You had requested a knightly green slime. We are not sure if this slime was formally knighted by a reigning monarch, but they seem to fit the role well. It appears they even have a pair of squires. As agreed, we will only provide you the one(1) slime. But we won't necessarily stop the squires from tagging along. It should also be noted that the slime's sword is rather blunt, but it is best to be cautious around it regardless.

[Hello~ Welcome to a new and slightly ambitious project I'm going to be trying out by the name of Delve! Delve will be a Choose Your Own Adventure Fantasy Lesbian Erotica series, which means every so often I'll be posting a monster fucker scenario ending in a poll for everyone to decide what they'd like to happen in the next post and so on. Hero and the Something Character Descriptions
Hero and the Something is my latest OMORI brainrot project. It's a retelling of the classic Beauty and the Beast fairy tale through OMORI characters. I tried to keep the characters as close to their canon personalities as possible, while still fitting the basic story structure. Without further ado, here's the cast:
Hero
Hero is one of the two leads of the story, a young peasant living in a small village near Pyrefly Forest. Forced to support his family after his parents' death, Hero works himself to the bone under Jawsum to provide for his siblings Kel and Sally, all while avoiding the advances of Sweetheart. When Kel was captured by a mysterious monster, Hero exchanged himself for his brother.
Mari
The second lead character. Mari is the eldest child of the Suzuki dynasty and the heir to the Kingdom of Faraway... or at least she was before her perfectionism and temper got herself and her castle cursed. For the past four years, the princess has been stuck in the monstrous form of Something. Only true love can break the curse, but will she be able to find it before the last petal falls from her enchanted rose?
Sunny
The prince of Faraway, and Mari's beloved younger brother. He broke his violin, an important royal heirloom, the day before he and Mari were set to perform for their parents. Shortly after breaking the violin, the curse fell upon the castle. Because of this, Sunny blames himself for the curse, and hasn't let his room for four years. The curse turned him into a violin.
Aubrey
A young runaway turned squire, Aubrey views Mari as the older sister/mother figure she never really had. She is fiercely devoted to the royal siblings. She and Sunny remain oblivious to each other's obvious mutual crushing. The curse turned her into a plush rabbit.
Basil
Sunny's best friend and the castle gardener. Basil is the most optimistic of the main friend group, and still believes that the curse can be broken after four years. Since he wasn't traumatized in this AU, he's the most divergent from his canon personality. The curse turned him into a camera with tripod legs.
Kel
Hero's adventurous younger brother. He tries to always be optimistic and push Hero to live for himself as well as his family, since Kel ultimately just wants to see his brother happy. Like Hero, Kel would do anything for his siblings - even venture into creepy castles in the middle of the forest.
And now the minor characters:
Molly, Marina and Medusa
The Slime Sisters - fierce and twisted sea witches. When Mari refused to shelter them during a storm, they placed a terrible curse on the princess, her castle and all who lived there.
Sally
Hero and Kel's baby sister. The two brothers would do anything for her.
Sweetheart
The self-proclaimed 'greatest beauty in the kingdom' and head of a confectionary empire, Sweetheart has one goal: to find the perfet spouse. To this end, she has set her sights on Hero, and will stop at nothing to get what she believes is her happy ending.
Angel and Mikhail (The Maverick)
Sweetheart's goons. If they're not at their mistress' side, they're probably tormenting people on her orders - usually Hero and Kel.
Rococo and Mincy
The castle artist and his apprentice. They hitch a ride out of the castle with Kel, yearning for a new life after four years under the curse. They were turned into a paintbrush and a fountain pen respectively. They've been living with Kel since leaving the castle, and Mincy has found herself strangely drawn to the young man.
Polly
The castle apothecary and Basil's guardian. She blames herself for being unable to find a cure to the curse. Acts as a surrogate mother for Basil and Aubrey, and has to step in when the teasing from one gets on the nerves of the other. She was turned into a garden hose.
Mr Jawsum
Hero's employer. He holds the young man in perpetual debt. Is an actual anthropomorphic shark for reasons unknown.
Kim and Vance
Squires who live in Pyrefly castle. Thanks to the curse, Vance is a serving trolley and Kim is a grabby dinosaur toy.
Daphne and Bowen
The head chefs of the castle, now a rolling pin and an oven respectively.
Sean and Karen
Maitre d' and maid, now salt and pepper shakers.
Brandi and Bebe
Mari's lady-in-waiting and her younger sister. The curse turned them into a brandy decanter and a shot glass.
Cris
The castle aquaculturalist, responsible for keeping the ponds clean and stocked. Now a blahaj.
Mewo
Mari and Sunny's beloved royal pet kitten. The curse turned Mewo into a roomba.
Hector
Hero and Kel's dog. Certified good boy.
Rai
The castle bard, now a jukebox.
Klaus and Del
OCs borrowed from StarkCanvas. The captain of the guard and the majordomo of the castle. The curse turned them into a sword and a phone (a Delphone!).

