Have you ever played or been interested in the lore of SoulsBorne games?

With your taste I feel you would really love Bloodborne particularly. I haven't played it myself since it's a PS exclusive but from what I've learned of it, it's a victorian/eldrich horror setting with focus on themes like blood, pregnancy, turning into beasts, etc.

There are a lot of YouTube channels focused on the story and lore side of these games if you're not into gaming but this description sounds appealing enough to check out.

I haven't actually played the games yet. I watched a bunch of let's plays and speedruns of the Dark Souls and Elden Ring games though (a group of german Youtubers I often watch are really good at the game and think up all kinds of challenges for it) and I wanted to get the Switch port for the DS games, but haven't gotten around to it yet. Still have to finish SMT V and Warhammer 40k's Mechanicus. What I've seen has all been very game mechanic focused. I watched a few lore videos years ago, but aside from regaining your humanity and kings battling each other for souls or smth like that (and something about dragons in Elden Ring), I don't remember much. Just kind of figured that once I actually play the games, I'll get a deep dive into it anyway.

In case of Bloodborne I've seen a bit more of the characters and world, not so much the gameplay. Lore itself is a bit hazy to me, I just know you constantly have to drink blood and it's basically a currency. Also people turning into wolfs and other beasts. I got more second hand exposure to it through fanfics set in that universe and an artist I follow has recently been posting a lot about a blood maiden, who's apparently very horny for the mc. (they're cryptidkhaki on twt; if you're into horror-focused wlw content/smutty stuff with lots of butches check them out)

But I'll look into more lore videos of Bloodborne then, thanks for the recommendation!

For me, law of assumptions explained many things in my life. There are proofs that loass exist. Here's some reasons why you should not to give up on loass:

If all the tumblr blogs and twt accounts were lying and laughing together, why would there be so much drama? If they knew it was fake, why would most people on both platform be so upset on which is the right way to manifest when apparently none of it was real? Popularity? They get hate on both sides of the drama. There is a lot to loose and nothing to gain when you are part of a drama.

Subliminal community post proofs all the time. I see subliminal a part of loass. So many before and after pictures in all platforms has been posted.

There is nothing to loose but everything to gain. You don't loose anything by affirming, visualising, scripting, etc. You can however, get everything you desires.

but tbh I kinda wanna move away from twt at least on main a bit. A lot of the ghost fans there (which is most of what I see anymore) are teens and rly young 20s and I feel like that makes it no better than tik tok or 2010s tumblr. They have such little empathy or nuance and just say anything. They’re spreading misinfo, starting fights and callouts over the most ridiculous shit, and when anything happens they try to bug the members of Ghost abt it. After the Paris thing on twt ppl were asking Jutty about it on his stream to try to raise charity for women effected by the abortion law changes and when he obviously defended his friend and coworker of like 5/6 years people were acting like they were trying to cancel him over it as if they could expect anything else from him 💀 I can get a little overzealous sometimes too but Ghost fans at least on twt as far as I’ve seen will kinda just hear smt and take it at face value and spread it which makes being there hard in a lot of ways.
