Genshin Impact: Navia, Lynette, Eula, Lisa Girls' Frontline: AN-94, AK-12, WA2000, SPAS-12, Helianthus Guilty Gear Strive: Elphelt Valentine

No one requested this, just ate some pocky and the idea came to mind.

(Navia) "Oh? Sounds fun, let's try it!"

Navia cheekily grabs the pocky and puts it in her mouth, extending the stick towards her S/O expectantly.

One of the rules of the game that intrigued her was that you weren't allowed to look away from your partner.

Something Navia has no problem with, as she stares into their eyes.

Her lips form into a smile with each nibble, before she ends up grabbing S/O's face and kissing them anyway once the stick becomes short enough.

(Navia) "Huh? We lost? Hm...Well, we can always just try again!~"

Lynette questions why this game exists.

Why was eating chocolate a game? Isn't it just better to eat the pocky directly?

Well, whatever. If S/O wanted to try it, she can at least give it a shot.

Lynette fidgets a little as they make direct eye contact with each other, slowly taking away a piece of the pocky with each bite.

Right before their lips make contact, she pulls away, a little proud at the short length of the cookie.

(Lynette) "Hm. We did a pretty good job, considering."

She gives a slight smirk to them before resuming her important task at hand: spacing out and mindlessly munching on some cookies the proper way.

Eula's eyes widen slightly before she makes a "hmph!"

(Eula) "As if a simple game like this would be enough to make me falter."

Spoilers: It was.

Eula's cheeks are a crimson hue the entire time, her eyes constantly looking everywhere except S/O.

And already failing the game.

(Eula) "Just, give me a moment to compose myself! The chocolate has a strange taste is all..."

Her heart is beating fast the entire time as their lips grow closer.

It doesn't matter if they were already a couple or if they already kissed, Eula would still be extremely flustered.

(Lisa) "Hm, I think I like the sound of this game."

Lisa has no trouble at all putting the chocolate end into her mouth, waiting for S/O.

Instead of taking nibbles, she takes a massive bite, already being a few inches from their lips.

Still keeping eye contact, she gives them a wink, making S/O falter before she simply bites down completely and breaks the pocky.

(Lisa) "Oh, looks like I lost. Here, grab another one, I want a rematch.~"

It's clear that she does so on purpose, just simply enjoying S/O's reactions. Part of her wants to kiss them directly, but where's the fun in that?

This game made things a lot more fun!

Plus, it was a pretty cute idea.

(AN-94) "There is a game with candy?...I will attempt it for you."

94 is confused, but goes along with S/O's request.

She puts the pocky into her mouth and doesn't even blink as she stares into S/O, calculating how many bites it would take to not make contact with their lips.

94 doesn't react until S/O kisses her, making her eyes widen in surprise.

Not that she hated the sweets or S/O kissing her, but she tilted her head in confusion at their reaction.

(AN-94) "May I ask what the purpose of this game is?...It is for lovers to bond?...Then, I request that we continue playing."

AK-12's eyes remain close, but her eyebrows perk up in curiousity.

(AK-12) "Sure, we can play. I'll take the chocolate end."

She waits until S/O grabs the other end with their lips.

Her eyes finally open as her pink glowing eyes stare directly into them, smile still present and making them pause.

Before she just grabs the pocky with her hand and just kisses S/O full on the lips.

(AK-12) "Mmm~, tastes sweet. Oh, right, I failed the game. Let's try it again."

She would "accidentally" fail a couple more times just to see what kind of reactions S/O made.

WA's normal frown completely vanishes the moment S/O brought up the pocky game to her.

Instead, replaced with a surprised and embarassed expression.

(WA2000) "Wha-Why do you not just eat the cookies normally, are you a child or something!?"

WA begrudgingly (not really) accepts S/O's proposal to play the game and is shutting her eyes, before hearing their laughter.

(WA2000) "I'm not supposed to close my eyes? What does it matter, we're still eating the damn thing!"

The entire time, WA2000 is trying her best to look angry and unaffected, but is failing miserably.

After a few kisses, WA just sighs when she sees S/O's happy expression.

(WA2000) "...Yeah, the pocky tasted fine, now wipe that stupid smirk off your face..."

(SPAS-12) "OH! I love pocky!"

SPAS happily starts munching on the cookies before S/O stops her and tells her about the game.

(SPAS-12) "You wanna use this for a game? Oooooh, okay! That explains why there's a lot of boxes!"

Truthfully, S/O bought multiple boxes because they knew SPAS would just start eating without listening first. They were more for emergencies.