So I beat the mech bosses in master mode melee (with a bit of summoner) terraria
After I beat queen slime, I went back to the ice biome to try and get a frozen turtle shell. I didn't get that, but I did finally get myself a frostbrand!

I also did the torch god event in a tiny granite biome. Probably not the best place to do it but it worked.

The twins showed up one night so I decided to try out my bananarangs against them. It actually went pretty decently until I got to the living trees part of my skybridge which didn't have enough space to dodge.
I wanted to get a bladetongue and some ichor so I bought some crimson seeds and tried to get some blocks for an artificial crimson.

It... took a while for me to get anywhere with that.

While waiting for that to happen, I fought the goblin army a couple times and finally got the warlock to drop a shadowflame knife instead of that dang hex doll! Now I could set my enemies on 4 kinds of fire at once >:)

I decided to give the twins another go with the knife, and died really fast. This happened a few more times.
Back on the grind I finally had enough crimson to set up a nice fishing spot.

I got a bunch of good stuff from it, but I still couldn't kill the dang twins.
Eventually I got annoyed and decided to restock on potions and summoning items from a free items server to save time. I actually killed spazmatism this time, but I'd run away so fast that retinazer had despawned. The next time I tried, however...

I got the mini twins first try too! I killed them again and got safeman's set!

I needed to kill them another time to get full hallowed armor, but that wasn't too much of an issue. I'm starting to run out of room for more trophies...

I decided to go look for some life fruit in the (hallowed) underground jungle. It took a while but I found some!

My first fight with the destroyer went decently, even though I just sat in the air in my pirate ship for most of it. I got it's health down really low before I was overwhelmed by lasers. Skeletron prime went a lot worse, so I was going to do destroyer first. I'd just need some bulkier armor and more health regeneration.
Before I killed the twins, I'd farmed the old one's army tier 1 to get the defender medals I'd need to afford full squire armor and a ballista cane asap. I'd then gone and completely forgot about that plan. I remembered it now, and went to buy all the stuff from the tavernkeep. Then I decided to give tier 2 old one's army a go. It was intense, but I was handling myself decently until wave 6. I tried to take on too many flying enemies at once and died. Surely it was over. I ran back to my arena as wave 7 began. I pelted the ogre with shadowflame knives. It got to the crystal and promptly died. Had I won? Not quite, apparently. I had another ogre to fight. I was sure the crystal would run out of health before I killed this ogre, but it hung in there and I won first try.

I realised the squire armor would be perfect for the destroyer. It had high defense, nice regeneration and I could back myself up with 4 piercing ballistas.

This probably would have been fine, but I wanted to give myself as much of a chance as possible. I built myself a nice sky platform with some blocks to shelter and plenty of honey pools.

The fight was trivial. My ballistas rained down bolts and I rained down shadowflame knives when I wasn't dealing with the probes as they flew up. I was even able to kill it twice in one night.

Now, I just needed to beat skeletron prime. But first, I wanted to farm the destroyer to get its master mode pet! Unfortunately the game said no, you're fighting skeletron prime tonight. With plenty of buffs and a lot of flying around, I took down the last mechanical boss with help from my destroyer arena's honey pools.

I had to start mining out a new row for trophies!

Fortunately, my life fruit jungle farm also served up a plantera bulb. Now it was just a matter of gearing up for that big fight.

The Wall of Text has awoken
Two days ago i got so bored on the graduation ceremony(middle school->high school(≈college), i decided to re-learn 3d modelling. Also because of some imaginary stuff i decided to create Calamity-based series of 3d models, mostly tied to music.
This one is made of the starting weapons; Copper Broadsword, Amethyst Staff, Copper Bow, Squirrel Squire Staff, and, of course, a pile of Throwing Bricks.
This is the result of my first 7.5-8.5 hours of work since 2017 or 2018(don't remember, on Reddit i said it was 2019 but the Blender's version i have disproofs that guess). The photo is from the WIP state, hence the "attempt 0", my next post will be the finished version, after which i'll try ninjaless king slime
In my partial migration from Reddit i decided to tie the start of my blog to the start of me 3d modelling. Let's hope both stick.
So, anyway, if you have any tips on how to be better at 3d modelling - feel free to tell me.

