Oh okay that one is super easy to answer!!!!!! Which also ties into why I chose to take games design at university. My main influences for world building are Final Fantasy 10 and 12! The worlds of Spira and Ivalice are incredible, and I swoon at the mere mention of them ahaha! Both games I’ve had as a constant presence in my life since I was young, so I’ve become very familiar with them and their stories, and there’s just something about them I adore. Like you can break it down into how perfect all of the different sections of the design are, like the music, how well it fits into every area (sometimes I can so vividly picture walking through areas of Ivalice when listening to FF12′s OST, it’s rly hard to describe but its SO GOOD), how all the cultures and people seem just so real and they live and interact with the land so wonderfully that you can just see how just one person’s day to day would go like in some places.

So like, I’m very much hopelessly in love with storytelling, and I love being taken to new worlds and exploring them, so these two games just do it so well for me, I get such a burst of happiness when I think about them!!! I love the characters, the stories, and how everything fits so nicely together in a world you can explore right alongside them!!!! It feels like you’re going on the adventure too I know that’s sappy but I’m a super sappy person ahaha. So yeah! I wanted to do what FF10 and 12 did, make cool stories like that, and well some other stuff as well, but yeah then I went to uni and studied games and recently came back to FF10 and 12 and remembered what I love so much about them!!!! There is my sappy story ahaha, I really really love these games, and they super inspired my fantasy style of storytelling I do today!!! :D (also should mention Ni No Kuni, which became one of my FAVOURITE games and has a fantastic world as well!!! But I love the story of Ni No Kuni more, so I decided not to talk about it when u asked about worldbuilding, also this is long enough so ahaha :’’’D But yeah there you have it!!!
