sUMMARY ▶ After an incident Konro teaches you how to cook

wORD COUNT ▶ 1k

You felt sick to your stomach after visiting with some of the Asakusa women as they discussed the kinds of food they prepare for their husbands and wives. You felt OK when they showed you pictures of the dishes they had prepared, but when they asked, you became nervous.

You never entered the kitchen to prepare food; rather, you did so because Konro would prepare everything.

“Hey y/n, show us some of your creations.” They all smile as they all glance at you.

“I just try my best, and Konro loves it, but I don't have any photos, I mean.”

"What is his preferred cuisine? If you made it, we would be thrilled to taste it."

You try to recall the discussions you and Konro had in the past over his favorite cuisine while you bite down on your lips.

“Soda noodles, I mean soba noodles!" You smile while keeping your anxiety hidden.

"Oh, that's one of my wife's favorites. Do you sprinkle yours with sesame seeds? My wife has a similar fondness for hers."

"Sesame? Like the flower seeds?"

They all give you puzzled looks. Simultaneously, Konro approaches from behind you.

“Sorry ladies, my wife is always looking for the right opportunity to joke.” He gives them a smile before turning to face you.

"Are you all set to return home? I cooked a new dish, and I hope you like it."

"Aw, Konro also prepares meals? Quite the romantic." The group of women sway over Konro while blushing.

Konro is confused as he glances between them and at you, and as you rest your hand against his chest, you take all the glory.

"Yeah, Konro occasionally cooks, and surprisingly, he does a great job. With this one, I must have hit the jackpot."

As he spoke in your ear, Konro lowered his head. "It would be a shame if they find out the truth."

He smiles and leans back up. "Why don't all of you drop by our house tomorrow? I'm confident my wife's culinary abilities will amaze you."

The sound of his words caused your stomach to drop. They all agreed before you could even say a word.

"Meeting you all was nice," Konro waved as he left with you holding hands.

"I know I shouldn't have lied, but at the very least, you should have stood up for me! Now I need to cook!"

"But it's easy, I promise."

"What if I perform my wifely responsibilities? Give you head tonight, shall we say."

Your mouth was quickly covered by Konro. "Last time it worked, but this time I mean it."

The following morning, Konro awakened you early. “If you want to learn a few things, we need to get going right away.”

Konro helped you out of the bed, both Konro and you washed off together.

"There's nothing like a hot shower to lift your spirits." You smile as you head for the door, you don't get far as waka walks in, pulling you back inside.

"I bribed waka with his favorite food since I thought you would try something,"

“Make sure she doesn't cook it.” He sits down while keeping an eye on the two of you.

Up until Konro started giving you instructions, you started to feel bored.

If I knew Konro sounded this hot when demanding me I would have been in the kitchen sooner.

After a few self-inflicted cuts, you began to get the hang of it, and then you had to cut the green onions. You tried to look over your shoulder at Konro after he surprised you by pressing his body against yours, but he turned your head to look down.

"You must keep an eye on the green onions when cutting." With each cut, his body pressed deeper into you, and you could feel the warmth of his body on yours. He directs you with the knife while placing his hands over yours.

"Green onions are optional, but I always prefer to have it with my soba noodles."

Just being in that moment with him you could sense his passion for cooking, which made him even more attractive.

You could have married anyone, so why did you choose me?

"I fell in love with you, didn't I."

“Still, I should be able to cook because I can sometimes tell when you're tired.”

"Is it because of yesterday? Y/n you don't have to know how to cook to keep me, I rather see you enjoy my food, is that so hard to believe?

You turn around in his arms, his eyes lowered to your lips.

"And it's time I leave, call me when my plate is done." waka head out, not wanting to feel uncomfortable.

You stared at him with lust in your eyes. He smiles while he continued to cut the onions.

Being with Konro always kept you level headed.

You had no reason to doubt his love for you just because of yesterday. After collecting yourself for a few minutes you turn back around.

"I got it from here, you can start on waka's dish." He nod in response.

Throughout the day you shared a few laughs and kisses with Konro, once you both were done the kitchen was a mess.

"Don't worry about the kitchen, our guest should be arriving soon." You both hurried and place the dishes out on the table, changing into different clothes before you welcome them in.

"Wow this spread looks really good." They all hurried in to sit. They were close to drooling from the soba noodles' potent aroma.

You don't dig in first, you wait until your guest tries a few bites.

"Oh my! this is really good! Even better than my dish. I can now see why Konro is in love with you, your an amazing cook."

"Heh...thank you." You smile at her response, rubbing your hand back and forth against your pant under the table.

"My wife is a good cook, but that's not why I married her. She has many qualities, but I love her for who she is and who she is going to become."

As he spoke you felt his thumb rub back and forth against your hand under the table.

"I wish my husband was like Konro, all he does is work and when he comes home he eats his food and burps." Everyone started to laugh around the table.

When Konro was serious, he appeared to be quite seductive as you watched him entertain your guest.

Oh he's getting pussy tonight. You thought to yourself as you join back into the conversation.

You and Konro are left to finish cleaning up after your visitor leaves after a brief exchange.

"I had a good time, and it was lovely to see you smile honestly for a change."

"I'm always smiling."

"True, but I could tell something is always bothering you. Plus when you smile you always show your teeth."

Konro pinches your cheeks as he plants a kiss on your forehead.

You playfully push him away. "Don't get sappy on me, we have to clean." You look away as you said it, not wanting him to see you blushing.

"Y/n?" he called out.

"Yeah?" You look up at him.

"I love you." He said, keeping his eyes on you.

As a result of his comment, your heart began to beat more loudly in your chest. While you make a huge deal out of it, Konro carried on cleaning as if nothing had occurred.