Ahava, Snail Folk Rune Knight
1. This character is high fantasy, she’ll have two tags of ‘squire snail’ then ‘snail knight’ at the end of her journey. So expect her to be relatively powerful as she will be around demigod to god levels of strength with her ‘snail knight’ tag. I’d be willing to scale things back but relatively expect protag levels of strength with her snail knight tag, but I’d be up for a mentor for her as squire snail or simply leveling up together so to say. I get that she’s strong but I have other characters and I am willing to scale her down with the squire tag as I’ve said if you wish for them to develop together. She could even be an odd mentor herself. 2. I am aware that some of her faceclaim is from a perverted anime, I don’t really care about the anime in question, Suu just happened to be a well available slime girl that happened to be available. Weebs please fuck off, she’s nothing like Suu personality wise other than maybe a few things lol. 3. Salt hurts her yes, but it’ll piss her off more than anything so be aware of that.
4. She is alien in mindset due to the fact she is not a mammal, reptile, bird but rather a gastropod in origins. Please respect that Ahava while loving? Is pretty terrifying or unintentionally hurtful at times. 5. I am more than fine with just silly adventures or banter with this character. I am just making her fun to interact with or adventure with, try not to take her too seriously unless we discuss it.
6. This character is very in your face, but more affectionate than anything.

