tarot-themed bujo: Day Two: The Magician. The Magician is a card associated with willpower, balance and creation. It鈥檚 a card that鈥檚 grown on me, more so after reading The Raven Cycle (it鈥檚 a card heavily associated with one of the characters). For me, it represents the balance between the divine and the material, creation and manifestation.聽

tarot-themed bujo: Day Nine: Strength. Strength is actually one of my birth cards (along with The Star). It鈥檚 one of my favourites - associated with compassion, inner strength and endurance.聽

tarot-themed bujo: Day Twelve: Justice. I really like this card - it represents karma, clarity and truth. I often confuse it with Judgement, mostly because of how similar their designs are in the deck I use. It鈥檚 a lovely card, though.

tarot-themed bujo: Day Ten: The Hermit. This is a card that鈥檚 slowly grown on me - it鈥檚 all about inner strength and contemplation - things I鈥檓 finding I鈥檓 needing more of as this year progresses, if I鈥檓 honest.

tarot-themed bujo: Day seven: The Lovers. I adore this card, not only for what it represents. In the two decks I use the most often (Wild Unknown and Botticelli), it鈥檚 also gorgeously designed. However, what it does represent is something truly wonderful - not just love, but unity, friendships and general closeness, which is something I value greatly.

tarot-themed bujo: Day Three: The High Priestess. This is one of my favourite cards, mostly because I associate it with my best friend (whenever it comes up in a spread, I know she鈥檚 going to play a big part in that situation). It鈥檚 a card that always reminds me to look inward, and pay more attention to what鈥檚 going on inside. There鈥檚 often a lot more going on in there than we realise, I think.

tarot-themed bujo: Day Thirteen: The Hanged Man. The Hanged Man signifies change, sacrifice and release. It鈥檚 interesting that this spread fell at such a time when I would be going through masses of change in my personal life - funny how things work out like that. It鈥檚 a card I鈥檝e grown to really like over time.

tarot-themed bujo: Day One: The Fool. Welcome to a new series of tarot-themed spreads! I鈥檓 hoping to do all the Major Arcana, starting with the Fool and going in order, ending with The World. Hopefully this will teach both me (and you) more about these cards, and the messages they carry! Along with each spread, I鈥檒l be posting a little paragraph on what they represent for me.
So, The Fool.聽To me, the Fool represents new beginnings - jumping off a ledge with your eyes closed. It鈥檚 leaping before looking, wide eyes and excitement at the world, and all it has to offer. It鈥檚 a card I鈥檝e struggled to be connected with in the past, mostly because I used to mostly just see it as a symbol of naivete, and while it does symbolise that, in part, it also symbolises excitement and personal freedom. It鈥檚 a card I鈥檓 beginning to like a lot more now, to be honest.

tarot-themed bujo: Day Six: The Hierophant. The Hierophant is another card I鈥檓 not massively fond of (though ironically this happens to be one of my favourite spreads out of the ones so far). It represents tradition, morality and knowledge, and often can signify a mentor showing up in your life.

tarot-themed bujo: Day Eleven: The Wheel of Fortune. I tend to get this card in readings a lot - it signifies change, luck, and cycles. It鈥檚 a card I really like, though the design in the deck I have makes it look slightly more ominous than I think it actually is.聽

tarot-themed bujo: Day Eight: The Chariot. The chariot is associated with willpower, strength and dedication. It鈥檚 a card I often see, but rarely listen to - maybe I should do so more often.

tarot-themed bujo: Day five: The Emperor. I鈥檓 not as big a fan of this card as I am its female counterpart, but I think it鈥檚 a card I stand to learn a lot from - it鈥檚 a card about strength, power and order, and I think I鈥檇 do well to have a little more of those qualities within myself.
