here's my school's cats poster!

Oh this is so cool. a lot of the characters are actually caught quite accurately considering the fact that I'd say most of the makeup was probably done by the actors themselves.

okay heres my attempt to name the cats. considering the cast is like... 40 people i have to assume theres some oc's in there but also I'm going to pretend thats not an option and start naming them increasingly obscure swings

From left to right hese are Grizabella, ???, Victoria, Old Deuteromy. Considering these are the uhhhhhh plot relevant characters I assume ??? is Jemima

I thought this was Tantomile and Coricopat, but looking at the pose its actually likely Mungojerrie and Rumpleteaser.

this is deff the other set of twins. the colouring says rumple and jerry, the fact that we cant have two rumples and jerries says tanto and cori. I have no goddamn clue who the middle guy is. I'm going to say victor. because hes grey.

Oh hi Cassandra. How i can I tell its Cassie? 1. shes less fluffy than the others. 2. shes doing a really good impression of 1998 Cassie's "Do something really weird and look straight into the camera and try to pull it off as cool and fail miserably" act, which i consider a fundamental part of her character.

Wearing clothes means songcat, and i read these clothes as "English Teacher" but also i genuinely cant tell if this is a boy or a girl. if this is a girl ummmmmmmm this is Jennyanydots because griz and rumple are accounted for. and this is objectively the best makeup in the cast omg the lines are so neat.

this one vexes me personally. my first instinct upon seeing the makeup is Quaxo from Shiki productions. however it is unlikely that this American school production is drawing inspiration from japan. so then I think Jellylorum. and then we have the dress. on one hand i sorta think its just that this person arrived a bit late and didn't have time to change into their full costume. on the other hand it reminds me of Bombalurina or Demeter in some non-reps. considering the colouring of the makeup is far closer to deme than bomba I lean more heavily towards her.

Okay so this new AU has to do with two cats as brothers both seeming to have the same entity such as dream and Nightmare however one may be golden and have wings maybe like dream while the other one is black and has tentacles such as nightmare but however their personalities are switched the golden one with the wings acts more like nightmare well the one that's black with tentacles acts a lot more positive such as dream

Blackbird and catchfire are the two twin princes of this AU in this au in one of the twins get hurt the other twin can usually actually sense and actually feel that pain but they will have trouble knowing where the twin is but however they may have a idea for the twin may be because of where the pain may be coming from

So and wherever direction the pain came from is where one of the twins made perhaps be when they get hurt which has happened quite a bit in the story that I have made called the twin cats/Wattpad.com

Another OC. So there's a lot behind this one. She's called the Song Cat. I based her look on a siamese/Devon rex mix. Her weapon is a magic harp that acts like a bow, but instead of arrows, it shoots sound like a sonic blast(look don't think about this too hard, a wizard did it or something). And sometimes she'll compose a song, that acts as a multi-tiered spell that causes all sort if physical, mental, and paranormal damage. Also she's a bit melancholy. Sad hippie sort. I don’t wanna die - borgore remix songcat

half firepowder cat half plant cat

her mother had her with a firepowder cat and tried to hide her identity until she accidentally used her firepowder powers in front of the group leader.

the leader orders the mother to kill rim, but rim launches herself miles away before she can cut too deep.

she closes her wounds with vines and lives alone for a bit, her anger and sense of betrayal mounting, and eventually snaps.

she goes back to the colony and rips her mother’s eyes out, making her respawn without them, and takes over the colony.

Her mother tells her who her father is, hoping to deflect some blame onto him, but it only makes rim more mad. She exiles her mother and goes to the firepowder cats to meet her father.

The firepowder cats, who are much more reasonable and less violent than the plant cats, decide to try to make peace for her sake.

Much later, after peace has been successfully attained, rim ascends, feeling her work has been done.

the harpy can telepathically communicate with orange lizards. If they are incapacitated by anything there is a 70% chance that the creature who incapacitated them will die on the spot. However, incapacitation chances are lower than usual.

they cannot hold objects and can only eat from creature corpses, and the throw button makes the harpy bite like a lizard. Scavengers are hard to befriend and their starting reputation is -80, but once at 100 they will not attack orange lizards and orange lizards will not attack them, behaving like tamed lizards towards scavengers they particularly like based on their stats; oranges with similar stats to particular scavengers will display this behavior.

a true pacifist, they start with max reputation for everything and need to use the drop input to throw and throw to drop so as to discourage violent behavior in the player (although being incapacitated is unchanged since that would just be inconvenient).

They can only hold one item while flying and don’t need to eat when in regons exposed to the sky. (The little flowering vine absorbs sunlight)

during the day in exposed regions they are in their day form, but in regions such as five Pebbles and drainage system which are mostly covered as well as during the night, they switch to their night form.

of all the songcats so far, this is the one I’d choose to be an actual campaign

This isn’t really a songcat seeing as it isn’t a slugcat but rather an entity of the void taken shape in a recognizable form so your brain won’t implode when looking at it

anyway the limbokeeper is the entity created to oversee limbo. It has echo-ish parts because most of the souls in limbo are echoed souls suspended in stasis until someone comes to talk to them.

It makes sure no souls are corrupted or destroyed from being in limbo, basically just keeping them from going insane.

it also has the power to shape the void of limbo, and usually changes it at around the same time the void changes its laws. Currently limbo is a dark, perfectly flat plane covered in shallow black water with some void spawn-like entities to add some atmospheric lighting floating around. It also doesn’t have a temperature, meaning that the sense of touch is greatly reduced so nobody gets annoyed with the water constantly touching their skin.

the limbokeeper has no physical voice, and instead communicates by projecting the voice of a creature’s closest friend into their mind. If the creature has no closest friend that meets the criteria, it instead communicates with a pitched down version of the creature’s own voice. This includes inner voices, so even creatures without a voice can still communicate with the limbokeeper. the creatures in limbo are also given heightened brainpower if they are incapable of complex thought.