Race Reference: Not actual character reference, character reference to come. Do I want them to die: Eh, so long as she isn’t killed then it’s fine. She can even do like some snails do and remove her head if she really needed to in order to regenerate her body in twenty-four hours so it’s relatively fine. Will I have/get icons: I have them. Tag: snail squire | snail knight Age: A few centuries old. Sex: AMAB (It doesn’t matter in her society) Gender: Fem-Identifying (It doesn’t matter in her society other than to identify as he/him, she/her or they/them when it comes to their written language) Race: Snail Folk Sexuality: Her own kind, but she’d be willing to mate with other species/people she cared about. Personality traits: Goofy, but terrifying unintentionally at times. Playful. Fun. Comedic on purpose and often unintentionally at times. Mature. Intelligent. Brutal, merciless with a smile. Unintentionally sadistic in speech toward her enemies even if she’s doing it to reassure them... when in reality it’s usually the opposite of how it makes them feel. Chipper. Extremely loving. Incapable of feeling sadness other than a vague sense of pain and longing. Can feel anger however, it’s usually how she expresses any ‘sadness’ though it’s mixed with her chipper demeanor, granted most of her moods are mixed with varying chipper attitudes. A glutton, loves to eat. Has no sense of real shame. Blunt. Speaks what she’s saying. Lacks extreme amounts of tact. Feels no guilt when it comes to murder to perceived enemies or threats, granted, she will not kill someone who surrenders that allows her to subdue them- meaning she can kill the elderly or children as she sees them the same as their adult counterparts other than in terms of ‘maturity’ for obvious nsfw reasons as we’re not gonna go there. Has a sense of honor and extreme loyalty toward her allies and loved ones. Capable of raising young and other young of other species, granted, Ahava usually doesn’t understand their emotional needs at times, so she usually seeks help to either give or co-parent with someone. She is self-aware that her kind are different to other species when it comes to most mammals. Can be a mentor, but often an unintentionally brutal or harsh one even if it’s with a loving or caring tone. Touchy. Has little concept of personal space. Can be reasoned with if her brutality is too much for certain beings. Mental traits: She has an alien mind and emotional understanding along with how she processes and sees the world around her. Physical traits: 6 feet tall in body length and extremely girthy being of the warrior caste in her kind, then around 8 feet long in body length. She is red for her back with red patterns for a white underbelly and body with a red back that cuts off at her forehead for where it begins for her ‘slime hair’. Then with red, purple, green, and blue glowing runes and dials across it for her complex rune powers. She can stretch herself to about 17 feet if she really needs to for any part of her body segments (not limbs, neck). She exudes a constant slime trail from her underbelly and body if she’s fighting, it often becomes stickier if her adrenaline is activating. Her ‘hair’ is actually slime that seeps and solidifies itself as cushion for her head and back to protect herself as natural armor, it is a bit wavy and gooier as part of the warrior caste as it’s constantly replenishing and oozing and reacts to stop projectiles, blades from vibrations in the air. Has no bones, all her organs are located inside her shell. Her shell is rather large and could actually be ridden. She has no mammary glands because she’s a literal snail so she is flat-chested and smooth underneath her armor. Her snail body has a bit of a ridge to it from her ancestry and to help her latch on and grapple better along with the sides of her limbs. Some confuse them for fins but they look similar to how some sea-slugs look. Powers: - Rune Grand Master Forger: her body and equipment is decorated with sigils and runes of her people to utilize as part of her magic, since her people have no innate magic without it for the warrior caste. Their only limit is their recharge time other than a few as her main rune powers. There are limits to these runes as they need around a minute to a few minutes to recharge if not a main rune of hers depending on its scale of minor to medium, moderate, then freely with main runes. The strength of these runes can be suppressed with magic suppressors, but her ‘main runes’ are considered naturally augmented powers to her very being. They cannot be suppressed or removed, but she can have her utility powers hampered. She could potentially do these runes to other targets or equipment, but the cost is rather great to create them depending on the powers. Then a body can only handle so many runes in total along with equipment, as this type of magic is best used with those who have no innate magic capacity other than their beings to conduct it. Hill Rune (Minor Rune): this rune provides immunity to poison and parasites along with hardening the flesh to physical attacks for around an hour before it needs a few minutes to recharge. Cloud Rune (Minor Rune): this rune can transport the blow of an attack onto another creature or the enemy themselves. Rune of the Colossal (Main Rune): one of her main runes that allows her to scale her size and strength of a creature that can be used freely to increase her size to that of 16 feet in length and 12 feet tall weighing in at around 24 tons. The only limit of this rune is that she cannot become smaller with it other than to revert her size to her choice. Soul Shield (Minor Rune): this protects Ahava’s soul and direct life force from being attacked or taken for twenty-four hours when used. It takes a few minutes to recharge once used, it reactively activates to any attempts. As most beings don’t have this type of ability, so she sees little need for it, but enough to take up several slots on her body to have just on the off-chance she faces off against a demonic or undead entity or some other rare entity. (This sounds strong, but it’s literally Death Ward from DnD basically) Rune of Slowing (Main Rune): this rune can slow an enemy to her movement speed, and reactions, speedsters beware. Rune of Speed Share (Minor Rune): this can share the speed and reflexes with an enemy or ally, her speed able to match theirs. Rune of Hearth (Minor Rune): this rune teleports Ahava and a few allies to a marked location she has set. Rune of Reactions (Moderate Rune): this rune is an emergency rune on the off-chance a target can resist her slowing attempts and instead boosts her own limb speed and reflexes beyond what they’re normally capable of. This is exhausting to overuse. Rune of Stamina (Moderate Rune): this rune is to restore her stamina and increase her regeneration slightly. Blood Barrage Rune (Main Rune): this rune uses the ‘blood’ of the target to fire life-fueled powerful magic blasts that are 15 by 15 feet, however, the ‘blood’ she has to give is that of her slime from her own ingenuity and cunning. This is her only form of ranged attacks and leaves the earth completely blackened and ash. Cloud of Travel (Minor Rune): this rune summons a cloud underneath her she can ride on at her own speed. This is usually reserved to go over mountains or go over salt water since she can endure it, but it’s extremely painful overtime to be submerged in that much salt. - Extremely tough shell and snail body: this shell is often reactive in pulls Ahava inward