1. Do they seek out love or let it find them? Are they even interested in romance? she lets it find her! she lets it walk into her office and offer its services and inducts it into her order, and then it comes to see her lately and she’s charmed by it. enough to be interested, of course, and she finds herself only more interested in it every time it comes to see her. so thats certainly something!

2. When they have a crush on someone, how do they let them know? savra flirts with them vaguely, mostly as a way to figure out whether they’re interested or not. if they’re not, she does her best to move on like an Adult. if they are, she doesn’t really beat around the bush much. she is going to invite them out to dinner or to a museum or something, and if that goes well there will be a second date!!!

4. Do they spend a lot of time in the courting stage or attempt to get to first base as fast as possible? like I said, savra doesn’t really beat around the bush with telegraphing her interest? but i don’t think rushing to first base is her style either. she probably takes a bit of time making sure she actually likes the person, for real, by spending time with them. at that point, she definitely 

18. Do they have a ‘type’? nah. savra likes specific things but a grab bag of traits. loyalty, kindness, etc. are important to her. I will say she’s never gone for scales before! adventurers also not so much.

19. What was their first impression about their partner/person they are courting? continuing my thing, apparently, for very pragmatic first impressions of eventual shipped characters: savra wasn’t sure what to expect out of the people coming to her office. as I remember it, she invited them because of the whole floon thing, but she wasn’t actually sure it would be accepted. until tov mentioned redemption, she was more sizing up a new recruit than anything.

oof... of all the moments coming to mind, i think the one that hits the hardest is when they went to isharnai and beau convinced herself that she was going to leave the mighty nein, that was the only way. the wounds from seeing her dad were so raw and she was clearly stunned and didn't know what to do with herself when that didn't happen. and then caleb repeating her words about staying back to her and fjord making her say, out loud, "we care about each other" – i don't know, beau is not the character i understand the best or identify with the most but all of that was so visceral and important, what she had been prepared to do, how she had to turn it around, what she learned from it

feel free to say no if this is out of your purview, but as a certified Adult with adhd do you have any tips for a fellow ADHD haver moving into his first apartment? I'm very nervous specifically in the 'i have to cook all my own meals now' realm (I've had approx 1 week to prep this apartment as well ... shout-out to my college for kicking me, a performing arts major who needs to be on campus, out of my dorm last minute)

If you can swing the cash for an Instant Pot (between 40-60 USD), I highly recommend them. They are super easy to make LOTS of meals in, you can make tons of food for very little actual prep time and effort, and you can eat all week, which is great when you’ve got 0 spoons and you don’t feel like even making yourself a sandwich. 

here’s one I found for $40, but I haven’t bought from them directly so I am unsure of how good their website is.

Crock-Pots/slow cookers are another fantastic option where you can “set it and forget it” and have lots of yummy food for several meals. 

Aside from that, I like to just stock up on ready to eat food, like lunchables, cottage cheese, peanut butter (or other nut butter of your preference). Typical college kid fair, like ramen, is good too, especially if you have precooked meat and veg you can toss in there to make it more nutritionally sound, or to fit your dietary requirements. 

I’ll be honest with you, I often buy cracker cut cheese, and eat it straight out the fridge. 

As for everything else: Bins and baskets are a good help. Put all your clean clothes in one basket. All your dirty in another. Put all your mail in a small bin. It makes cleaning easier especially when you have to clean fast for company (stuff everything in cute bins so no one knows what a chaotic mess you are) and also if you can manage to mostly keep your stuff to specific bins, you can usually (not always) find it faster. 

I heartily recommend a key hook for your keys. Put a keychain somehow on your wallet too, and hang it on the key hook as well. Save yourself the stress of always looking for your wallet and keys.

I hope that helps. Living on your own is rough, especially with ADHD.
