she just seen a shadow?
She played the light up there and went down by the water. Techno’s paws splashed in the fjord.
Nothing.
Lily couldn’t write it off as a fluke though.
They’d find out in the morning, she supposed.
--
The Contractors were indeed ready to pour the floor and they needed someone to guide the concrete tankers (plural) to the back of the Riding Arena.
“We don’t want any of your gardens and property getting hurt,” the head contractor told the Baroness.
Lily volunteered to take care of it.
The Riding Arena had been vandalized a third time. They hoped it would be a final time. The Club set to scrubbing up the Arena again. While a group of them figured out how to put the Grecian themed dog house together.
Techno nosed around them the entire time, tail wagging and looking interested.
“Too bad you aren’t a tracking dog, Techno,” one girl said. “We could track those miscreants down real quick.”
Techno huffed and dropped his jaw open in a smile.
“You’re too cute,” one of them kissed his muzzle.
Lily came down the steep hill hoping and praying that the trucks wouldn’t lose their breaks and crash into her or the Riding Arena. That would be a disaster. (The truckers put their trucks into second gear just for safety’s sake, so she didn’t need to worry overly much.)
They did k-turns and got backed up to the Pavilion area. They swung out the half-pipes and out came the concrete! The contractors had on knee high rainboots with their legs tucked in and were pushing it where it needed to go to fill up the entire floor at once it seemed.
The girls stuck around to watch. Because after the concrete was poured, they fitted the pipe to a large drill and used it to level off the concrete. The pipe spun and spun as they pushed it along the tops of the molds.
“That is so cool,” one girl breathed.
“I can’t imagine trying to level that off by hand,” Lily shook her head. “That’d be a nightmare.”
“Thus, the really awesome pipe and meticulous set up,” another girl grinned.
As soon as the floor was levelled, they cheered for the contractors. Who, were a bit amused by their enthusiasm.
Now, the floor would need to set. They’d have to put Techno on a chain so he couldn’t get on it during the night!
Techno though was more than happy to hang out inside the Riding Arena once the doors were open.
They tracked down Linda to see the footage.
It wasn’t bad footage at all either. The motion sensors had turned the cameras on whenever they detected anything. They saw some late night ducks and other wildlife. Then, there came three figures.
“Are they wearing hoods?”
“Drat,” one hit the table with their fist.
“That’s not fair.”
“But we can let them know that we’ve seen them,” Linda said getting good stills. The printer rattled. “How about some flyers of our own?” She grinned.
“If seeing their faces on flyers and Techno doesn’t scare them off,” Brittany tapped her foot. “Then, we’ll just have to hide out there ourselves.”
“Right.”
Linda closed out of the video. “Aaron got in touch. The permits will be ready to get to Firfall tomorrow.”
“Then, we better make some cookies,” Lily said.
“Use the Wine Cellar’s kitchen,” Linda pushed up her glasses. “I think they have the Baroness’ favorite cookie recipe.”
“And we won’t be in Tony’s way,” Lily added.
They spent the afternoon making boxes and boxes of Cardamom cookies. They had a lot of fun. It was nice to do something as a big group for a change that involved baking.
--
Techno had gotten a scrap of someone’s outfit. He presented it to them with a raised wagging tail. They praised him effusively. Because the Arena was completely free of graffiti and trash.
“Good, Techno.”
Pauline got on the phone with Landon. She had a hunch. “Landon, did you get a new dog yet? You did. What type? A Belgian Malinois? He’s helped track down your sheep you say? Can we borrow him? We need to do a little tracking of our own. Thanks a lot, Landon. We’ll owe you one.” Pauline smirked. “I’ll go get Polka from Landon. Keep that piece of cloth clean.”
Linda put it in a plastic baggy.
While they waited, they took down the flyers from the inside of the arena windows and double checked everything around the area, even going up Grape Mountain looking for tracks.
Linda came back looking worried. “I think some of the vines aren’t doing well. I need to call the Baroness.” She emailed a bunch of photos to the Baroness as she talked and her phone buzzed only seconds after she hit send.
“That looks like fungus,” the Baroness said. “Where is it exactly?”
Linda told her the coordinates.
Soon, Bjorn, Agnetha, and the Baroness arrived to inspect the grapes with Linda. A couple of the girls tagged along. Agnetha agreed it looked like a fungus. “We can get rid of it with the right spray, but we should plant some roses along the rows. Roses are more sensitive to this than the grapes are. Hopefully it’s been the weather and it’s not too deep in the dirt.”
The Baroness nodded. “See to it.”
A group of girls were sent to Jorvik City for a special organic fungicide from Iris and to put roses on order. They’d have to get roses quickly into the other rows so hopefully they could catch it before it spread.
