an apology? kind of?
okay . wow. so! i recently made a post asking why a lot of jasico shippers were adults and it kind of . blew up in my face. a bit. and a lot of people made some very good points!! so i am going to address all of it cause i'd feel bad just. ignoring it? and also to explain a bit of my internal thoughts relating to . all of it. just for more clarity.
so. i think the biggest issue people had with what i was saying was that i was uncomfortable with adults shipping minor characters. that has not changed. that is still something that is a bit weird to me. however, that wasn't me trying to outright imply they were pedos????? that is. a very serious accusation and not something i would throw around lightly, especially in this context. like. i get why you would think that. but that was in no way what i was trying to say there. its just something that is weird to me. & im sorry that i wasn't clear enough while expressing that.
i am a minor, which is probably evident by now, and adults in fandom spaces are FINE. i will always support their right to interact with the fans of medias they enjoy. while i personally don't really feel comfortable with them interacting with me, esp in the context of shipping, i am fine with their existence. they can do whatever they want within reason obviously.
also, my intent with my original post was in NO WAY to start discourse or arguments or make anyone feel attacked or uncomfortable. it was just a phenomenon i had noticed and wanted to make like . a bit of a joke about. i seriously did not expect this many people to see it & react the way they did. however i get why you all got defensive, i would have felt the same if i was in your place.
some people seemed almost confused as to why i thought all jasico shippers were adults. um . again that phrasing was mostly a joke. but clearly i do not interact with you guys that much & most of the jasico shippers i have interacted with have been adults . so yk. i generalized you guys a bit. which was entirely my fault & has to do with my own flaws and issues that i am working on. and i am sorry !!!!!!!
to continue on with how my own flaws & issues have impacted this whole . situation: i like having reasons for things. i like it when people can explain their reasoning behind things and i like to be able to explain why i feel a certain way or had a certain opinion so like . idk i guess part of why i cant let myself just not like jasico is because of that. cause nothing is Wrong with jasico. and i know that, so i don't understand why i don't like it??? so like . im trying to find reasons and stuff to explain it to myself and others. if that makes sense??? its like . a really shitty explanation but i am genuinely sorry that my own issues resulted in this whole mess.
anyways . hope that sufficiently gave a bit of explanation for this whole thing? i would like to politely ask that anyone who wishes to continue discussing this either send me an ask or pm me, i don't really want to start any more drama or anything in my reblogs haha.
and once again, i'm really sorry. i'll be deleting my original posts in a couple hours just because this is stressing me out a bit & i don't want them to continue to be a breeding ground for discourse.
thank you all!
(will be tagging everyone who has reblogged or commented here just so they can see this. apologies if you are uncomfortable with being tagged in discourse.)

hey hi hello there
So I am finally getting around to writing a proper intro post lol, so hi, i'm tsintzask, or tsin for short. i use that handle everywhere online pretty much, so if you see a tsintzask elsewhere, chances are it's me.
i have had this blog for a long time now, but only really became active here after reddit decided to ban the app i was using to access it. I was an /r/196 user who migrated to my unused blog, basically.
I'm from Greece, and I study computer science in college. As of writing this, I am about to get my degree and start my masters program, so that's going pretty good.
i would consider myself an anarchist, though i don't think humanity is currently ready for that kind of world - i think there's just too many evil people around that would seek to take advantage of things. still, the current system has got to go. the fundamental idea behind capitalism is to prioritize money over people, and that's just plain evil.
As for other stuff about me, i have been told before i have neurodivergent vibes (it wasn't in like in a derogatory way, but as a serious thing) and yeah i kinda see that. I ought to go get checked sometime
i like a lot of things, as you can see in my blog description: D&D, Pathfinder, Pokémon, Genshin Impact, Honkai Star Rail, Terraria, insects, cats, memes, cute/wholesome stuff, theater, basic human decency. And I wanna gush about my likes a bit-
D&D and Pathfinder
I've been a player in both d&d 5e and pathfinder 2e, and a DM in d&d 5e. we're talking whole years of doing this. making characters is really fun, and playing them is even more fun! I mostly play online over Discord, but have played a lot irl too, and still do.
