Some Notes:

- Despite her speed, she often have shortness of breath due to asthma (have modified medical aid for when she’s in her Cybertronian form).

- Enjoys racing in tracks, and while doesn’t outwardly admit it, she idolises Blurr (but also finds him too reckless/cocky to be around sometimes).

- Finds her parents too overbearing to be around (‘it’s suffocating’). Still cares about them deeply though.

- Gets along really well with Oaken, to the point they consider each other more as best friends than cousins.

- Kind of a girl of few words, yet an adrenaline junkie (often almost caused her parents a spark/heart attack and many groundings (which get lifted after only one day)).

- Really flexible, at least bonds with Heatwave in their yoga sessions. Even convinced Kade to join them a few times.

- Somehow have many hidden compartments all over her. It’s a mystery.

- ‘Amber’ is due to people sometimes ‘correcting’ her on her name, and she eventually just rolled with it.

So like, I made an animation based on Megatron and Kiloton!!! Kiloton is a canonical TF character that was originally a deception medic that is kind to Megatron and they become very close friends (the war is over) and eventually into lovers (the wiki said they’re canon) but Kiloton dies at the hands of humans thinking he was attacking but IN THIS AU I HAVE FOR THEM, Kiloton and Megatron are miners excavating Energon and Megatron wants to start the revolution because he wants to live a better life with Kiloton but unfortunately, Kiloton dies at during the start of the war which leads Megatron on a warlord path.

Kiloton, in this AU, did meet Orion Pax and they were good friends. Kilo was very patient and kind towards Orion, a caretaker friend sort of vibe. He does force Orion to realize how horrible it is to be a Miner in a way that explores how some people under deep oppression will accept things the way they are because they don’t think it will change and will try to make the best out of their situation, hence him saying “We are poor but we’re happy.” To Megatronus. Megatron being Megatron, of course, doesn’t accept that. I wanted to clash the personalities of two people experiencing excessive exploitation and oppression and how some people want change, revolution, and are angry, rightfully so, while others are more accepting and tired but still make with what they have as a way to cope with their situation.

The boy is here! The most ever! The Fallen Star’s very own Starboy!

So I lied and don’t have the finalized designs for King Maggie or Queen Ams yet soooooo *throws confetti at you* take this Starboy reimagining in the meantime!

Eugh boy the name gave me trouble. I didn’t want to use Aster since that’s the name of a a couple popular Starboys already (@annymation/@gracebeth3604/ @mythartist21) and while the Greek name is cool, I wanted something a bit different.

SEE-EH-LO, for anyone wondering. He/they pronouns <3

I was heavily considering choosing Estrella and making Starboy a Stargirl, and then we’d have a gay romance. But this is supposed to be SOMEWHAT of a homage to early Disney. This may not be KoW, but… idk. Cielo is a gender neutral name. Literal manifestation of light. Go ahead and draw them as a female-presenting figure and it’s still TFS!canon~

Aaaaaaanyways. Here’s the actual rewrite!

First of all! Cielo is NOT the Northern Star! He’s a baby star like… in the bottom right

However, the Northern Star? Evangeline? Yeah, she’s gonna be in my rewrite

But Cielo is NOT her

For now I’ll just say Evangeline is sort of a mentor-figure to Cielo and leave it at that

So not all stars are wishing stars, and similar to Kingdom of Wishes, a wishing star is born when first wished upon

Once a wishing star fulfills their first wish, they become Stars (capital S), and are free to help anyone that needs it

The more wishes a Star fulfills, the more powerful they become

Idk maybe it’s like a Rise of the Guardians thing, where the more people that believe, the stronger your magic is

Sparkles and hope and glitter and shit

Until, as explained in my rewrite… the Stars grew bored and started simply granting wishes

Then people grew lazy and started demanding wishes

And all this belief made the Stars go overpowered

Basically it became Wonderland, everything coming true, kingdoms burning and villages destroyed

Yeah. So Magnus god rid of them eventually

Though who would suspect that it would be the king’s own daughter that would bring back his greatest fear?

Yep, Asha brought Cielo down

Not purposely, but even if she had done it purposely, she wouldn’t have chosen Cielo

ive started drawing and making transformers characters and want to know how the hell do you draw them so good?!!!?!?

Hullo~

When it comes to drawing canon characters, it's just a lot of references. A LOT of them xD The amount of IDW Megatron and Ravage refs I had for my small comic was staggering but very useful.

