Dorian: I wasn’t about to miss a Godalming party, of course! But I also wanted to say you’re welcome for my help in apprehending the Invisible Man. ♡

Dorian (offscreen): Don’t try to deny it, that puppy face of yours can’t hide a thing. Interesting friends you’ve got, Godalming. I didn’t know you had it in you; it’s most fascinating.

Dorian: As interesting as certain happenings at a secluded park up north.

Panel 7

Arthur: What are you getting at, Gray?

Dorian: You see, I, too, am rather interested in such strange cases…for personal reasons.

Dorian: And you lot seem to be most adept at attracting them…but you need my help for that, don’t you?

Arthur: If you wish to be part of this, Mr. Gray, you should be asking Mrs. Harker and Mrs. Norton, not myself.

No updates for Rogue Town today and potentially tomorrow.

I'm having a really rough few days depression-wise. I don't know when it's going to pass but I hope it does soon. I just can't get my brain to work to do anything productive. I'm mad at myself because I really wanted to have daily updates as long as possible. I made it nearly 20 days so I guess that's something. Maybe I set too high of an expectation for myself.

Updates will return eventually. I just can't say when at the moment because my brain is just being fuzzy and gross. I really hope it's this week, but I can't rush recovery. I'm so so so sorry.

Had to put down one of my fur babies yesterday. My girl. 💔 That was probably one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. Much love and compassion to those of you who have had to do the very same thing.

Honestly, this past month and a half has just been kicking the crap out of me. I know some of you are waiting for updates (ngl that chap 2 for Ghosts took every last thing I had to get it completed) or promised one shots and stories from the WIP list but right now, the truth is I'm an absolute mess. Like a crying, red-eyed, depressed mess.

So currently I'm going to be taking some time for me, implementing some major self-care while I begin to grieve and process these two losses. Thank you for your understanding. ❤️

Can't Stay Away from You and The Invisible Strings that Bind Us update

I might have the second chapter of Can't Stay Away from You up later today, if not, then it will go up tomorrow at the same time as the second chapter of The Invisible Strings that Bind Us.

Also, I'm currently looking to release a chapter of The Invisible Strings that Bind Us every Monday at 10:30am EST or soon enough EDT.

I'm not sure about a release schedule for Can't Stay away from you, as these chapters are on the longer than normal side for my writing, and so they may be a little less scheduled.

Jonathan: I escaped on my execution day, once I was no longer of use to my captor.

Jonathan (voiceover): I ran for days. I was… severely ill. A bleeding, penniless, starving madman in a strange land. Yet…

Jonathan (voiceover): I was given a second chance because many strangers helped me. I could offer them no service, but they cared for me until I was well again.

ta-da! the new chapter is complete! today on ibvs, lots of characters, lots of little shenanigans.

strangely, in a story with a school setting, I feel like this chapter is somehow the most aware of it being a school setting the story has ever been, considering this is somehow the first time we've ever met the principal even if only for a tiny bit.

Sorry guys, I lost someone recently and writer's block immediately set in. I was actually finishing up chap 2 of Ghosts that day when I got the news. I could sure use a Beau Arlen hug right about now. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding as I continue to work my way through this and get the writing to flow again.
