AA3 was probably my favourite of the original trilogy and boy did I love this man. Plus lil-guy Mav seeing some semblance hispanic rep in his video games was pretty cool. Diego got it rough and localization did him and his alias dirty apparently, but I'd still commit crimes for him.

YOU. This is your fault. Prior to you I would have just checked "no." and been done with it. But now you have me thinking thoughts about GUY ELDOON. I will never forgive you (affectionate.) But really, I respect his design more now and think he has hella potential (business owner, attractive, AND A DOCTOR???) I feel like this man is a hidden jewel within a sea of great characters.