I also keep in mind that, while the bots are fairly humanoid in appearance and build, their anatomy is "broken". Usually, when you draw a fleshy humanoid character, be it a human or a furry, you have baselines and shapes that are generally the same for most characters, like where the shoulders and clavicle are. The proportions of the body parts are also pretty normal.

When it comes to bots (outside of the Transformers Animated series), those baselines and shapes are somewhat different, especially when the bot has an alt mode with various (clunky) parts like wheels. Shoulder joints are suddenly further away from what we are used to with humans. There is no clavicle. The shoulder and hip joints barely align. Chests can be absolutely massive while the head is tiny. Arms can be so long, their hands go past their knees.

So you have to throw some logic out of the window there to add all those boxy shapes or vehicle parts.

And heck, sometimes a bot design, or at least parts of it, doesn't make much sense either when you compare it to their alt mode, and that is okay! You have to take liberties sometimes. And never forget....

That said, I've drawn a lot of bots in the past. It was nearly two decades ago but they were my bread and butter, so to speak. I have some experience with them, so please don't think I worked a miracle with my latest round of TF art x'D They are still as tough as nails to draw (even more so to render, IMO!) but they don't need to be perfect. Heck, I am still adjusting Starflare's design and that's okay.

So take your time, find your preferred style and method by trying things out, and go with what looks good to yourself.

Wendy was my second SM OC I created, but I ended up finishing her before Lucy because I liked her more... XD

Also a witch coven member and a wendigo (if the name doesn't give it away lol). Meaning that she is a cannibal. But unlike a certain someone else, she doesn't take pleasure in it and resorts to autocannibalism in secret to not draw attention to herself.

An unique ability is that she's basically immortal and does not feel pain unless silver or blessed items are used. She can regenerate any injuries by eating human meat and mostly uses her own as she doesn't feel pain anyways. In fact...others can also heal if they were to eat her meat, but who tf would do that lol.

Wendy works at El Peludo as a hair dresser right next to Boys & Grills, her home is a trailor near the woods. While she is very confident and does a lot of work outs (if her body doesn't tell) she is very awkward around Bob as she crushes hard on him but doesn't understand these feelings.

She can transform into a wendigo at will or have it be forced on full and bloodmoons. In that form she's feral and has no real control overself, usually waking up in random places, wondering how she got there. Her wendigo form has no antlers as female deer also have no antlers.

Silly transformers ocs that came to me in a dream (except I heavily altered the designs and lore from the original vision)

In the dream, I was browsing a website similar to artfight and saw a transformers oc named Priest ( @sonia-aquamarineson 's oc Gusty was on there too, but he was called Herring. This has no bearing on the rest of the lore, it was just funny). Priest's original design was a bit different from the current one and looked more like this:

(Made with this picrew and edited a bit to be more accurate. I didn't draw him because I wanted to get his design down ASAP before forgetting everything + I wasn't very confident in drawing tf characters yet.)

His lore was very inconsistent. A picture on his page implied that his alt mode was a speaker, but the first line of his description said it was a set of silverware. But that was contradicted too at the end where it said he was "a book with pages as brittle as his trust". There was also a mention of how someone cursed him and since then he just stayed at home.

There were also these 3 pictures that were, (allegedly) related to his backstory:

So yeah. Priest's backstory was pretty nonsensical, but thankfully after sharing the dream with Sonia (because Gusty was there briefly) we were both so normal about the guy that we decided to make his lore make sense.

Basically:

Pine was a cringefail scientist fed up with having his lab at some abandoned, rusty old base next to a junkyard in the middle of nowhere and wanted the other cons to finally respect him. So when his inventions weren't impressive enough, he had a different plan

He was going to kidnap some autobot and then contact their friends with a typical "grr hand over the secret info or your friend will die >:-[" message. But here's the twist! Before that, he would put a bomb inside the bot's chassis, which would activate when they leave the base. So even if the friends showed up to heroically rescue their bestie, they would still die anyway! Yippee!!

He managed to catch an unsuspecting bot, which happened to be Priest, and all seemed to be going well...

.. Until it turned out Priest was about as respected by the autobots as Pine was by the decepticons. When contacted, Priest's acquaintances couldn't care less about him possibly dying. They didn't seem too keen on heroically rescuing him, but didn't hand over the information Pine wanted, either.

Pine wasn't sure what to do. Sure, the bomb was already there, just waiting to be detonated. But on the other hand... was it really worth it? What's the point of this kind of murder when no one is watching?! When there's no one the lament the loss of their loved one?! And as much as he hated to admit it, he felt some sympathy for Priest, who was as much of a loser as he was.

