So last Thursday was weird, because I was inexplicably so exhausted that I had to call out of work and didn't get out of bed until 1830. 18. 30. I had gotten into bed about midnight the night before, and I stayed there, asleep a good 80-90% of the time, for 18 and a half hours.

I then went to bed at a regular 2200ish. No trouble falling asleep.

The next day I felt normal, and while I couldn't for the life of me figure out WHY it had happened, I thought eh, something to mention to my psych when I have my appointment in a couple of weeks.

Yesterday I couldn't force myself out of bed until 1330. I missed the first job (which is fine, the hours are flexible and no one even noticed I was gone, no one notices when I'm there ffs) and only climbed out of bed to get to the pharmacy. When I got there, I was convinced I wouldn't last the whole shift because not only was I inexplicably tired, my head felt underwater. It's the first time I've experienced such strong brain fog, and honestly the dizzy swimmy-ness makes me wonder if that's what it was. It lasted for about 5 hours. After being in bed for about 14 hours.

Today I feel normal again. Actually had less trouble getting up than usual.

What. The. Fuck. Brain.

So I managed to find a time slot for my annual doc visit this week (thank you other folk's cancelations) and uhhhh I don't even know. I'm just very alarmed. Some coworkers wonder if it has to do with my antidepressants, 'cause I did run out and haven't been on them for a week or three (depending on which one basically) but I've accidentally cold-turkeyed myself off of these in the past and this hasn't been a side effect before.
