i know this isn’t really wolfstar but these were taken on a mere iphone 12, and i don’t own any fancy camera or telescope, but i’m absolutely in love with the stars and taking pictures of them - my loft bedroom came in useful tonight
please click on them for the full affect but winter is here and so is orion!
these are edited of course, the contrast, brightness, and exposure all changed so that the photo isn’t just some shadowey grey with a few white dots
i’m really proud of these and i think they’re the best ones i’ve taken so far

So if the space photo has stars with a 6-pointed "lens flare" it's a JWST image because on the hexagonal mirror shape!!
But if it's only 4-pointed, it's a Hubble image because hubble only has 4 diffractors!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)))

Scientists released the shots Monday of the solar system's biggest planet.
The James Webb Space Telescope took the photos in July, capturing unprecedented views of Jupiter's northern and southern lights, and swirling polar haze. Jupiter's Great Red Spot, a storm big enough to swallow Earth, stands out brightly alongside countless smaller storms.
