Welp. My friend @art-tea-chill got me into the penguins of madagascar so you know what that means!! OC time!!

Here's the typed out information:

Peniru:

- Species: Mimic Octopus

- Goes by Peni for short

- Came from Indonesia after the Dave/Octopi incident, and because of this faced heavy judgement from the other animals thinking she was like him/his minions, and that her kind personality was a facade. Because of this she got too nervous and shy to leave her tank.

- Lives underneath the penguins

- Has a huge crush on Maurice but is too nervous to confess to him out of fear of Rejection

- Private was the first of the penguins to become her friend

- She has an artistic and creative mind, she likes to create jewelry out of the little things she finds inside her tank, she also enjoys making art pieces using her mimicking ability but she's too sheepish to show them to anybody outside of ariel

- She tends to give seashells she finds to coral.

- She digs herself into the sand of her aquarium and pretends she's a snake to scare away others, if she can't do that she'll blend into her surroundings

- She has a special talent for singing, at night she will leave outside her tank and sing with the comfort of knowing the animals by then are sleeping. some of the animals (mainly king julian and most of his lemurs..) think it's an actual mermaid. this tends to annoy the penguins since they're trying to sleep by then. However, if somebody manages to catch her singing, she'll tense up and tear up and proceed to immediately hop back into her tank.

- She's taller than most octopi, even towering over Dave by quite a bit. this doesn't help to animals perception of her however

- She has anthropophobia

- She likes to sing songs for the few rare animals she trusts.

- She likes to paint!

- In the water, she moves gracefully and elegantly, like a mermaid.

- Just a tad bit afraid of rico

Ariel:

- She's a sentient fish who serves as penirus best friend, think of her as Peniru's flounder. she is her voice of reason and rational thinking, and calms her down during her fits of panic, She was first given to Peniru as food to eat by the zookeepers, but Peniru couldn't bring herself to do it, especially upon learning that Ariel has sapience, and the two of bonded ever sense. at first, Ariel may seem like she's annoyed by the everyday Schnanigans of the zoo, overly pessimistic and cranky, but deep down really doesn't mind, only wanting to make sure Peniru is okay in the end. She can't speak formerly and can only speak in a language known as "Bubblelise", and only Peniru is able to translate this language for others. The penguin she's closest to is Kowalski, but she surprisingly also has a fondness for Rico, relating to his ability to not speak properly, but his love for kabooming on the other hand (fin?)..

As a P.S: she likes to call Peniru, "Ru-Ru" :3

Is the Penguins of Madagascar fandom still alive? Because I finished my OC finally.

(EDIT: This is now outdated) ( I'm sorry if this is low quality, I'm bad at drawing penguins.)

So her name is Coral, she's part of the penguins and is Skipper's girlfriend. She's the team's jack of all trades and is considered a very versatile member of it as well.

Personality

Coral is a kind, calm, slightly stoic, and collected penguin who tries to stay focused and serious most of the time, but fails due to a neurotic side of her personality that causes her to lose her cool most of the time. Despite having a neurotic side to her personality, there are rare occasions where she can be surprisingly relaxed and chill

Coral is around the same height as Skipper, I just didn't put it up to scale

I styled her feathers to look like an actual hairstyle (like Rico getting a mohawk in the TV show.)

She likes collecting seashells

Despises being called a coward. If one of her teammates calls her a coward, she'll just glare at them. If it's a villain, they better hope they are stronger than her combat wise

Is good and helpful emotional support to loved ones

Aside from Skipper, she's probably the closest with either Kowalski or Private.

Acts like the mom of the team. She’s protective of the others, especially Private.

Also Skipper x Coral ship name is Skipporal, I'm planning on making a rewrite of Penguins of Madagascar (2014) with Coral in it.

[Start ID: First voice is that of an intestinal epithelial cell/enterocyte of the small intestine, named Boss. His design is bipedal, with pale skin and short dark brown hair and matching eyes. His ears are much larger than usual and appear frilled almost like a lionfish. He has pink stripes on his snout, ears, and under his eyes. He has a huge pink tail covered in rows of microvilli that drags on the ground. He’s wearing a blue and green uniform with blue gloves and shoe bags, and is holding a face mask. The voice is Louis C. K.’s as Max from The Secret Life of Pets, and the voice claim is rated with an accuracy of 3/4, and his pronouns are he/him. Text box reads: “Verdant’s old boss. Alrighty. More tpom ocs! This time we gotta villain >:3

(HUGE shout-out to @art-tea-chill for helping me come up with alot of cephlalas character, from design to even her name! I don't think I would've been able to come up with nearly as much of a character if it wasn't for her, so ty!)

Cephalala:

-Species: Sharpear Enope Squid

- A Primadonna, She's popular with the little girls who come to the central park zoo due to her beauty, but this doesn't satisfy her enough. She has everything but one thing, a talented singing voice, something Peniru has, and something that Cephalala has extreme envy and hatred for.

- Luckily for Cephalala, Dr. Blowhole created an invention for Cephalala which would suck out all the singing talent from Penirus voice using the seashell attached to the middle of her cape. it activates when she clicks the button, and that's able to instantly suck away all of her vocal cords, almost like magic.

- She tries to keep her facial expresses as stilted as possible so she doesn't "Get wrinkles and become ugly and old as quick as light", but she can't control her facial expressions when she's REALLY angry.

- Engaged to Dave

- She lives in a cavern similar to Ursulas cave, where she brews ideas and potions in her cauldron before dave has to revise them for her because of hers plans many flaws

- She can cloak into dark places with her cape, making it easier for her to spy on the penguins and Peniru

- Gets unbelievably upset when Skipper misspells her name

- Her least favorite member of the team is private, she's tried many times to kidnap him.

- Dave built her a tool that would allow her to disguise herself as a human like he does, so she can use Penirus stolen talent to become a Superstar singer to the unsuspecting humans on land, as another way to become the center of everyones attention, essentially becoming a fake-celebrity

- She will absolutely scream in horror if anything that she considers "Not Glamorous" gets onto her "Marvelous, Flawless Self",

- Her eyes and cape glow in the dark

- Voice Actor: Christa Miller (Basically, just listen to cleos voice from season 1 of clone high.)

- (Stolen) Singing Voice: LeAnn Rimes

Jathino:

- Jathino is a violet sea snail who acts as Dave and Cephalalas honestly just tired and exhausted Meowth, he was stolen from his natural habitat by Cephalala and kept for his, in her own words, "Natural Beauty". Jathino tries to give his advice and opinion on things that Cephalala does, but is usually cut off by Dave. He's usually dragged into the duos schemes, and while occasionally it's fun for him, sometimes he wishes he could just live with the penguins instead of having to deal with their antics, he's fond of daydreaming and occasionally daydreams about being a penguin on their team, it's basically his wish at this point, but as far as he's concerned he's stuck with cephalala and dave forever

Everyone meet astrea! She's a Hyacinth Macaw. Maybe once I watch more the show I'll make a thorough backstory for her, but what I've got for now is that she used to work for Doctor Blowhole, but realized she was being used and manipulated and joined the penguins. As of now, she lives in Phil and Masons tree in the Central Park Zoo. She also has a robotic wing, since it was kinda cut off by Doctor Blowhole so that he could tell her that he saved her and use that to manipulate her lol I love torture

Finally got better at drawing penguins thankfully. I now bestow some very inconsistent Coral doodles, this time with her at her accurate(ish) height.

Coral on the left is probably the best one to me. The Coral in the center in covering her nonexistent ears during the annoying song the Madagascar gang sings during Europe's Most Wanted. Finally, Coral on the right is just listening to a plan Kowalski has.
