SSO x SWEM

This was a project I started shortly after learning about SWEM; Moorland is currently only in the "rough draft" stage. This world is designed to be survival and multiplier-friendly, with custom shops/trades and respawnable ores in the mines located in SSO. (needs an update, of course). Before the 2016 update, the Moorland stable doors send you and your horse to the original home stable. Unfortunately, this is available to everyone, thus you will not have a private home stable like SSO. I intend to include the updated home stable, " My Stable" located at Steve's farm. Championships are a work in progress, but we expect to have a leaderboard and several races planned. I hope to make this available for public download one day, but because I'm doing it all by myself, it will take some time.

Not sso related, but please indulge me by looking at my latest minecraft build. Maple Valley has a (small) stable, 3 paddocks, an arena and one trail, so far.

This is probably not the best place to ask this but I have no idea where else I would go lol

Does anyone know any good modded equestrian servers for Minecraft?

I've been in a few and had either neutral or negative experiences.

Apart from toxic or unfriendly communities which is a given, I've been trying to find omes that don't require so much commitment. I immediately feel discouraged when I join a server that requires you to fill out a form just to not be online for a few days lol

I also have a lot of social anxiety, so the constant need to contact staff for this and that, get this certificate, and get your land inspected for the proper space requirements. It just gives me so much anxiety lol

Some fanart for the SWEM mod

if you don't know what SWEM is: its a mod based on horses for Minecraft. The develpoers have made new horse models with special animations, gaits, coats, tack, and more. For now V1 (version 1) is in beta. The mod is planned to release sometime in the summer of 2022 but that is very likely to change.

I beta tested this mod for months and had so much playing with new friends, the devs, and the owner. When they first made the horse models the only coat that would work was a blue, white, and black paint horse. They called his coat “sweetboi” and he is sort of a mascot for SWEM. Lucy on the other hand is a real life horse owned by the owner of SWEM,  AlaharranHonor, or as I know her, Hannah. She wasn't able to see Lucy often at all due to family troubles so she put her love for her into the Minecraft mod now known as SWEM. Their community has made me grow so much in the past year and I am very grateful for it.

so.. despite the fact he's southern, i personally believe that this man cant make decent tasting sweet tea. he'll just douse the liquid in sugar and it commits a war crime of its own on consumer's tastebuds. you can practically feel the diabetes forming. its not even to the point where it tastes good, theres just a glob of accumulated sugar at the bottom of the cup/pitcher.

however... THIS MAN CAN COOK !! man's knows how to make steak like NOBODY else (my favorite food 🗣️‼️)

i cant see him having jelousy issues, he knows you can handle yourself and he trusts in your relationship (although he does get a little insecure sometimes, none of us are perfect. and he DEFINITELY gets more insecure if youre younger than him by a good few years but thats for a different hc list.) but je will definitely get involved if someone dares touch you / threaten to touch you / looks at you weird / -- okay, okay, he just REALLY wants to protect you.

to really dive into dating hc's..

princess/prince treatment. if youre tougher and wanna do everything yourself, he'll lay back but if you let him, he'll open the passenger door for you every time, pull your chair back and push it into the table for you. he'd do it all, a proper gentleman as his mama raised him to be.

i dont really have many hc's for his oarents, honestly. but if i ever do, i'll update this post with them 🤔

otherwise, idk. he's very big on physical touch, its his love language. as we've seen via him bonking Oz on the head and giving his team little punches to their shoulders. he's very big on it. also a words of affirmations guy for sure.

i think he practically BREATHS giving words of affirmation. says compliments so casually, its hard to question it. he'll compliment and move on afterwards, sometimes he'll stick to a compliment and if you try to deny it, he'll REALLy make sure you feel valued :)
