I been busy with my new job so I have not really had to time to play sims 4 but on my day off I had a bit of time to play and nothing more relaxing for me then making me some sims. if Fury is an ocean, then Greg isdrowningin it.

Above the water appears the human form of Greg, whereas the remains of the wolf are submerged in water. Tears of blood roll down from the red-tinted full moon carved on Greg’s pupil, dropping to the water.

Bubbles emerge with the phase of the moon, each of them retelling the memory of the past. Under the turbulent surface, Greg indulges in the grief, allowing himself to transform, slowly and inevitably, from human to wild werewolf. It is indeed the futile struggle paid for in every tragic accident, and it is indeed like the stone of Sisyphus that he is doomed to succumb to the sea.

At first, I think the artist painted the picture a little scary. And the image I want is the feeling of sadness.But reflect upon it; this rightly conforms to the character of Greg. In the eyes of others, Greg symbolizes horror. Underneath it all, what has been truly concealed is the infinite sorrow.

Just like he said, "Some say I'm mean. They say I'm gruff. A menace. You know what's mean? Gruff? What's really menacing? Life. Get used to it. "

I have a theory on Greg

So what we know is... :

- Greg experimented with fury which not only drove him away from his loved ones, but it also resulted in him going feral to the point of no return

- Greg lost so. much. The mooncasters, his mother, his relation to Kristopher, his wife, his best friend Yina Kia, his familiar, and eventually he had nothing else to lose...besides himself And eventually...he lost that too.

- Fury isn't exclusively anger, it's generally fueled by really strong emotions, as the various temperaments suggest

...so what if:

Greg didn't go feral as a result of experimenting with fury, but rather, another overwhelming emotion took over...

grief.

Think about it,

the only other wolf we know who has been feral, besides Greg, is Lily, so perhaps her emotion was fear. The fear of not knowing where she was, the fear of not knowing who else could be there, the fear of not knowing what she had become, or rather, the fear in realising what she could've become, what she had to leave behind

Kristopher might've been able to help Lily out of it since it's possible to overcome fear, but grief is much heavier, it's so much harder to just be talked out of it, so maybe that is why nobody can help Greg...

It's likely obvious by now that the Sims 4 werewolves are catnip (wrong species, I know) to me. But is there also a possibility that I'm catnip to the werewolves?

Case in point: Greg is showing up everywhere in my saves.

Here he is yet again in Evergreen Harbor, where I had sent Dom to acquire some FABRICATION skills.

Oh crap, he's headed this way.

The green plumbob you spy in the distant top right is Dom, borrowing the Greenburg's maker and blissfully unaware of just how close she came to developing an even worse case of puberty 🐺

"TINA TINKER!!! LET EVERYONE ELSE AT THE COMMUNITY CENTER USE THE RECYCLER. THE MAKER IS SICK OF YOUR [FORBIDDEN WORD]!!!"

And with that completing what is likely his one allotted good deed for the next two centuries, he vanished.