near instantly when she instinctively feels the need to block and attack. Her shell is innately magical as that is why her caste has no innate source of magic, as it all goes toward protecting their most vital but also strongest shield of their being. You would need an extremely strong attack even if magical to even crack it, let alone break it or penetrate it. Destroying her main body is probably your best bet rather than her shell. Her main body has no real form of organs other than tubes and vents to consume food down to put into the stomach within her shell and to exude into her slime (it’s not waste, her guts just have a 100% burn rate when it comes to flesh or even some harder biological objects). She also can and will store things within her snail shell and it’s big enough to easily fit multiple humans on her back. Her body’s stickiness and size manipulation can easily let her grapple with certain beings such as even dragons to drown them with her slime while subduing them with her stretchy flexible nature, along with her massive strength. Flexible and strong snail mouth: she can fit and store things inside it and can gulp beings or objects whole or chew them, which she does out of reflex to begin with when it comes to chewing. Her muscular mouth can bite through dragon scales, steel or other types of rock, this is often used to bite the spine or neck of large prey. Sticky Slime: her slime when used on an opposing force? Often innately moves by itself when seeping and oozing from her pores and body, seeking orifices and organs to fill to drown her enemy or potentially even to help her allies if she needs to retract the slime out to remove something within the lungs, digestion or nose. This does not work on creatures that don’t need to breathe, but it’s sticky nonetheless and can bind the limbs of a dragon if she’s big enough. Naturally buoyant: Ahava can be ridden like a boat across freshwater, albeit somewhat slowly, though she can willingly descend into the water if she wishes. Slime Trail: her slime when left alone for around an hour and not near her main body or is detached in terms of stream? Acts similar to grease and can be used to mend certain objects back together as if glue or could be used to oil a pan or wood. Granted it has an odd smell but can be heated out. Snail Sense: Ahava can sense vibrations around her, so even if she cannot see? Her sensitivity still operates to sound, movement or otherwise when it comes to defending herself. Two pairs of eyes: her eye stalks are rather plain looking and confused for antennae, but her race innately has the ability to see above themselves from aerial attacks or people on their back if they need to suddenly shake someone off or stretch to grapple them. Detachable Head and Extreme Regeneration: Ahava has a brain within her shell and within her head, she can be decapitated and still fight and her head will attempt to retreat after rapidly regenerating a small body. Her soul is anchored to both, but if her main body is to survive or her head? The soul transfers completely to the surviving body, thus also why she has the ‘Soul Shield’ rune. Though if her main body survives? She will usually either re-attach herself or simply devour the head after growing a new one, due to the fact she can’t operate more than one fully-fleshed body from how her alien mind works. Snail Movement: Ahava is capable of moving alongside walls and ceilings as if normally ‘moving’. She moves around the speed of an average human running. Equipment: Magic Enchanted Armor: this armor is merely Elven Steel that’s magically enchanted due to the Elves being near her kind and usually friendly to ‘Beast Folk’ as she’d be categorized. The armor is merely decorated with runes to enhance her protections and made to be rather flexible due to it being Elven Chain. So the runes are to compensate. Tower Shield of Reflecting: this shield is capable of reflecting spells that are projectiles or beams off, though not exactly back toward her target. Kraken Whip of Reaching: this is made from a Kraken’s tendril and has a reach around sixty feet. It can lash and break metal and flex and turn at rapid speeds. It has been enchanted to drip with her slime and acid. When at maximum size? It has a reach of around 120 feet but its strength and girth are much larger. Acidic Greatsword of Power: this sword is made for close quarters combat and Ahava can wield it one-handed if big enough that it amplifies her strength magically. Yes, we’re doing Dark Souls but actually realistic, as the sword will only get so big compared to her size to the point where it’d basically be a one-handed sword for her. Resizing Runes (On her equipment): this is mostly to just resize her gear but with limits and constraints. Motivations: to be loved, to eat, to have fun, to be a great warrior, to destroy her enemies and her allies enemies. Backstory: Ahava’s species and origins is one of cruelty toward their race by the ‘mortal races’ other than Elves and some factions of more benevolent races. Being innately magical, but having no magic capacity? Has left seen as ‘lesser’ to other beings and treated as such or even has had geocide committed on their species for food as being seen as mere oversized beasts that appeared only a few thousand years ago. It has molded them into a merciless yet ‘good leaning race’ that utilizes rune magic, alchemy and has one of the greatest capacities for it as a species due to how their bodies are born and interact with magic. Ahava, merely an average warrior snail folk to start with molded from generations of turmoil is one of the Snail Folk’s founders in a group of Snail Folk into the Golden Age for their kind after discovering the true capacity of rune magic... which resulted in the dark age of many races that had persecuted them, as they had forged the tools to fight back. And unlike the races around them? While seemingly, pure, goofy and loving creatures at first glance? Their environment has taught them how to respond, and it’s with what they perceived as ‘the way of the world’ if they wanted to be taken seriously as a species even if emotionally good-hearted, their species simply incapable of comprehending pain, strife, and sadness vaguely combined with an immense loyalty to one another and their allies, along with having a deceptive intelligence- did they truly become a force to be reckoned with. At first using only alchemy, runes to fight back and set a foothold they did, then stealing the forging methods of humans to combine with the methods of Elves and rapidly advancing in technology to be on par with the other races combined with their own innate powerful species that became formidable akin to other Beast Folk Races. As it was really with only the intervention of the friendly Elves that had aided them as they do any Beast Folk? Did the Kingdoms they had nearly eradicated had been spared the Snail Folk’s retaliation, gaining their own land and compensation to appease them. Though... the Elves cannot control their every action, as Ahava, while ingenious alongside her other Rune Forging Brethren? Often goes out into the world at her own whims, using her own strength, pursuit of knowledge and adventure along with just ‘fun’? Does she seek more to life in her ambition to become one of the greatest warriors ever imagined... and some say, perhaps she’s gone even beyond that concept in a slow, steady pace of her inevitable ascent through many trails, tribulations that her race has had to overcome, time and time again.

