   The cold weather breathed red into his cheeks and the tip of his nose. A soft sniff sounds as he adjusts his scarf by patting it down with the underside of his chin. He rounds a corner opposite from where his office is located and makes a small stop at an office not too far from his own. “Morning!” Henry croons as he pops his head in, two coffees settled in his grasp. He lifts a cup, careful not to accidentally spill the contents. “I got you something, though I don’t think I’ve heard if you were more of a coffee or tea guy,” Henry steps into Nicholas’ office and sets it down on to his desk.      “Thinking about it now, there’s plenty I don’t think I know about you yet,” Henry admits, setting his own coffee down for a moment to pull his scarf loose from his neck. He shrugs off his coat and drapes it over his arm, going to grab his coffee again with his free hand. “Actually,” finally, he’s getting to the point, “I was swinging by to see if you’re going to the work social this weekend.”

Sincerely Three x Reader at Silver Dollar City HC’s

I KNOW IT’S A WEIRD CONCEPT BUT WORK W ME OKAY?? If you’ve never been to Silver Dollar City you probably don’t live in the south lol but anyways. It’s an Ozark Mountain themed theme park (watch a tour of the place) and i’ve provided lots of reference links as i talk ab things under the cut!! pls enjoy!

-honestly when you told him your family was going to branson, missouri for a weekend over the summer he didn't care. who goes to a place with an ozark mountain themed theme park for a vacation?

-but when you invited him he got kinda excited

-he had never been on an overnight trip w you before

-so the car ride there was okay you guys shared headphones and listened to good music™

-you get to silver dollar city and he isn't really shocked, but rather impressed by the detail in everything

-he isn't much for the stores and craft stuff so you ride all of the rollercoasters multiple times with him

-his favorite is outlaw run, by far

-you guys rode that a ton even though it was an hour wait a few times

-he reluctantly rode the giant pirate ship with you

-after that he threw some darts at balloons and won you an ice cream cone plushie

-he thinks that the bluegrass bands are a little cliche but he will hold your hand and watch you bounce along anyways

-he actually finds it quite entertaining but he can’t say that he is an edgy guy™ who doesn’t like bluegrass

-10/10 will share dippin dots with you because it’s freaking hot outside

-you don’t mind the hot weather though bc he’s wearing shorts wink wonk

-so anyways you guys get super hot

-& you decide to get on the river blast water ride !

-you both get soaked and it’s hilarious

-wet boi connor w his drenched hair just everywhere and dripping down his shoulders

-but at least you guys are cooled off now!

-you still can’t stop giggling at that silly hair

-your family takes jared to sdc whenever you guys go, which is a couple times a year! so you two always hype up the tradition

-your family always takes evan on your annual holiday trip to sdc bc 1. heidi is always working and 2. your family loves evan sm!! he’s quiet and respectful and very kind aw bb

-you and evan like to listen to musical soundtracks on the way there because he knows you like them and evan likes you so duh

-it’s super cold so you know what that means

-all!! the!! cuddles!!!!!!

-once you get there, evan’s not one for the frights, so you mainly stay off the big coasters

-!!!but he loves the candy store

-always your first and last stop

-gotta grab those chocolate covered strawberries before they sell out !!

-sitting on one of the windowsills and feeding each other the strawberries w little blushes and giggles i’m cryin in the club rn

-you guys like to walk around and talk to all of the craftsmen, despite evan’s anxiety

-he really does think it is interesting! he loves watching the blacksmith during the winter months bc the fire is super warm and you just stand as close as possible to each other and he wraps his arm around you and ahhh cuddles while watching some guy w a beard hammer hot metal

-he loves how the excessive amount of lights come on at sundown and how they sparkle in your eyes

-and the christmas shows!!

-your absolute favorite show is a christmas carol and you get to watch it with him every year

-and every year you cry during “when christmas comes to town” and you can feel his grip on your waist get tighter as he rubs your side to comfort you

-but you know he’s crying too (especially during “god made me special”)so you put your head on his shoulder and you kinda quietly cry together over sweet little children singing a sweet little song ugh it’s so perfect

-so now you gotta ride the train

-and obviously it’s gonna be cold so cuddles

-can you tell i like cuddles

-you both sing along on the train. you love listening to each other sing-especially you-because it’s almost a rarity for evan to sing in front of you. you’ve caught him a couple times while he was showering and it’s magical let me tell u omg

-you hold hands and walk back to the front gate to meet your parents

-but first you stop and watch the tree lights dance and you both go get a candy cane

-he watches you watch the tree and he is so utterly in love
