I'm not that girl you thought I was. You're not. You, Summer, are better. See, back then you were just this fantasy. You were this little girl, who, when I would see, you would either ignore me, or make an obscene gesture and keep on walking. Yeah, I kind of remember that, sorry. But now look at you. You fight for sea otters, you've befriended Taylor Townsend. You're an incredible mom to that bunny. I guess I have changed. You've evolved. And over the last 950 days we've been dating, yes, I've counted and yes, I counted the Zach era, because, really, who were we kidding? I've watched you grow into this incredible woman. And that is who I love.

If I had a nickel for every time I fell for a friends-to-lovers couple—1 crushing on the other for years before the other inevitably falls slowly, gradually over time and is hit like a truck with the realization of these feelings (whose moments are so subtle if you blink you'll miss them)..
I wouldn't be that rich. But it's weird that it's happened so much.

If I had a nickel for every time Sarah Michelle Gellar played a hyper-competent character who is often underestimated due to her femininity and is part of a group of teens/young adults who solve supernatural mysteries and is closely associated with Scooby Doo and has a nerdy, super smart, and seemingly “good girl” lesbian best friend whose own femininity is used as a foil for smg’s character’s femininity and said best friend also at some point has an unassuming love interest with a dark side who is played by Seth Green, I would have two nickels.
Which isn’t a lot but it’s weird that it happened twice.