Regardless, SPAS gets a little flustered as she stares directly at S/O, and takes massive bites because she gets distracted by the taste of the pocky.

(SPAS) "Mmmm, chocolatey!...Huh?! I lost?! T-Try me again, I won't lose!"

She loses every single time. Her love for food seals her fate every single time.

(Helianthus) "Pocky game? Do I really seem that young to you...?"

Before S/O could retract their pocky, Helian immediately starts backtracking.

(Helianthus) "H-HANG ON! I DIDN'T SAY I WOULDN'T PLAY!"

If anything, Helain is flattered that S/O wanted to play this game with her, despite her usual stoic demeanor.

Helian has a hard time keeping eye contact, but tries to tough it out.

She fails at not having their lips connect, but it's not a failure she exactly minds.

Helian gets carried away in the moment, forgetting the original purpose of the game and instead just focuses on kissing her S/O.

Before tasting the chocolate in their mouth and quickly leaning back.

(Helianthus) A-AHEM! "I...suppose we failed the challenge..."

Before S/O could even finish proposing the idea to Elphelt-

(Elphelt) "YES! Gimme that pocky!"

With zero hesitation she immediately puts the pocky in her lips, excitedly leaning into S/O with bright eyes.

She kicks the challenge up a notch, by having her hands latch onto S/O's, giggling all the while as she took each bite and savoring the bite and sight.

Elphelt fails the challenge in multiple ways, mostly just by how giddy she is during it.

Accidentally biting too hard, kissing S/O, letting go of the cookie, each result makes her pout and slightly blush.

(Elphelt) "Wha-OH COME ON! I didn't even bite that hard! Hand me another one!"

Elphelt loves playing this pocky game with S/O.

She always had these cookies around due to her love for sweets, but this was the first time they've been used for something this fun!

(Elphelt) "Another one!...We're out? Alright, fine! Lemme grab another box and we can try this again later, I will win!"

S/O at the end of each session has a lot of lipstick, chocolate, and cookie crumbs on their lips.

fun things i learned about TDolls from the spring festival costume stories:

TDolls as a group are more passionate about human customs and history than most humans are anymore. They are really invested in their own cultural “identity” and preserving the history of the culture that produced them, while humans themselves are mostly concerned with staying alive and preventing another major collapse, which TDolls seem to find very sad. 

There is a lot of fascinating psychology here to explore I’m sure!

LWMMG is at least as much of a workaholic, if not worse, as G36 -- with the added concern that she doesn’t know how or when to ask other people for help, which hits uncomfortably close to home

SPAS-12 is such a carnivore that she has to be lumped in with the MG dolls in terms of “how much meat do you need to provide at a group gathering so that other dolls will have a chance to get some before it’s gone”

SAT8 is cute and excitable but also a dependable hard worker! I liked her a lot more than I thought I would.

Two things about 590 I nailed: 

She does seem to express her emotions in a very muted and somewhat awkward way - handling praise clumsily and otherwise speaking very matter-of-factly even about matters that are important to her

She sees taking care of everyone on base as a natural extension of her job, displaying a gentle and caring nature with even the most frustrating and difficult-to-handle of Dolls (ART556 and M500 are both discussed).

How would any of the T-dolls react to their s/o easily picking them up or physically overpowering them with no effort or strain whatsoever

(GFL) AK-15, RPK-16, SPAS-12, G11, HK416, and RO635's S/O picking them up

Admittedly it is possible with some of the lighter T-Dolls like AN-94, but imagine trying to lift someone like SPAS.

15's eyes only slightly widen in surprise when S/O manages to pick her up and carry them, bridal style.

She turns her gaze to S/O with a relatively deadpan voice.

(AK-15) "What is the purpose of doing this, S/O?"

(S/O) "Well, I want to show you that I can carry you too!"

(AK-15) "It is impressive, but unnecessary."

(S/O) "It absolutely is! How else could I prove the strength of love?"

(AK-15) "..."

(S/O) "...T-That was a joke-"

15 gently pushes S/O off as she gets on her own two feet.

(AK-15) "Now that I know your strength, S/O, you should join me for training sometime this week."

15 found their strength neat, but it didn't really fluster her as much as S/O hoped it would.

16 lets a quiet "oh" escape her lips as S/O picks her up without issue.

(RPK-16) "Oh, you're far stronger than I thought."

(S/O) "Come on, I gotta do something to impress you!"

(RPK-16) "Well, you certainly did that...Interesting place for your hands too."