Linda was texting back and forth with Alex. Alex appeared in a transport waving her phone in her hand. “I just need to see this! Tracking down vandals.”
Linda rolled her eyes.
Pauline returned with a brown dog with a cream underbelly, black ears, and a black muzzle. “This is Polka, the Belgian Malinois. He’s a herd dog and a tracker.”
They let him and Techno get to know each other before offering him the bit of cloth. Polka sniffed it and then walked around. He found the scent and took off at a run towards the ford.
They mounted their horses and followed him.
The dog ran through the water kicking up little droplets and walked around on the other side searching for the scent again. He barked and ran up the hill and deep into the Forgotten Fields.
“I never heard the story about this place,” Lily said as they trotted after him.
Polka had to stop to keep looking for the scent.
“Jon Jarl denuded this place of trees to build Jorvik Stables. His men accidentally cut down one of the primeval trees and a curse fell on Jon Jarl. His men revolted. Jorvik Stables burnt to the ground and had to be rebuilt. It was said by the end he was mad by the weeping of the other primeval tree. And that if you listen closely, you can still hear her weeping today and she can talk to you.” Linda said.
“So, you have to listen to a tree and do what it says?” Regina asked. “Because that’s like the RPG evil overlord master list here.”
“That’s the Weeping Widow up ahead,” Linda said. She jerked her horse to a halt and looked wildly around. “Lisa?”
Alex turned off her music and rode Tin Can in a circle listening.
“What?” Lily stopped her horse inside the mushroom ring surrounding the dead looking primeval tree. The other one had looked dead too. Though given roses could go dormant and still be alive, Lily figured that trees could do the same if they wanted.
“I thought I heard Lisa calling my name,” Linda said joining her in the circle.
The other girls stopped outside of the mushrooms and look confused. Alex hovered on the edge of it uncertain if she should go in or not.
The branches of the primeval tree waved and creaked.
Lily turned her horse around dazed and put a finger in her ear. She looked up.
Linda looked wildly around. “I hear her. I hear Lisa! She’s, she’s in Pandoria.” She turned to the tree. “You have to help us. She needs help. She needs to get out!”
“They talk?” Lily said.
Linda nodded. She got off Meteor and put her hands on the tree, closing her eyes, Linda concentrated. Light swirled around her, forming the shape of a crescent moon near her forehead. “This is the Weeping Widow. She’s helping Lisa. But she can’t keep helping her forever. She doesn’t have enough power. If we do her a favor, she can help us retrieve Lisa.”
“I don’t do favors that I don’t know what they are in advance,” Lily crossed her arms and glared up at the tree.
“She wants to be connected with the other trees. When they cut down her mate, they destroyed her access to the network of roots of the other trees. If we can reconnect her to the tree in the Golden Hills.”
“Oh,” Lily’s face softened. “Sweetie, I’d do that for free.”
The trees branches swayed wildly.
Linda gasped. “Look out!” she shouted and shoved back from the tree.
Lily nudged her horse and he spun on his heels and crow hopped to the side as a bright ball of sizzling pink energy hit the ground near them.
Polka darted out of the bushes and he ran until she was hidden under Pauline’s horse. There he stood shaking.
Three figures in deep hoods and tunics and hose came out of some flowering bushes.
“Oh you did not just throw pink shit at me,” Lily hissed. “Are you fucking for real?”
They laughed and their horses appeared behind them, dark black, snorting smoke and their hooves surrounded with fire. “Give up while you’re ahead, Soul Riders. Or you’ll be next.”
Alex got in between Lily and the group. “The Light never gives up. Cowardice is the way of the Dark.”
“What do you mean, we’ll be next?” Linda asked as she put a hand on Tin Can’s side.
Tin Can snorted. While Meteor let out a trumpet.
“Exactly what I said,” the leader in black held up their hand and summoned pink fire.
Bright pink flashed behind them.
“Starshine charge!” Lily swore she heard before a white stallion with a bright blue mane galloped at full speed past Tin Can and Meteor and forced the trio of hooded figures to run away, mounting their horses on the fly as they disappeared.
The white stallion skidded to a halt, huffing, and tossing his head, and braying challenges as he pawed at the ground.
“Starshine!” Linda and Alex shouted.
Alex jumped off her horse and they both ran over to hug the white stallion, whose mane was now a more normal grey color.
The stallion nuzzled Alex and Linda, huffing and snorting and neighing rapidly.
“She’s in Pandoria!”
“So is Anne!”
“You sensed Concorde!”
“We missed you so much!”
Linda and Alex babbled at the white horse. The other two horses went over and started neighing at Starshine too.
“I’m confused,” Elsa said.
“Join the rest of the club.”
Linda patted the stallion’s nose. “Come on, we’ll get you the Manor. Unless you want to see Herman.”
