Let's talk about my approach to self-learning.
I think that this is my strength, but at the same time it is my weakness. I am passionate about studying down to the smallest details. If we draw an analogy with the game world, let’s take the RPG genre (where the key aspect is leveling up a character from level 0 to 80), then I’m the one who explores every corner, opens all the chests, finds absolutely all the artifacts and goes through every side quest. As a rule, by the middle of the game my character has maximum skills, and the game is filled with new colors and becomes full of action and various events.
Today, I feel like I have also achieved about 50% of my personal development. And just like in a game, from this moment on the superhero mode begins, when the gap between what you can and know and what is required in a particular situation increases significantly. It's the same as playing with cheats. The next stage ahead is the development of my personal brand. It's time to.
*In the picture I made it in the FaceApp application

Whump ABC #5 - Emotional Whump
Based on the result of this poll
_
Team Leader walks into caretaker's office and sees the other scrub the floor, mutterings curses every now and then, shaken by sobs just as often. Tears stream out of caretaker's eyes as they try to get rid of the blood that seeped through the wood when they brought whumpee in, barely conscious - barely alive.
It's been hours since they were able to stabilise them, but it looks like caretaker themselves aren't stable right now. At least not emotionally.
"C'mon, just... just... fuck," they his as they scrub away, most of the blood is already gone but it isn't for caretaker. They still see blood everywhere.
Another sob shakes their body and team leader snaps out of their thoughts, finally moving forward to stand in front of the other, puttibg and a hand on their shoulder.
"Stop it. You won't be able to get rid of everything with that. You need to take a break," they say as sternly as they can while their heart shatters into tiny pieces as they look at the other.
Caretaker is a trembling mess, tears stream down their cheeks, eyes are reddened. "I can't. I have to... it's too much. Too much," caretaker mutters through sobs and team leader crouches down in front of them, pulling them closer and to a hug. Caretaker immediately holds onto their shirt and cries into their shoulder.
"It's just so much blood..."
"I know. Hey, I know. But we will scrub that away tomorrow. You need to rest after pulling off that miracle earlier. C'mon, let's get you to bed."
Team leader swallows hard as they help the other stand. They have never seen them like this before, but they always knew that caretaker is softer than they seem. It's been too much lately, but they'll try to make things better. They'll try...

Young Justice is actually great leadership learning material
"You need to be explicit, you can't expect everyone to automatically know what to do."
Those might not be word for word but damn it's a good bit of advice

Skills Assessment: Planning for a Successful Career in Design and the Arts
In the design world, beginners often overestimate their skills and importance, which can negatively impact their development. Experienced designers, on the other hand, sometimes miss out on growth potential by remaining in a blind spot—an area they don't know about. However, there is a tool that helps designers plan their careers and manage the value of their services.
This tool is the 360° Skills Assessment. It includes both hard and soft skills such as leadership, professionalism, personal effectiveness and entrepreneurship. This framework is based on bew practices such as McKinsey and adapted for design and art.
How does this help? First of all, you get an objective view of your career. You see gaps in knowledge and practical skills that are in demand in the market. This is useful for both freelancers and full-time employees.
On the Skills Scorecard, you'll find specific skills that can be rated on a scale of 0 to 5. For example, Level 1 is understanding the basics, and Level 5 is being recognized as an expert in the field.
What did my assessment show? I achieved level 3 in almost all areas, but avoided reaching level 4 - being recognized as an expert. This explains my active step into social networks and SMM.
Want to do the assessment yourself? Just write “Assessment” or “Skill Assessment” in a private message and I will provide access to the Google spreadsheet. Having a vision for your professional growth is easy!

Oh my god
So 6 weeks or so ago BaldBastard tells us to get rid of the black supply tote, we're getting clear cube ones. Whatever.
The cubes are working surprisingly well, the sign holders fit perfectly in them, keeping it neat and tidy. Everyday supplies like tape, masks, and trash bags are in one, lesser used ones in another. Great.
Motherfucker shows up today and goes "you guys need a black tote. Like put the cubes in there. I don't know who told you to use those but you need the black tote."
BITCH IT WAS YOU!!! YOU FUCKING TOOK OUR TOTE AWAY! YOU FUCKING FORCED THE CUBES ON US!!! YOU!!
Then he was bitching ab how we need to liquidate more and it's like uh huh that's gonna work great until the liquidator tells us to stop sending him shit unless it specifically is in liquidation status bc they dont have the fucking money. You know, like what happened LAST YEAR.
AND he and FGM were like "you guys have a lot in the steel..." and RC and I went "no we dont! It's all basics! Trust me! Go look yourself!!!" And then they were like well pull from boxes then. Okay bitch so we're gonna have a full table of one item bc theres nothing fucking new.
I swear to god you could put an actual chicken in charge as our store manager and there would be no difference. No, it might actually IMPROVE.
#work talk#marquilla#and this was RIGHT as i was getting ready to leave my area for the day and i was like well that's tomorrows problem then bc im out ✌#most of what i have in boxes rn is shit i already have 3-4 facings of already like bitch....#and half the boxes under my table are empty anyway bc the baler is still broken and i dont want to make a shit bale pallet/ i need to use#the boxes as a placeholder so NewLady doesnt push the hanging rack shit under my table!#she has 4 table sections which is like idk 50-100ft? on one side. i have 1. and she gets sooo bitchy ab the childrens#hanging rack items being under mens like bitch thats how this WORKS that is how we did it before you came along! thats the agreement! gfy!#oh oh and BaldBastard asked who does what section and he goes i know Mar does childrens. that i have down [mentally]#and i was thinking and you better fucking never forget that you little bitch. im the only one who likes that section and is GOOD at it#RC (rightfully) threw the rest of the team under the bus though aggsgsgsgshs she was like well Mar and i are the only ones who do the#hanging rack most of the time. and no one bothers with basics but RC. we're all supposed to do the rack. im the only one who does the layout#last time our old teamlead did it she did it BACKWARDS drove me up the goddamn wall man#he was talking to rc and i separate from Newlady (the only other person he talked to) bc we were together at the time which is why she threw#them under the bus lmao

Leadership is a critical skill that can make or break an organization's success. However, not all leaders are created equal. Some are great, while others fall short. So, what makes the difference between a good leader and a bad one? Here are some key traits that set them apart:
Good leaders inspire and motivate their team, while bad leaders demotivate and discourage them. Good leaders lead by example and are accountable for their actions, while bad leaders blame others for their mistakes. Good leaders listen to their team and take their feedback into account, while bad leaders ignore their input and make decisions on their own. Good leaders are transparent and communicate openly, while bad leaders keep secrets and withhold information.