Pokémon
While i'm not as into it as i used to in my teens, i have played every game from pokemon pearl up to ultra moon, but not any further as i don't own a switch. that is subject to change if/when i get more into piracy. I've also played pokemon emerald and leaf green in emulators, and i've played mystery dungeon: explorers of darkness. one of the few video games to actually make me cry, btw.
Genshin Impact & Honkai Star Rail
this is my most recent fascination, i've been at it for a couple years now. mihoyo makes their games so incredibly gay and i love that. while i've been a bit burnt out on genshin, i am currently enjoying star rail a whole lot! and i ship a bunch of stuff that sometimes contradicts each other, so if you see conflicting ship arts in my reblogs, there's why. part of it is that i ship kujou sara with every other girl in genshin
btw, feel free to friend me in either game, in the EU server
Genshin UID: 741043259
Honkai Star Rail UID: 700410303
Terraria
oh man, terraria. all of my high school energy and two of my undergrad college years went into this game, it's just so good. I occasionally do modded runs every few months now.
Theater
I'm not a theater nerd or anything, but I did go to an amateur theater group for a couple years. was fun, i'd do it again for sure!
Basic Human Decency
I just think being nice is good. i don't get argumentative often; I used to argue often, but i try to keep most of my interactions with bigots/assholes/etc as a simple joke on their expense before i block them. also, it's taking some effort, but when i have something negative to comment on someone i don't actually have reason to dislike, i've been trying to just let it go and ignore instead.

after months of lurking i finally have a voice.
currently trying to figure out how to sentence and once i do im gonna word barf my ideas. so uh im allowed to do that right?
new to tumblr so im not sure if there's any unspoken rules. i was lurking without an account before and ive only really seen dreblr and a few dream tags.
ive never done this and im not sure if this is what im supposed to do on this website so im just kinda saying stuff
love your works btw <33 hope you have a nice day :D
Hi Anon!! :D
Welcome to DSMPblr, hope you enjoy your stay here :D
Yeah, that's what tumblr is for :D Your blog is your space and you can use it for posting whatever you like!! AUs, art, random thoughts, use it like a diary...
Unspoken rules? Well, there are a few I can think of:
if you don't like something, block and move on <- probably the most important rule, sure arguments and discussions still exist, but i would recommend just ignoring stuff you don't like
in general be nice <- yeah it sounds basic, but remember that we all are here for fun :D
don't cross tag <- important! the tags are not for exposure, they are here so you can share your post with the people that will want to see it. for example if you have a cool cc!dream post, don't tag it with #dreblr (which is a tag for positive c!dream content), use #dreamblr instead
reblog!! <- very very important! if you like some art or writing or whatever else, reblog it! likes don't do anything, there is no algorithm to help promote any content
it's good to remember that when you make for example '#oh i love minecraft manhunt' it's still going to end up in the minecraft tag, so be careful about what you tag if you don't want your post to end up somewhere you don't want it to
that reminds me! don't tag mcyt content with minecraft or mineblr. these are tags ONLY for the game. avoid using the game's name in the tags in general if you want to be safe :]
tags can be seen in the activity bar of the person you reblog from and the OP, so add your comments there :D people love reading tags on their posts, I know I do!
use tags to filer content you don't want to see <- if you go to the settings of your blog you can add filtered words and tags, for example '#discourse' or triggers or anything else
it's okay not to care about something. you don't have to reblog anything you don't want. it's your blog and your fandom experience.
use the 'read more' function!! especially if your post is long, it's tiring to scroll through long posts. if you are in the browser, there will be a yellow thing that pops up when you write, click it and it will appear. if you are using the app, write :'readmore': (without '') and it will appear as well!
don't share your personal information online <- that's just an internet safety rule but it needs to be here
That's all I can think of right now :] Basically: have fun and let others have fun!! :D

Welcome, everyone! ️🧚‍
Please click the "keep reading" button below and look through everything before following or messaging me 🍂🍄🦋
Tumblr media
(Credits for everything at the very bottom!)