A new Terraria PS4 update 1.4.4 is now available to download. This update is also available on Xbox One. According to the official Terraria 1.4.4 patch notes, the latest Labor of Love update brings new changes, balancing changes and various tweaks. Apart from this, today's Terraria patch 1.4.4 also includes stability fixes. Previously, a big update added quality of life changes and bug fixes. Changes BALANCE & MELEE OVERHAUL MELEE OVERHAUL The Melee "Class" has always had a bit of a reputation for being underwhelming and a bit of a struggle to use - particularly against very mobile foes. No, Zenith does not count - that is an endgame weapon that is devastating to use regardless of what "class" one wishes to place it. Taking the dynamics of defense, damage done, mobility, etc. all into account, it was clear that the entire class needed a closer look to make the risk more worth the rewards when playing Melee. What all does this entail? We will not cover everything here, but this should give a good sense for our approach. GLOBAL WEAPON TWEAKS All broadsword-class melee weapons (this also includes pickaxes, axes, hammers, and hamaxes) now use local immunity frames on hit. Very notably, this means that projectile swords will no longer block their own piercing projectiles from hitting a target at point blank range. It will also result in more consistent hitting when mixing multiple sources of damage (Piercing minions and swords, for example) Knockback when spinning flails has been increased from 25% to 35% of normal knockback
Spinning flails now hit up to 4 times a second instead of 3 times a second. Flails which already hit 4 times a second have been increased to 5 times a second. --- MELEE WEAPON STAT BUFFS Many Melee Weapons have seen numerical improvements in raw damage, use time, reach, etc. Coupled with the global changes that impact how projectiles and "direct" hits coexist (eg. no longer conflicting with each other), this results in a substantial increase in DPS and utility for previously underwhelming Melee Weapons. --- WEAPON REWORKS Even with the changes listed above, some Melee Weapons felt like they needed a more significant reworking - visually, functionally, or both. BOSS TWEAKS We have given several bosses a once-over during Labor of Love, so you will want to check out the full changelog for all of the juicy details. You don't want to be caught unawares, after all! That being said, we did want to highlight two bosses that have perhaps seen the most changes. As a result, we expect that players will find them to be a bit more challenging! New Special Seeds and Updates to Special Seeds - Added the "Remix" World Seed, where the player spawns in the Underworld and makes their way up. Worldgen is heavily overhauled, and enemy spawns and item drops are changed - Added the "No Traps" World Seed, for those players who just totally hate dying to traps during their Terraria adventures. - Added the "Everything" World Seed, a combination of all of the major seed features from every other special seed. For the Worthy Updates - Numerous changes and threats have made their way to the FTW seed, to demand even more worthiness from players - Classic difficulty FTW worlds automatically behave as Expert. Expert FTW worlds are automatically Master. - Should now be possible to 100% complete the Bestiary Not the Bees Updates - Spider Caves now generate in Not The Bees worldgen - All fish should be catchable now - Should now be possible to 100% complete the Bestiary Don't Starve Seed Updates - Don't Starve Darkness damage increased from 50 to 250, and the time before being hurt decreased from 8 to 4 seconds - Eating regular mushrooms will reset hunger back to full duration Peckish if you are Peckish, Hungry, or Starving Celebration Seed Updates - A number of changes have been made to Celebration worlds to make them even more fancy and festive! - You can now stack Guide Voodoo Dolls! But . . . with great stacking comes great responsibility. Throwing a stack of more than one into lava may have unwanted consequences. - Void Bag now can be opened/closed with right click. A closed Void Bag will no longer pick up overflow items, and functions more like a Money Trough. An open Void Bag still picks up overflow items, and gains a number of new features, including: - Using Quick Buff, Food, and Potions from its Storage. This includes Mana Flower Mana Potions. Wormhole Potions will also work automatically from within it. - Allow crafting directly from Void Bag Contents - Favoriting items inside of it - Quick Stack to Nearby Chests from its contents - Keys within it can be used to unlock chests - Info accessories, Wire vision accessories, and Mechanical ruler all work from within it - Void Bag will now also collect overflow items when looting chests - Bestiary now shows kill count for that enemy - Bestiary now shows stats based on the current gameplay session (based on things like difficulty, seed, etc) - Added an accessibility option which will allow all weapons to be autofired - Painter now has two shops menus. Wares are