(S/O) "W-Well, I'm just lifting you, not groping you!"

(RPK-16) "Hm, is that right?"

Even though she was in their arms, S/O was starting to blush making her laugh.

16 at least knows someone can carry her to the repair bay. And bed. And anywhere, really.

She is half tempted to ask S/O just to carry her everywhere.

SPAS is completely shocked when her feet leave the ground.

(SPAS-12) "GUH?!"

(S/O) "Gotcha!"

SPAS blushes madly when she realizes S/O is able to lift her, and they didn't seem to struggle either.

(SPAS-12) "S-S/O?! The heck are you doing?!"

(S/O) "Can I not pick up my beautiful girlfriend?"

Blushing at the name, she ignored the teasing and asked her main question.

(SPAS-12) "Just how strong are you, and why did you never tell me you could do this!? You could've helped me bring my equipment back a while ago!"

SPAS begins to pout, from both their strength, and the fact they never offered once to help carry all her snacks and gear.

G11 just lets out a quiet but cute "waaaah" as she is lifted into S/O's back.

Her arms wrap around their neck softly as she yawns.

(G11) "Hm...comfy."

(S/O) "Wow, your equipment is a lot lighter than I thought it'd be!"

(G11) "...You're not going to take me to do work, are you?"

(S/O) "I was just wanting to show you how strong I was, really."

S/O already knew G11 was closing her eyes as her head rested on their shoulder.

(G11) "Take me to bed and put the blankets over me..."

Now she latches onto S/O's back solely to go to sleep, much to S/O's annoyance.

HK416 screams many German curses as the floor suddenly leaves her feet, seeing S/O carry them.

(HK416) "What the hell are you doing to me?!"

(S/O) "Surprise! Just wanted to pick you up.~"

She has half a mind just to punch them in the face.

Instead, she frowns before getting on the floor herself and crossing her arms.

(HK416) "Don't just pick me up without warning, jackass! That's just begging to get hit!"

(S/O) "Did you not like it?"

(HK416) "No, I didn't!"

The blush on her cheeks tells S/O otherwise.

Now, HK would do the same to them, similarly without issue.

(HK416) "Not so fun when it happens to you, is it?"

(S/O) "Actually, your arms feel kinda nice..."

(HK416) "Tch, whatever..."

RO yelps as S/O suddenly picks her up, making her stammer.

(RO635) "W-What in the world are you doing, S/O?!"

S/O flashed her a cheeky grin before kissing her on the cheek.

(S/O) "Seeing your reaction."

(RO635) "N-NOT IN FRONT OF THE OTHERS!"

Her hands are close to her chest and fidgeting wildly as she feels the gaze of her squad on them.

(S/O) "Sorry, couldn't resist!"

RO is pouting the entire time when they finally put her down.

She doesn't even think about the implications of a human being able to completely carry her due to being flustered.

(RO635) "Please do not do that to me without warning..."

(S/O) "So I can do it as long as I tell you?"

(RO635) "No, that is not what-"

(S/O) "Picking you up!"

(RO635) "S/O! I am -UWAH?!"

Today I got around to doing something I’ve meant to do for a really long time now, which is actually field-testing shotgun’s targeting and damage spread capabilities. 

You may or may not know that I love shotguns dearly and I love the idea of shotguns being used as primary DPS, so I have been workshopping different ways of building and fielding SGs trying to find a proper use for them. Their ability to target multiple enemies sounds really powerful, but I wasn’t able to find any resources or examples displaying exactly how it works, and have just kinda had to go on observation/intuition, which I kept revising to be more conservative. 

Going into this test I assumed that the “target 3 enemies” idea is within a group of linked enemies - that is, they deal damage 3 times to a single group of enemies if there are 3 enemies within that group, but they only do damage once to a group with one link. This would mean they’re not dramatically more powerful than other damage-oriented weapons even in the optimal case, because they can still only kill one linked enemy at a time. 

That is, uh, not the case. 

It turns out that Shotguns being able to “target three enemies” means they break the targeting rules, and can shoot at three distinct enemy groups in one volley - dealing one hit of damage per dummy link to each of them. When SPAS’ skill is active this increases to 5 groups. If her FP is high enough and the enemy HP is low enough, she could kill 5 enemy groups in one volley. 

So. Now you know.

SPAS yawns loudly as she snuggles closer to S/O, her chest acting as a second pillow for their arms.

(SPAS-12) "Hm...what time is it...?"