This blog is a peaceful little corner filled with whatever I find interesting, beautiful and funny. Most of the content will be nature, art and animals 🌎🐻🌱
There will be no discourse, fighting, bad faith arguments and absolutely no tolerance for hate. That said though, I do have boundaries that I wish to be respected, and I will do the same for everyone else. Here are some things to know about me before you follow!
•I am 100% pro-choice.
•I completely support all queer identities, and I will block anyone spouting any sort of exclusionist/transphobic/bioessentialist/etc rhetoric.
•Sexism is not tolerated. This means that both misogynists and "All men are inherently horrible people" folks will all be ignored/blocked. This blog is a welcoming space for people of all genders/identities 🤎
•Ableism is also not tolerated in the slightest. There will be no hate or discrimination against physical disabilities and mental disorders here (Even the really ""scary"" and stigmatized ones. You're all welcome here!)
•I have multiple diagnosed disorders, including OSDD. I will not be engaging in "syscourse" at all, but it is important to know that we don't support the harmful beliefs being spread by people who call themselves "endogenic systems". Any messages/comments about this will be deleted.
•I don't plan on posting/reblogging any super explicit content, other than some nonsexual nudity in art every now and then. For this reason, people under 18 may follow if they wish. I am not uncomfortable with explicit content though, and I am an adult, so anyone who posts that sort of thing regularly is also free to follow/engage in conversation!
•Racism and bigotry of any kind will not be tolerated. (I am Mexican btw! 🇲🇽) Anyone of any ethnicity, race, nationality, etc is welcome here! Just don't be an asshole.
•I don't really post about fandom, but I am of the belief that nobody should be brutally harassed/accused of horrible things for the things they like and create. As long as no real person is being harmed, whatever you enjoy in fiction/art/roleplay/kink/etc is totally okay! If you can't separate fiction from reality or attack others based on the content they create/what they do safely and consensually just because it makes you uncomfortable/you think it's wrong/you don't understand it then please leave. There will be no harassment of any kind here!
•If you are antivax or believe the pandemic is a hoax you will be ignored/blocked.
That should be all for now. This is the last and only time I will be talking about these issues. I won't be posting or reblogging anything regarding these subjects unless it is a short positivity message or something of the sort. But this blog will be discourse free. If we disagree on any of these issues then please feel free to block me! I will block anyone who makes me uncomfortable. We should all be in the spaces that make us happy and curate our online experience to be as safe and enjoyable as possible! ✨
If you choose to follow, I hope you appreciate the contents of this blog! I am not very active, but whenever I am on here friendly messages are always welcome! Have a great day everybody :3 ☀️🦔🥭

(Different anon) Honestly I think it would have been better to just. Not react to the anti in a sexual manner At All /nm Because like...Idk, I don't think it's really okay to do that without consent Anyway (not that the anti's behavior was any better, of course). Discussing nsfw topics is not consent to being talked to in a sexual manner by a stranger, regardless of age. At that point, it strikes me as responding to harassment with...sexual harassment.
I think responding in a snarky way is fine, I'm not trying to say that you have to be nice to those who treat you poorly. But in my personal opinion, it's never appropriate to make sexual comments directly towards a real person without their consent, regardless of age. Them being a minor just makes it worse
(Not mad btw, this isn't intended to be read aggressively, so I apologize if it comes off that way)
Would have it been better? Yeah. I answered the previous ask with #morally grey because I knew it would have been the right thing to do to fix it. But if I'm honest, this blog exists because sometimes I don't want to be the better person. I have my own moral code, and I'm aware parts of it will contradict the morals of greater society, and such isn't always the best course of action. But isn't that just the spirit of proship in a way? To stick with your own morals, against the grain of society?
