Krel’s Story:

Krel is a Grey Plate Guardian assigned under the tutelage of Fialkov and Coranda to aid in the protection of the sacred shard of lighting. He is also paired with Aja, another Guardian.

Unlike Aja, Krel is a constructor guardian, following in Fialkov’s footsteps. He aids Aja on with his wits and several contraptions and ideas.

More lore:

Constructor Guardians are pretty much like the healers of Guardiankind. They aren’t typically made for combat but are much more durable than normal guardians, reflecting in their low mobility.
