They have to go on a 14 year long journey to finish the job but by god they will do it.#The sheer chaos in the Audio Drama is really fantastic. Reminds me of those traincar murder mysteries.#The lights go off and there's a scream and then BOOM dead body. Who did that!!!#Okay it was qi deviation and he did it to stop himself from killing his brother. He did it to himself.#JGY sadly has the worst alibi ever though. Both the strongest motivation and also uhhh presence at the scene.#Not to nitpick but as someone who loves murder mysteries - I do feel like even *one* other suspect would have made it stronger.#I get that he tried to make it look like an inevitable Qi Deviation and that it *is* something within the family legacy.#And a big part of NHS figuring it all out comes down to his own perceptiveness and intelligence.#If you weren't close enough to JGY and NMJ of course it looks like an accident.#Sadly 'guy who plays the 'poor little meow meow card'' is also weak to 'guy who plays the 'poor little meow meow card''.#NHS was the better subtle manipulator at the end. That's probably the strongest mystery part of MDZS. And why he's in my top 5.#My man pulled the 'kill him just as he falls from the top of his game and loses everything' gambit and I love him for it.

There was always something mysterious about life and how things work. Each people had it's own cycles, a version of population control; though whether it was a blessing or hindrance would be of that race to decide.

Still, amongst the things Yubie had not anticipated in his life cycle was to be himself again. By all means and measure, he should have taken on a different sense of self entirely. So imagine his surprise upon waking and finding himself to be.. well, himself. He blinks once, twice, before his gaze slowly slides off to the side and settles on the person next to him.

...bonus funnies and my usual process-related rambling under the cut.

i was gonna add one with yulia that said some shit like "when youre trying to restore order to the town but it turns out your ex-wife lives there" cuz theyre super divorced to me tbh. but im low on energy rn LOL

this drawing was actual torture. heres the first version of it

it went through a lot of tweaks cuz i could not get her eyes or anything right like at all. i went through many shading colors that im not even gonna show. i also did go through many variations of what was gonna be filling up the negative space.

i knew the barrel of the gun was gonna be there the whole time but i had many ideas.

the first was a few different doodles in each corner of artemy and aglaya meeting, being cute, running away, and. well. you know. .. i ended up struggling so hard with this so i left home for like 3 days and came back to it. decided not to do this either since i was drawing too many busts and it was annoying.

i wanted hands in there so i drew multiple hands multiple times and ended up with the final lineless hands as seen in the full drawing.