I fully expect people to not agree with how I handled the situation. And if it's enough to upset someone, I don't mind getting blocked.
That out of the way, it's possible their post could be considered harassment. While it lacked the criteria of targeting me with the intention to upset or intimidate, it had provided people a way to easily find my blog and send an attack if they wanted. But it was hardly harassment to me, and outcome is just as important as intent. It caused no distress, just amusement.
And then my post attached no name other than my own. No reblog, no @, no tags to search. On top of that, it is with the knowledge the referenced person already has me blocked. It's more akin to mockery and talking behind someone's back, intent to make fun of the idea of someone and the language used. The outcome? Well... unless they go out of their way to circumvent their own block and cyberstalk, or someone deliberately shows them a screenshot to spy on me on their behalf, the outcome is just the ignorance of never knowing about my post.
Is it mean spirited and rude of me? Oh absolutely. Inappropriate and a bit disgusting? Yeah. But this is the internet. Society at our fingertips. The good, the bag, the ugly. I don't want everyone to agree with me, and I don't want to be morally pure. And if someone has the ability to just step out into the hearth without the guidance of a guardian, they must use the tools at their disposal to protect themselves and maintain their boundaries, and understand that not everyone cares to have their best interest in mind.
I'd say the best course of action against mine when dealing with discomfort is an attempt at reason if bold enough, and then block if no change is made. And if I were dumb and cruel enough to escalate the situation, go out of my way to make sure they see and continue to receive unwanted comments, then more excessive measures against harassment in which I would be facing punishment at that point.
Anyways, I'm not mad either~ I just love finally being able to be forward and unsanitized in an argument regarding morals/ethics.

I just venture into the Anti Zutara verse and is incredible because is just people hating on Zutara fans, not the ship itself, with arguments like I see in the Anti Keteeng verse. Nope. They are just being extremely toxic against real people. Even saying that if we don't like Keteeng we should watch another show, because apparently they own the show now and dictate who can or cannot watch it and have opinions about it. 🙄
Btw, I saw a comment hating on you and I just wanna say that you're amazing and don't let this kind of shit get to you. Haters gonna hate. Be safe.
Thanks. Apparently some people consider me a "BNF" and I think that's part of it, but that's weird to me because I've only been here for a year and a half and barely follow any ATLA blogs. I just created this blog as a place to put my ATLA stuff because I didn't really want minors following me on my other blog.
And yeah, the thing about anti zutara stuff vs anti KA and MZ is that posts that are anti the canon ships are commenting on and analyzing what is in the show. Whereas with zutara, it's all fanon so any attempts to "debunk" is just commenting on people's headcanons, which is always gonna make you look like a jerk.
Something I've heard someone else say that has always stuck with me on fandom is that you should try to avoid having opinions about other people's opinions, because that's always what leads to fights. So when I try to make my posts commenting on the canon ships, I try to comment on what's already in the show instead of other people's interpretations of it. I know I don't always succeed, but that's always my goal.
When I first got into the fandom, I was immediately turned off by the zutara hate not just because I already shipped it, but because a lot of it is twisting the narrative in order to disprove something that is fanon to begin with so if you start reading this posts knowing nothing about the fandom, like I did, it looks a lot like these people are tilting at windmills. Like, not only is there no real point, but literally no fanon shipper needs or wants to hear why you think their headcanons are wrong.
If people do know me from my personal they probably know that I'm always pro-shipping. I use anti tags mostly to avoid arguments when I criticize the canon ships, but my point is never to criticize shippers. I could care less what people ship. Really. Which is why I was genuinely surprised when some people got angry when I said I wouldn't make or support callout posts for people not shipping zutara in the "correct" way. Or why I gently ignore it when people send me asks after I reblog from certain bloggers to "warn" me that so-and-so ships x, y, or z unacceptable ship (usually azulaang or zucest). I know. I do not care. Which is not to say that there aren't certain ships and certain dynamics that bother me immensely. But I don't go out of my way to attack those shippers because I can't actually make a judgement about why someone ships something, especially if the ship itself is fanon.
