Clark Kent absolutely furious because someone hurt his son and threatened his wife, to the point that he goes and threatens him in the middle of the town diner, is in fact the most attractive Clark Kent has ever been.

It’s actually pretty brilliant on the superman and Lois writing teams part, giving Jordan powers and him abusing that power, using it for the wrong reasons wanting attention and adoration. Then having Jonathan, the one without powers just wanting to help and do something greater than himself because it’s what’s right. It’s that irony that is so so rich, and dynamic, and interesting.

Now THAT’S what I was waiting for! Let Clark in, Lois. He is your strength just as much as you are his. And the two of you need each other now more than ever.

I need a gifset of Jon’s ‘this is my freedom’ followed by Lois’s ‘he was so happy - I haven’t seen him smile like that in years! I felt like I got my boy back…’
And preferably with a bonus gif of JE’s Jon yelling at Clark ‘this town is MY Kryptonite - I HATE it here!’

You have no idea the jolt of alarm that went through me when Natalie said that she was "so behind everybody" because she was having her first kiss and first date at 16. Sixteen. !??!? That's a very very normal age to be dating for the first time. Incredibly normal. And many many people do not have a date or a kiss or anything of that nature until much later. And it's so alarming because I think many kids DO think that way and not only did the show not have Sam push back on that idea at all, it seemed to be fully on the same page because the narrative seemed to be saying "yes she is behind and that's okay". And yes, if you are behind the "normal" pace of things that's totally fine but she's NOT. She's not behind. Don't spread the idea that kids are "behind" for not dating in their early teens!