The white stallion shook his head.
Lily looked up at the tree. “Um, thanks,” she said assuming the tree had done it.
The tree waved their branches again and went still.
“So, did we find out who was vandalizing the stable or not?” Regina rubbed her forehead.
“I’m going to assume it was the Dark Riders.”
“We only know two of their identities, Katya and Jessica.”
“But there were three of them,” Lily pointed out patiently.
“Yes, so, that means there’s another Dark Rider about.”
“Soul Riders? Dark Riders?” Regina held up her hand. “Okay, I’m like the video game nerd here. But um, where did the extra horse come from? What do you mean by Soul Riders and Dark Riders?”
“It has to do with the druids, or the Keepers of Aideen,” Linda said.
“So, are you allowed to talk about it or not?” Regina asked. “Because, we’re getting hock deep if you know what I mean.”
Linda mounted Meteor as Alex got on Tin Can. Linda stopped by Lily. “The tree wants you to reconnect her. She told me how to do it before I broke the connection. But I can’t hear her whispering anymore at all.”
Starshine neighed.
“Oh, she used up the last of her power to get you out. Lisa can take care of herself in there but it was draining her too much to keep you well. That makes sense,” Linda nodded. “Then, we’ll have to get her more power before we can grow her roots to meet the ones in the Golden Hills. That shouldn’t be too difficult.”
Lily looked between the two of them. “Regina’s correct. We’re getting pretty deep into this, Linda.”
“Elizabeth won’t like it,” Alex muttered. She bit her lip. “But who cares what Elizabeth likes. If we tell her that Lisa is in Pandoria, she’s going to demand proof. Proof we can’t get without Anne, who according to Lisa is also in Pandoria.”
Linda nodded. “They made themselves vulnerable by leaving Jorvik.”
Alex sighed.
“We’ll talk to Elizabeth and see what she says.”
“And if she says not to tell Lily and the others,” Alex said.
“We’ll phrase it properly so she doesn’t know about their involvement,” Linda pressed her lips together. “Lisa didn’t sound well. I’m more worried than ever.”
Lily sighed. “Come on, we need to get to Dundull sometime today.”
“Dundull?” Alex asked. “What’s happening in Dundull?”
“We’re opening the road to Firfall and for that we need to hire the equipment at North Link.”
Alex nodded slowly. “Now this, I have to see.”
Pauline said she’d meet them there. She had to return Polka.
FOR THE ACCOMPANYING IMAGES PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE MY WATERMARK AND CONTACT INFORMATION. THANK YOU. I get it. Some of you might get excited and want to see this stuff in the game, especially the clothes, tack, and pets. However, the only way I want to see this in the game is if I get paid for it. If I see it in the game and I’m not paid for it, there will be hell to pay. You think I’m salty. I’d be angry. Personally, I’m not going to send this info to SSO. If you do, leave my contact information there! Don’t give them any excuses to steal.
Now, I’ll know you haven’t read this note if you leave me comments about how ‘salty’ I am about the game and if I hate it so much I should do something else. I am doing something else. It’s called Mystic Riders MMORPG Project. Mystic Riders however is a very baby phase game. You can check out our plans on the game dev blog. (Skills, Factions, Professions, Crafting, Mini-Games, 25+ horse breeds!) If you know anyone who would be interested and has money or contacts about game making, direct them to the blog.

Notorious is a American biographical drama film directed by George Tillman Jr. about American rapper Christopher Wallace / The Notorious B.I.G., following his life and murder. The film stars Jamal Woolard as Wallace, alongside Angela Bassett, Derek Luke, and Anthony Mackie. Woolard reprised his role as Wallace in All Eyez on Me (2017).
The film opens at a party in Los Angeles on March 9, 1997. Just as The Notorious B.I.G. is about to be killed in a shooting, the film flashes back to Biggie’s childhood in Brooklyn, New York, where he lived during his childhood years as a hard-working school student before he begins dealing drugs. Christopher, now older, sells drugs at the height of the crack epidemic, hustling with his friends “D-Roc” and Lil’ Cease.
When his girlfriend, Jan Jackson, tells him that she is pregnant, he takes drug dealing more seriously so he can earn more money to support his growing family. Christopher eventually participates in a rap battle, where he wins, but his mother, Voletta Wallace, kicks him out of the house after finding drugs underneath his bed and also because of the fact letters were sent home about him not attending school.
Chris gets caught with guns and drugs, and he serves nine months in jail before being bailed out. Christopher meets Kim Jones, but Kim refuses to pursue a relationship with him due to her abusive past. After reconciling with his mother and visiting his newborn daughter, T’yanna, he records a demo under the name “Biggie Smalls”, which catches the attention of Puff, an ambitious record producer working for Uptown.
