Barbie as a Valorant agent!

Abilities (Sentinel Barbie?)

Picture Perfect: EQUIP camera. FIRE to place camera on targeted location. Enemy Players who are in range will activate the camera, which will click and flash for their smiles, blinding them. This camera can be picked up to be REDEPLOYED.

Magic Mirror: EQUIP a magic mirror. FIRE with your crosshairs over an ally to activate misdirection on them. Effected player won’t be seen by enemies until the player shoots or time runs out. Footsteps can be still heard. The mirror will shatter after revealing player and place a light shield on them. ALT FIRE to activate on self.

Shyne Shimmer Glimmer: EQUIP to summon a flairie. FIRE to direct the flairie out, who will burst into magic sparkles, doing damage to Players in range. If Barbie has multiple Flairies, the last Flairie to be sent does more damage.

Life in a Dreamhouse: EQUIP aura of sparkles. FIRE to be place a Dreamhouse that encases Barbie, shielding her for a short period of time. Injured Allies will be given heal-over-time (up to Half Health). Once the Dreamhouse is broken into sparkles, it instantly slows nearby enemy players.

For real though, I think some characters from the various movies (most likely movies in the 2000s onward) are alright. They aren’t really bad, aren’t really good...just mediocre. They’re made to be watched by little girls, mostly. However, there are some interesting characters that I like, mainly the villains and animal characters. Main ones are kinda ‘eh’ cause it’s Barbie basically self-inserting herself XD...  (I stopped at Princess Power ngl, but if there’s more down the line for more modern Barbie films, I’ll list em too.) since Glimmer is still learning to use her powers, I’m assuming she’s younger than the other two... and for that matter, I assume Shyne is the oldest and Shimmer is in the middle. but that really begs the question of how they’re created, since it definitely seems like it was not all at once... like, is it at intervals? every hundred years or so, a new one is generated? I already wonder a lot about their creation (I say creation and not birth since Shyne specifically says they “came to life” in the fashion house, not that they were born there) but if they weren’t a trio from the beginning... how did they become one?

plus, the ending shows Glimmer actually being a designer and thus more powerful than the other two, so what, if anything, was different about her creation? I have so many questions

Barbie Appreciation Month - Day #11 - Barbie As Herself - Favourite Pets or Sidekicks

I honestly have no idea what counts for a “sidekick” anymore so there’s probably loads of other characters I’ve forgotten to include but oh well

Shimmer, Glimmer, and Shyne from A Fashion Fairytale - I think almost everyone who watches this film likes the flairies. They’re magical beings who possess the power to enhance clothes, but their characters are not just reduced to this magical use; they also have different personalities and their own struggles to overcome. I’ve always found Glimmer’s journey throughout the film to be so inspiring; she starts off struggling with her power, but after constant encouragement from her fellow flairies, she gains confidence and ultimately uses her power to transform Barbie’s final dress.

Majesty from A Pony Tale - Majesty’s a horse. Horses are cool. She’s also a special horse that’s part of a rare urban legend breed of horses. Do I need to say more? XD She’s powerful and fast and obviously cautious of Barbie at first, but as Barbie shows her respect for her, she grows more trusting of her and the two form a close bond. I also like how Barbie realises she has to let her go at the end of the film, almost a self-sacrifice for the happiness of Majesty.

Percy from Spy Squad - *takes a sip* Ahhh, a modern animal sidekick who isn’t an annoying comic relief! How refreshing! Seriously though, maybe it’s because he can talk to the human characters, or some other reason, but I was very pleasantly surprised by Percy upon first seeing this film. He’s definitely part of the team, is very helpful, can be sarcastically funny, and has a soft spot, although he attempts to hide this part of him. Maybe I also like him because of his British accent 😂