split between them to prevent his wares from being locked out of purchase due to too many items being in one shop. - You can now link Angler quest fish in the player chat box - All Quest Fish items now have tooltips saying where to catch them (useful for sharing in chat message) - Paintbrushes, Fishing Rods, and Clentaminator now show the currently selected "ammo" by the cursor - Clentaminator now works with Rifle/Sniper Scope functionality - Angler Set, Fishing Accessories, and the Fishing Potion now all indicate how much Fishing Power increase they grant - The +/- options to change Zoom now zoom twice as fast - Updated some outdated loading and Guide text about things such as Lucky Horseshoe and Meteorites - When in Journey mode, mousing over items in the crafting menu will show how many are needed to Research. This also applies to Guide and Tinkerer UI slots. - Some info accessory tabs are grayed out when inactive or display N/A, and will light back up when active again. Gold Critters will appear in gold on the Lifeform Analyzer. - Changed the Quest info for Pengfish and Pixiefish to be more consistent with similar fish - Quick Stack to Nearby Chests now has a visual effect, showing the items which are being quick stacked moving towards the chests they go into - Added flavor text and info text for Portal Gun - Equipping any of the Monoliths in accessory slots will create a player-side shader effect in the same way that Radio Thing does - Playing musical instruments now shows the note on the cursor - Significantly increasing the range of quick stack to nearby chests - Pumpkin and Frost Moon will now display the total score when the event is over. - Flower Accessory's social display visual now draws over helmets/face accessories, to allow combining. This slot can only contain items from the 4 less common item pools, with the most common items being excluded. - Traveling Merchant now has an extra guaranteed item slot in his inventory at all times. This slot will ALWAYS contain a painting. Paintings have been removed from all of his other inventory slots, which will slightly increase the odds of obtaining the rest of his wares. - Angler no longer drops furniture items as part of his regular drop pool. Instead, he now has a chance to give a bonus Furniture drop when completing quests. The odds of getting a bonus furniture drop increase as your Quests completed increases. - Right clicking the Eternia Crystal Stand during the cooldown between OOA waves will allow you to skip the delay and immediately start the next wave. The Eternia Crystal stand and the first wave completed message also indicate this fact. - Upon defeating all 3 mechs for the first time, the game will now attempt to immediately spawn a Plantera Bulb in the Jungle - Glowing Mushroom grass and trees now glow different colors when painted - Critter Cages can now be stacked and stood on like platforms - Increased the minimum size of Underground Deserts from 50% of the maximum size to 75% of the maximum. The maximum size has not increased. - The player can now have double the number of active buffs/debuffs (44 total) before they start overriding each other - Torch God's Blessing can now convert Campfires as well - You can now block swap torches and campfires - Players can now blockswap ropes out for platforms or minecart tracks if there is already a platform/minecart track to the side of the rope - All Lockable Chests can now be re-locked using Chest Locks - The Extractinator can now be used to turn fishing trash into low level bait - When getting a hole in one in golf, it now says so instead of saying 1 stroke - Slime Rain can now only begin from 6 AM to Noon, but the odds of it happening are now 4x as high. This will result in the same number of Slime Rains overall, but they simply start in the morning. - Most critters which spawn from tiles or trees now have a brief delay before they can be killed (the same as how Worms from tiles are protected) - When hitting trees, the tree will now always show a visual puff of leaves, even if nothing is dropped, to indicate that a successful tree hit has been performed
- Banners, Hanging Bottles, and Lanterns can now be placed on unhammered platforms and all other platform hammer configurations - Reverting a previous change that altered how Frozen Slime Blocks merged with regular Slime Blocks and other blocks. They are now intentionally inconsistent with regular Slime Blocks for building purposes. - Crystal Shards can now grow on Pearlsand, Hardened Pearlsand, and Pearlsandstone - Rainbow Bricks now use an improved map color gradient - Abigail's Flower now breaks in one hit when mined and makes a grassy sound when doing so - Zenith's swing SFX now plays more often to more appropriately match its swing speed - Rod of Discord's item sprite is now bright and generates some light, making it easier to see if it drops - Resprited several of the core progression swords to be bigger and more up to date - Starfury's star has been given a visual overhaul - You can now fish while partially submerged in water, as long as the player's arms are above the bobber. This includes fishing in an Inner Tube! - Cracked Dungeon Bricks can now be broken by projectiles - Added recipes for all 9 safe versions of Dungeon Walls - Added recipes for all of the Dungeon worldgen platforms - Added a recipe for Magic Mirror - Heavily optimized recipe checking code. Ok enough about hurting the animatronics, what if an upgrade gives them a detailed sense of touch, like they can feel when things are soft/rough/smooth/sharp? I imagine a few would squire some plushies due to how soft they are. Unsure about practical applications other than being better able to handle children
