A little bit of experimenting with contrasting typefaces and creating a modern yet traditional look and feel for that imaginary, family owned sicilian restaurant that I dream to go visit this summer 🤍 Lately I've been really inspired by the endless ways of combining very modern sans serifs with old school calligraphic script fonts and I find myself drawn to a lot of designs that manage to nail this trend. This is my attempt at making this combination work and I've ended up quite pleased with the result.
