I'm already putting pressure on myself for this year to be the greatest year yet, and I hate myself for doing that. If I put too much pressure on myself, I know it'll backfire on me, but at the same time I'm actually excited for this new year? It's a weird feeling.

One thing I'm hoping to achieve is actually double edged: attending an event towards the end of the year I haven't been to for ages and making a cosplay outfit for the event.

It's been years since I last made a cosplay outfit, but I'm going to give it a go anyway! Obviously it's going to be Thunderbirds themed, which I'm super excited about but also kind of nervous because I cannot craft to save my life.

I'm just rambling now. I'm so sorry. I need to stop. 😂

Cropping issues aside, here we have something a bit more self-indulgent, this is Dusty current cosplaying the civilian outfit of Kamen Rider Slash from KR Saber, who is my all time favorite character in tokusatsu! Which seems a little random at first as, for those unfamiliar with the show, he’s basically side character #4 whose main narrative purpose is to explain all the exposition and other made up jargon, kind of like Kryten or Alpha-5 or Brains from Thunderbirds. Here’s the thing, He’s also this quiet, reserved character who most of the time doesn’t even look people in the eye when talking to them, but then you see how passionate he is about swordsmithing and how energetic he gets during battles.