(S/O) "Hah, morning. It's just eight right now, SPAS."

(SPAS-12) "Mn..."

Her eyes start to close before it suddenly shoots wide open.

(SPAS-12) "AH! W-We can't oversleep, they're finally serving pancakes in the mess hall!"

She sits completely upright, the blanket still hanging off her large chest with ease.

S/O shivers at the sudden cold brushing against their skin before they chuckle, one hand reaching for hers.

(S/O) "At nine, SPAS. You can rest for a little longer. I promise I'll get you double the amount."

SPAS pouts, before cuddling back into S/O, noticing they were respectfully keeping their eyes above neck level.

(SPAS-12) "Alright...You promised, remember!"

With a kiss on their forehead, she can't resist making a small giggle as well.

(S/O) "Yes yes, I know. Besides, it'll give us plenty of time to shower."

(SPAS-12) "But I don't really need to, as much as you do. I see a stain on your neck."

S/O blushed as their hand felt the outline of a hickey.

(S/O) "...S-SPAS, that was from you."

(SPAS-12) "Huh? I didn't-"

Memories from last night came flooding in.

(SPAS-12) "...O-Oh."

Angelia brushes the hair out of S/O's eyes as she gently smiles.

(S/O) "Mn...? Ange?"

(Angelia) "About time. We gotta get up soon."

(S/O) "Hah, easy for you to say. You weren't the one draining me for everything I had-"

(Angelia) "Then we just need to get your endurance up. Think of it as special training."

Angelia gets up, the scars on her body completely visible.

For a brief moment, she gets a bit self conscious about them, her hand covering them up before seeing S/O's arm reach for her prosthetic.

S/O sits up with them, and kisses the top of her metal hand.

(Angelia) "You stupid or something? I can't feel anything with that arm."

(S/O) "Then how about this?"

Angelia blushes when S/O kisses the scar near her chest lovingly, wrapping their arms around her stomach.

(S/O) "You're beautiful, Ange."

(Angelia) "...Only a dumbass would call scars beautiful."

She doesn't look at them as her remaining hand holds S/O's.

Kalina groggily opens her eyes, muttering something as she rubs them, suddenly feeling a warmth next to her.

(Kalina) "What the hell is-"

(S/O) "Hah, morning to you too, Kalina."

(Kalina) "...S/O? What are you doing in my-"

Kalina suddenly notices the lack of clothes on them. And herself.

(Kalina) "...Oh. Right."

Her cheeks quickly heat up as she coughs into her mouth awkwardly, feeling a little more at ease hearing S/O's laugh.

(S/O) "Wow, so flustered. You sure weren't like that last night-"

(Kalina) "H-Hey, don't tease me! I'm just not used to the sight of you next to me as soon as I wake up is all!"

S/O hugged Kalina, which she relaxed into their embrace.

(S/O) "Well, you can get used to it if you want my help."

(Kalina) "Heh, that doesn't sound like the worst idea."

94's eyes flutter open, seeing S/O still asleep.

A soft smile overtakes her lips as she carefully moves closer, hugging them.

(AN-94) "...Is this how you do it?"

(S/O) "It's more like this-"

94's body stiffens when S/O suddenly holds them.

(AN-94) "You were awake?"

(S/O) "For a little bit now. I didn't want to wake you up since you looked so peaceful."

(AN-94) "Thank you for your consideration but-"

She was about to follow up on how she didn't need rest like they did, instead just smiling and resting her head into S/O's neck.

(AN-94) "-...Never mind. You looked peaceful as well."

They both remained there, quiet as they warmed each other up under the blankets with their bare skin touching.

Was...this how romance was supposed to be? There was nothing in her databanks that could even describe how this felt.

16's finger pokes S/O's nose, stirring them awake.

(RPK-16) "Ah, that finally woke you up."

(S/O) "Hm...I thought I felt something touching me repeatedly."

S/O's face quickly became more alert, now becoming aware of what they had said.

(S/O) "A-Ah, I meant you just trying to wake me up!"

(RPK-16) "Strange, shouldn't I be the one saying that after last night?"

She laughs at their reaction, resting on her stomach as she looked at S/O with such curiosity in her eyes.

(RPK-16) "And all your bravado seems to disappear in the morning. Is that a human thing, or is that just you?"

(S/O) "Psh, as if I could ever match your attitude when it comes to these things, 16."

16 just hummed at that, being entertained by how hard they were trying to not stare at her sideboob.

(RPK-16) "What a lovely morning to wake up to, wouldn't you agree?"