Which, before anyone jumps on me, isn't to say I think anything goes or that there aren't valid criticisms to be made, especially since ATLA does touch on so many sensitive issues. But I agree, saying people shouldn't watch the show if they have different interpretations or are critical of some aspects of it is gatekeeping and toxic positivity. James Baldwin said "it's because I love America that I insist on the right to criticize her perpetually," and of course he was talking about things much bigger than fandom, but the same lesson still applies, which is that you should immediately question anyone or anything, any system that puts itself forth as above reproach to the point where criticism is pathologized. I made a shitpost recently about canon shippers saying that "postmodernism was a mistake," but like, postmodernism didn't happen in a vacuum. It's directly linked to the civil rights movement, women's suffrage, gender theory, and a broader understanding of the global world. It's inherently about questioning and tearing down existing structures, and you can't have social justice at all without it. You also cannot even have shows like Avatar: The Last Airbender without postmodernism, because the show itself and its very inception was born from an interaction between anime and western animation, the writers and creators were very involved with the fandom, and the result is something so incredibly self-referential that Derrida is probably turning somersaults in his grave.
But anyway.

(This may have a lot of parts so sorry in advance). So, I don't know if you've seen it around (I'm not trying to sound full of myself but it blew up much to my annoyance) but I have a post that says "Advocating for the murder of trans women means you're not a feminist" or something very similar which is, by the way, 100% true. I stand by the fact that if you exclude women from your feminism, you don't care about all women and therefore aren't a feminist. But you know, TERFs exist.
And so, I got all these replies because I tagged it radfem, TERF, etc because they apply, not for intentional discourse (contrary to popular belief, apparently), including, but certainly not limited to, some dumb, self-righteous bitch (no offense, but I don’t think that’s a slur since it’s not exclusively used against women anymore [or at least, I don’t use it like that and the only people who complain are misandrist TERFs so it’s fun to call them that to piss them off]).
She said, and this happened like yesterday and the post was made about two months ago, “It’s immature to say you’re right with no evidence (I have cited plenty of evidence btw) and not to listen to others opinions” because I reblogged my own post EXPLICITLY STATING the point was not up for debate. Look, if you think that advocating for the murder and exclusion of your fellow women is just a “different opinion” and not downright violent and harmful, boy have I got some news for you
My favorite, though, was the fact that people seem to be obsessed with genitals! Like, the main dumbass argument (as if any of them aren’t dumb) is that they’re not female and like, not even that, but anyone who is female must have a working reproductive system! And that’s so crazy!!! Like, all logic also excludes a lot of cis women and it’s the funniest shit I’ve ever seen. This is the end of this story but you might get updates because that post gets so much hilariously ignorant bullshit.
(I’m just gonna make comments in no particular order with the story if you don’t mind)
The number one rule of Tumblr, expect discourse. You talk about terfs? Discourse. You talk about how gay you are? Discourse. You go onto bottommemes on Christmas Eve? Discourse. You bring up that banana that you found in the middle of the road? Discourse.
Why don’t you (mentions to do a thing that you already did they just don’t care about your argument at all)
About the bringing up genitals thing, I find it annoying whenever anything involves trans people it has to be taken back to “but a trans woman isn’t a woman” and vice versa. Really? we’re going back to this debate that has been given at least a million times on this website alone? How is discourse at all worth it if you’re just repeating the same argument again and again? Like honestly after a while of seeing the same thing I just kind of glaze over it and don’t bother.
“A working reproductive system” I guess that one family member that I’m not even going to specify because she would be self-conscious about it isn’t a woman then… Thank God that trans men can be considered men at one point in transition.
Honestly, I saw bitch as just a swear word for the longest time (because I saw it used on both men and women too) but then I decided that it was more of a slur when I realized that it more triggers fear when men use it on women. So yeah I chose not to use it.