Pine was like "ok, kidnapping's over, your murder is cancelled. Lemme take that bomb out of your chassis real quick. Then you can go wherever you want and forget this ever happened. Sorry for wasting your time". And yeah he took that bomb out but there was another problem.

Priest didn't really have anywhere to go and didn't want to come back to the autobots, considering how little they cared about him.

And so, he ended up staying with Pine and joining the decepticons (which had little to do with the actual ideology and more with wanting their partnership to look less suspicious). Priest spends his days helping Pine with his inventions and digging through the junkyard for any interesting devices he could use as an alt mode (since there isn't much else to do there, really). As such, he changes his alt mode very often and it's a bit hard to keep up with sometimes. However, one form he often comes back to is an arcade machine (which is the design pictured in his ref!)

Also don't ask how an arcade machine ended up in space. This is a ridiculous little story about a pathetic pine tree robot and and a guy named Priest. And it was based on a dream. Weirdness is unavoidable here.

Oh that was long. If you're still reading say. Uh. Idk just say something.

Finally finished a better ref sheet for non-bean-bitty Oaken.

Miscellaneous facts about him:

- Scanned his alt mode by mistake.

- Aspires to become a botanist/biologist (much to his parents’ dismay).

- Autistic and ADHD (Inattentive) combo. Special interests include plants and information regarding candies.

- Ended up getting home-schooled for a few years.

- Let’s just say being a hybrid meant he has… quite a few interesting anatomical features.

- Enjoys frequenting the library and eventually even joined the book-club.

- Personality summed up would be ‘quiet, but also seemingly nervous and wary of strangers. Doesn’t stop his tendencies of blurting out obscure or blunt remarks however’.

HAPPY 3/3 DAY!!

Henry was always a character that is special to me. I remember being 5 years old and watching nitrogen era Thomas whilst my brother was sleeping on the couch and my parents were fighting. All I could focus on was Henry, he made me feel seen, like I had my own character in a story that I didn’t make.

When I eventually “grew out“ of ttte, I forgot about it and found different interests. But I also started learning about my gender, sexuality, brain, and disabilities.

In 2022, I decided to rewatch Thomas on Netflix, my first thought was “where tf is Henry?“ And second was “who the fuck are these new engines?!“ I. Was. Hooked. I quickly learned the basics: The rws (I didn’t know it even existed), the different eras and everything in between.

And no surprises: Henry is still my favourite character ever. I can now relate to him and project onto him. Most of my hcs for him are just stuff that I deal with and it all really makes sense to me.

Anyways, I don't want to extend this more but long story short: in this AU we have fun creating scenes with a horror-gothic flavor, mostly inspired by the Cthulhu mythos (specifically the Deep Ones)so there's a lot of mystery veiled between everyday moments balanced with a dash of wonder at the strange creatures the human cast will face during the progress of the story.

SO. Earth 101 came to be after rewatching the Bay films, as well as during my binge of TFP at the time. Just general musings bout 'Lol they need like a crash course on humans, or at least a guide book"

Whilst writing it, it came to mind that 'Oh, it can be funny to make refs to other bots'. So I have so far made fun little refs to OP's incident with snow because we all know giant trucks + snow and ice driving = chaos, Sigma17 who I felt would fit super well here, being the ones most highly integrated with humans and more.

Eventually from that, I joked with @piltover-sharpshooter as always and the idea of the author of the manual, who was just meant to be some nameless random bot, being an oc came into being.

That led to my dear sweet Albanoct!

She is, as others have asked, the [in lore] Author of Earth 101: A Manual for the Visiting Cybertronian.

I will fully say, I have adored writing this series because it's also what introduced me to more of the fandom, and led to me making some of the great friends i've met, more content and just this love for TF on a larger scale.

Lives on a barn in a corn/wheat field, surrounded by forest, in the middle of no where, with Shiftbox and his human companion Sawyer Baxter (intros to them will come another time)

Kept in hiding from G.H.O.S.T, autobots and decepticons

Terran, bonded with Mg (my tf self insert, into to them will come another time)

Shiftbox and Sawyer is their adopted parental figures/guardians

Socially inept, very nervous around new people. Doesnt like being away from Mg, Shiftbox, or Sawyer. Wouldnt mind making friends, just very wary of everyone

Loves crows, nature, fantasy, and the thrill of adventure. Often drives off into the woods exploring with Mg

Makes metal sculptures having learned metalworking from Shiftbox, creativity rubbed off on him from Mg, and knows some mechanical knowledge having learned from watching Sawyer restore old cars. Aspires to be an inventor/engineer like Shiftbox and Sawyer