I feel like I mostly covered my thoughts on touch in another ask but...
Yeah they absolutely amass stashes of plushies. Chica has the biggest collection of plushies and pillows and will try her damn hardest to hug all of them at the same time with varying success. She loves the feeling of leather jackets though she's not typically able to wear one unfortunately. Her absolute favourite things to feel with this new upgrade is Roxy's fur and it is a personal challenge she sets for herself every day to find an excuse to touch it without making Roxy uncomfortable or feel like her space is being invaded. This is a difficult task! Yeah like I said in the other ask for Roxy, when Chica gets this upgrade she's running around excitedly picking stuff up to feel it just like the others do. I just had the thought that maybe this causes her to develop a sort of stim where she stomps her feet a lot because it feels better that hitting stuff with her hands. Could stem from the fact chickens don't have arms and stuff. That could be interesting
The one that has gone through the most plushies but only generally has a handful at any given time, is Roxy. Her need to chew things is just too powerful and she's found that plushies are the thing that calms her the most. The only plushie she has never destroyed over time is an old Bonnie plushie that she adores but the ears are looking a little worn from her gentle chomps. Anyway, Roxy loves soft things but also metallic things like her tools and the go-karts. She despises the feeling of her fur being wet and hates the feeling of glue and slime and stuff. She is oddly fascinated with how Monty's mohawk feels as it's kinda like a toothbrush but also not and it intrigues her. She would rather die than admit it though. Oh and the feeling of the racetrack under her feet? Incredible. Nothing like it.
Monty has also chewed through a lot of plushies with his own chewing stim. He has one of everyone on a shelf out of the way and those are completely off limits. He loves the feeling his claws make on things and prefers wood and grass textures to anything soft or leathery. He loves the feeling of water. He cannot get enough of it! It all feels so strange at first but it's a good kind of strange. Honestly, when he gets the upgrade, discovering what water feels like probably halted him in his tracks and he ended up sinking half a day just zoned out at the swamp water in Gator Golf. Like Roxy he also hates the feeling of slimy things and glues and stuff but he does really like squishy things. Vanessa gave him a stress ball and he finds it weirdly comforting with how squishy it is.
Freddy loves anything that feels warm. He loves water and fluff and soft things. He has a rather small collection of plushies but he takes care of each one, with one as the designated chewy plush. He also likes the feeling of claws against things but he's less inclined to act on that than Monty is. This guy loves that he can feel every detail of a hug now. This is why he wanted the temperature upgrade! He wanted to feel the warmth of hugs! The others find out about his reasoning and he gets such a big group hug, it feels great. He's also pretty interested in Monty's mohawk and he likes the feel of running his claws over Monty's unique, scaly casing.
Sunny is obsessed with glitter glue for even more reasons now! He loves the feeling of all the glues and starts making his own slime for funsies. They now understand what Roxy meant when she said the padded floor of the daycare was really squishy and he spends a while jumping around on it cause it feels funny. He has ALL the plushies and has access to none-Fazbear brand ones too so it's even better for him! He loves the feeling of woolly jumpers and the giant Freddy plush by the play structures. They hate metallic textures.
Moon likes flicking through pages. It feels weird on their fingers and after getting sick of the feeling of thick dust sticking to him when he's climbing through the highest possible heights of the Pizzaplex, he gets a feather duster and cleans this place up. He shares their plushie collection with Sunny and they usually sit there hugging all of them at once on their bad days. They like papery textures, and things like jeans and the solid bars of the play structures. They prefer colder feelings like metal bars and bamboo kinda feelings, but understands that kids prefer much softer textures when they're sleeping.
